After a couple of busy days of making her nest in the stone-dry area where she first landed, Bibbi decided to investigate. Or rather to venture further into this new weird world, seeing all there was to see, hunt everything there was to hunt and eat whatever her soul desired!

That was the idea. It didn't go as planned. So far there weren't many things in her diet. Human. Some kind of lizard. A sheep. Another human. A cow. Big dinosaur. From all those things dinosaurs put up the best fight but she was able to slaughter them fairly easily and now, a day later, Bibbi was beginning to feel hungry again. And just a bit disappointed. Was she really just this good at hunting or was her prey simply too weak? Surely, it was all about finding food and so far she couldn't complain - but it felt suspicious. To claw out the eyes of the demon boar she had to struggle through a real fierce battle - here it took one bite and creatures were bleeding to death! Though eating was still a priority. Urged to find her dinner and check her surroundings to make sure she set her territory in the right place, beetle spread her wings and with a low buzzing sound, soared through the sky.

After some time, something caught her attention. A cold scent if she could call it that. This place looked so weird, full of straight, lean plants of various sizes. It gave her a cool, watery sensation even if there was no water around! Bibbi landed nearby and poked the nearest plant - opening her mouth, showing off the mandibles, and stretching her jaw to nibble on the stem of bamboo. The thing snapped easily and she started chewing... Chewing... Then with a dissatisfied groan, she spat it out, her fingers trying to get all of the prickly splintery bits off her tongue.

"Ugh, nashty!" she exclaimed with her black tongue still out. That wasn't food for her, no. Meat and blood were still the tastiest.

And speaking of meat, she started looking around - maybe there was a prey nearby?
