A mysterious and unknown step above Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan Blue, otherwise known as Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, is the culmination of mastering Super Saiyan God to the point it becomes a natural thing for you, almost like a second base form, and then stacking Super Saiyan on top of that. In this form the user appears as if they were a Super Saiyan, but all the normal Super Saiyan features radiate a blue color!

Super Saiyan Blue when stressed to its absolute limits, in this form the users doesn’t give off an aura anymore and all the ki is kept within their body, no longer leaking. Without proper practice this form is INCREDIBLY stressful on the body so great care is needed.

Racial Traits -
Warrior's Pride: Saiyan's have always been proud warriors who refuse to go down easily, with that they've always been capable of getting back up after taking immense damage. A saiyan can get back up after their health reaches zero and their health will go back up to 10%, though this will void Zenkai boosts. Being vaporized also nullifies this.
Zenkai: Upon receiving life threatening damage a Saiyan is capable of gaining a power boost known as Zenkai. Though to do this the Saiyan must be near death and manage to recover from such injuries. In a Battle, Death Enabled thread, or Saga event if a Saiyan's health drops below 5% and they survive their gains for that thread, they will receive a power level gain. Double gains for the first time, 25% for the second, 15% for the third and a flat rate of 5% every time after.
The Tail of a Saiyan: Every Saiyan is born with a tail. This gives them the ability to harness Blutz waves and transform into the Great Ape known as Oozaru. For a Saiyan, an untrained tail can be a fatal flaw. If the Saiyan has an untrained tail and it is squeezed by an opponent the Saiyan will be absolutely helpless. The Saiyan will find themselves paralyzed and their power level will be reduced to 0 once their tail is squeezed. This can be avoided though, with the use of a technique slot a Saiyan can train their tail and prevent this from happening. This weakness will be applied to all transformations until the tail is trained.

Personality: A hardened, fiercely patriotic warrior. Yakone was born in the dregs of low-class power, fighting his entire life against prejudice and working for every single point of battle power to his name. His years of struggle have culminated in a man highly prideful of his training and one that believes that EVERY being - not even just Saiyans - has the ability to seize greatness if they are willing to put in the time and effort necessary. That being said, Yakone also believes that Saiyans are one of the few species that are naturally inclined toward breaking their limits. He may view other species as lesser, but they are to be conquered and molded into tools to further the Empire, not destroyed - and individuals displaying fierce resolve and/or strength will earn his respect.
Aside from his intense loyalty to the Saiyans, he strongly stands by the crown's authority: believing the monarch should be a prime example of all Saiyan values that glue them together. Those who fail this duty are worse than scum and deserve to be replaced. Yakone respects his father for his experience and accolades, believing that ALL Saiyans should be appointed status based on merit and not battle power at birth. While he can come off as cruel and arrogant, Yakone is a genuinely excitable warrior looking for challenges and new goals, and can be very encouraging to those he calls friends.
History: Yakone was the lone child of Belle and Yangcong, born as a laughably weak low-class to an Elite father. Most Saiyans would cast away such children as embarrassments to their status, but Yangcong had achieved his through merit - resulting in a principled man that raised his only son with firm discipline and love. The victim of intense bullying and even physical violence, Yakone endured his suffering under the tutelage of his father. Little by little, the child grew stronger and more confident, transforming from a meek weakling into a youngling on par with mid-class children.
Even that was not enough for Yakone, the Saiyan demanding that his father teach him the ways of Flame. It was through sheer discipline and careful guidance that he avoided the same fate as his father, slowly but surely mastering the Flame as a form of combat and adopting many battle stances and motions from offworlders. Upon adulthood, he served alongside his father in many missions on behalf of the Saiyans. The eventual rise of the USD and the humiliating subjugation of his people drove Yakone into a frenzy, but by his father's advice, they were no match for the monolithic entity.
The two left Vegeta and spent many years attacking USD assets and personnel where no retribution could fall upon the Saiyans. With the rise of a new queen and the proclaimed freedom of the Saiyans, the time is ripe for Yangcong and Yakone to return to their home and help restore the Empire to its former glory.

As much damage as they were doing, as much as Yakone was loyal to his father, he wanted nothing more than to return to Vegeta and rip the traitor-King's head from his shoulders. They should be serving their people, not fighting on the fringe.
As the Saiyan's pod left the doomed cruiser behind, silent blinding explosion rocking the cosmos, Yakone had one thing on his mind: it was time to convince Yangcong to return home. They were strong. They were ready. The Saiyans would rise again.
