Dinosaur meat. Filled with protein and scrumptious vitamins to help fuel the demon's body. A small campfire could be seen within the farther with smoke that traveled as high as it could from the fire. There sat Myojin, legs crossed together. One hand was behind her as she used it as support to lean on and the remaining hand held a large dinosaur tail over the fire. She brought the tail closer to her face for inspection of how well cooked it was. "Hmm... still undercooked. Ugh." Myojin groaned in frustration. She could speed up the process by increasing the intensity of the flame, but that'd only burn her meat instead! Patience was the last thing on her mind when it came to food, but unless she wanted to eat charcoal (which, in a few instances in a more general sense, isn't so bad when you ignore the wretched taste), she had to wait. Mount Paozu was the perfect location for a lot of things like camping and hunting. For Myojin, it was mainly the hunt that excited her. But it wasn't just hunting down animals, but hunting them down for pets. Some were just too cute for Myojin to end up slaughtered and cooked, but there were too many instances where she was unable to tame these animals, to make them submit, so they've met their unfortunate fate of being... well, slaughtered and cooked. It was almost sad to think back on, but it was all a part of life. That was exactly what happened to the current dinosaur the demon just maimed. She found it to be cute, so she did her best to entrap it and force it to be her oh so adoring companion that would display extreme loyalty in exchange to being properly cared for. What did it do instead? Try to attack and get away! The nerve of some animals. The dinosaur clearly showed that it had no interesting in having a caring owner like Myojin, so she decided to be its maker. The judge that decided its fate. If it wasn't evident enough the dinosaur in question had several swords stabbed all over its body as it laid in its own pool of blood. Needless to say, it was now part of the demon's diet. "Hmm... wonder how it tastes raw." Myojin sniffed at the tail that was slightly cooked, but still raw. As wide as her mouth allowed her, she sunk her teeth into the meat. She pulled her head back to tear off a large chunk of meat from the sliced off limb. After a few chews, the demon's face light up in sweet satisfaction. "Screw cooking! This hits the spot when it's raw!" She cheered in victory. She never ate meat raw before until her impatience made her sprout and and consider the idea. If she had known raw dinosaur meat tasted this fabulous, she didn't even need to worry about trying to cook it properly! Myojin no longer had to worry about cooking the whole dinosaur, but another morbid curiosity kept poking at her. Her hunger was fufilled, but she needed something to drink. The demon looked back at the slaughtered dinosaur and stared at the pool of blood. There was water nearby from where she sat, but she couldn't help but think... "I wonder what dinosaur blood tastes like..."

Liek’s day so far had been fairly normal for the boy since taking to living out in the wild, he’d awoken after sleeping in an alcove of a cliff, tucked away from any night predator that may eye him up, before doing some light training to wake his body up. He’d feasted on some fruits he’d prepared the day before for breakfast and then set about doing another round of light training.
Once he was done with that he took to the skies, souring as high as he could before simply gliding gently as he gazed down at the Earth from tens of thousands of metres in the air. He basked in the chill of the air at such a height, inhaling serenely before exhaling and watching his warm breath turn to steam as it met the chill of high altitude. After a while of this he closed his eyes and whispered a few words for the wind to catch and carry, a small prayer to Basireous to thank the Dragon God for this moment, and for these winds, before making his descent.
He plummeted like a stone, head first and body streamlined to minimise resistance, a dark streak through the sky like a bird of prey descending on it’s next meal. The green of the forest drew closer and closer, the details becoming clearer and clearer, but Liek didn’t stop. The sea of leaves began to become more defined, the contours of one tree’s branches ending an another’s beginning became more defined, but Liek still didn’t stop. Leaves became clearer from other leaves and Liek just kept falling. It wasn’t until he breached the canopy that he did something, he tucked his legs into his chest, wrapped his arms around them and rolled.
Then, just a metre from the ground he stopped the roll, untucked his body and rocketed off along the forest floor at top speed, weaving between the trees with a precision he’d not seen anyone else manage so far, aside from his late grandmother. To Liek this seemingly reckless flying was just another form of training, he could feel it in his bones, there was a level of skill beyond what he’d managed so far. He wanted to know what that level was like, even if it meant blazing a trail to where no one else had ever managed to reach.
However, is attempts to push that envelope where interrupted as he ki sense went off, detecting a stronger then normal life form in the area. That being said, the strongest normal life forms where freaking dinosaurs. So this wasn’t exactly a normal place to just stumble on just anyone.
It was therefor unsurprising that Liek’s curiosity was well and truly piqued at the presence of such a life form. The boy slowed down and changed direction, skidaddling off in the direction he felt the presence.
He arrived just in time to see a woman chowing down on some raw meat. Raw dinosaur meat at that!
The boy blinked and spoke out loud, “Uh… far be it for to tell you how to enjoy your meals but… cooking meat makes it easier to digest and so you get more energy out of it.” This was not a false statement, the digestive system of most sapient life forms benefited from the cooking of food which weakened the chemical bonds of the meal, making them easier to break apart and absorb. Liek was also pretty sure cooked meat tasted a heck of a lot better then it did raw.
Now that he was closer boy was only more curious, what he was sensing from this girl, the wavelength of her ki… there was something… familiar? No. That’s not the word… Similar about it. Yes, similar. Similar to his own ki. But only to part of it, like how the Saiyans he’d met resonated with a different part…

Myojin's free hand was held out in front of her and hand curved gently as a large mug appeared fitly into her hand while she then grasped onto the handle. With the tail meat remained in her hand, she got up from her spot and walked over to the deceased dinosaur, close to the blood pool. Squatted, Myojin scooped up some of the blood from the pool and into her mug, nearly a full cup. She got up. returned back by the fire, and placed herself down by it. One last bite taken from the raw meat, Myojin brought the mug to her lips and took a sip of the creature's blood.
Her eyes lit up in shock, almost astonished at what she just tasted. This blood... this was delicious! She couldn't believe what her taste buds registered! The wretched, sour taste of dinosaur blood was candy to the demon. Her morbid curiosity led her to a new discovery: dinosaur blood was delectable. Not everyone, if not almost every single living person would disagree and may even find it disgusting/ With the demon, nothing was disgusting to her taste buds. Now she wanted to know if the blood would serve as a complement to the tail meat...
The demon's head perked up as she picked up a scent, the smell grew stronger. Another person was in her vicinity, but it was... awfully familiar. It was like a mix, one which she strongly recognized: monkey. But this monkey scent also had something intertwined. What was it? It was even more familiar than the monkey scent, yet the other half was even stronger and something the demon should recognized. What was it? Her thoughts were interrupted right when someone decided to get smart with her (at least that's how she interpreted it), emitted by a young male voice, by stating that it was better than her to cook her meat than eat it raw. The nerve! Does he not know that Myojin's patience wore thin? Who cared what science thought! It tasted good raw, so she'd continue to eat it raw!
Her thoughts were left unsaid and instead turned to where the voice called out to her. There stood a tall looking young boy just near Myojin's camping spot. She squinted at him in deep thought as she once again tried to figure out his scent, but her attention quickly went back to the meat instead. "Nonsense. Cooked meat tastes better, but raw meat is just as delicious. Come on, try some." She offered with a wide grin. "Try it out with some blood as well. I haven't tried it with the blood, but I'm sure it'd be even better, don't you think?" She said.
"Trust me, it'll be delicious."

Liek’s impressions of this woman after the few moments of observation he’d had of her so far, was that she was definitely bizarre, but that she also had some interesting abilities. The boy had never seen anyone do something as interesting as materialising a mug out of thin air before! What a strange ability! What was it’s limitations? Could it be taught? Could he learn it? While he did have a similar technique, Energy Materialisation, it was limited to the explosive crystalline structures called Orgonite.
But the enthusiasm to learn more about this technique was tempered by the woman actively eating raw meat and drinking blood… and enjoying it, even seeming to delight in the ingestion of the unsanitary substances. That was on a whole different level of weird that the boy had never imagined he’d ever actually encounter. He’d seen the behaviour in fiction before, but he had always assumed that was where such appetites would forever remain. That such a person actually existed perplexed the teen.
At least, he supposed, she wasn’t committing outright cannibalism.
The words he had spoken to her also elicited an unexpected response. He wasn’t sure what kind of response he’d get, surprise at his flying in? Aggression and defensiveness? Some spiel about some weird fad diet that was popular among young women these days? She wasn’t dressed in animal skins or rags, so incoherent ramblings of a wild person had been off the table from the start. Out of all possible outcomes, being asked to try the raw meat and blood was absolutely at the bottom of the list of things he thought would be among the possible reactions.
To his own surprise his reaction to the offer was not to back away in disgust or horror, it was to approach the woman. There was a slow but steady pace to his steps, making it clear to just about anyone he had no ill intent. What guided his steps was a strange urge, a buried instinct hidden within the very depths of his being freshly awoken by the suggestion, a thought alien to the boy, combined by the coppery scent lingering in the air, that even his nose could detect, the distinct scent of blood.
The instinct, the craving began to burn and hunger. It clawed at his mind and ate at his will. Intoxicating, encompassing. The suggestion bounced about in his head until it eventually it dominated his thoughts. The boy couldn’t resist any longer and gave in to the overwhelming instinct and took the woman up on her offer, taking the meat and blood from the woman’s hands, coated the hunk of meat in blood and took a large bite.
As soon as the flavours met the boy’s tongue his eyes widened as reason returned to him. He shoved the meat and mug of blood back to the woman and covered his mouth in horror. Why had he done that? Where had that overwhelming need to do that come from? And most importantly of all, possibly the most horrifying question of all in this moment, why did he find the tastes assaulting his pallet in this given moment so undeniably delightful?
The boy took two more steps back, his eyes darting between the ground and the woman, clearly filled with confusion and fear. To his added horror, the moment he tried to spit the mouthful out he swallowed it instead. After a moment, “What…? Why…? Why did I just do that…?”
