Callion’s journey took him towards the bustling metropolis that was North City, the calm gentle winds, followed by the very diverse range of meals from all parts of the world that made such a town a vibrant place to explore and observe the wonderous meals that the Earthlings had in store. It was a learning experience that the Saiyan monk developed rather well after learning the typical lifestyle from having his past travels across East, West, and South City in his own right, all of which had some truly spectacular food. Truly, will Earthlings never cease to amaze the Saiyan in the culinary arts? He began to believe that he had only just touched the tiniest part of the large surface that was Planet Earth’s cooking capabilities, which lead his mind wonder to what else he could try and sink his teeth into as the smells of the welcoming food stalls welcomed his sense of smell that had the variety of the types of food being made across the eastern sector of North City. Ever the inquisitive mind, the Saiyan smiled as he traversed the section of the town on foot and he certainly didn’t take long for him to marvel at the fresh ingredients being used to create such wonders the likes of which eh had never seen before.
Goodness, just where should the Saiyan even start? Could it be the dessert choices where one stall was creating the irresistible 'S'moreffles Supreme Challenge: three heavy stacks of waffles that were loaded with marshmallows, strawberry jam, chocolate cookies, whipped cream and lashing of chocolate sauce? Or maybe it was a stall that had the Lobster Roll: A chilled food that was combined with mayo and celery into a seafood salad that’s then piled over into a special bun into a form of a roll to create such a simple and elegant lunch? No, from the corner of his eye, the Saiyan saw the food that won his heart; The Supreme Ramen: A hearty miso ramen, topped with chasu pork, a melty-creamy soft-boiled egg, menma, green onion, and the ever-classic fishcake. With the purchase being made with his own zeni at a reasonable price, Callion – armed with a pair of chop sticks – slowly snapped the sticks in a perfect middle cut and licked his lips, and just as he was about to have a fresh sample of such a divine Ramen, his ears perked up at the unusual powerlevel that was just close to his attention.
It was certainly a powerlevel that was stronger than the average human, that was for certain, though for now, whilst admittedly it got Callion’s attention, alas his attention was far more focused on the deliciousness and edible food that was his Ramen. Bite after bite Callion took his sweet time in enjoying the taste and flavour of the well made food, his Saiyan tail thrashing left and right like a pleased dog, smiling widely with an obvious sign of his approval to such a product, and knew from now on to always come to North City for such a delicacy which admittedly is good considering the Saiyan monk spends half his time in the Northern Continent in Yunzabit Heights, and the other half in the Eastern Continent within the Break Wasteland, so the journey by itself wasn’t exactly all that terrible, and since he could easily fly with a boost with his natural ki reserve, such a bothersome trip was already shrunk at the mere thought of having to get from one part of the world to the other.
Yet, as he ate, the power and signature only got more and more noticable, which was starting to make the Saiyan, who was all too easy feasting away with the large Ramen bowl to get a little interested by such power. Whilst, he would normally moan and complain about in not being able to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet to have his Ramen to himself, his natural Saiyan side got the better of him, he wanted to find this person – whoever they were. Maybe this was getting to be a cause of concern if he assumes the figure that was also within North City, might cause harm to the Earthlings, after all, Callion has not met this new pressence. Still, perhaps it was the best to investigate what was going on and since the noise was getting ever closer, he didn’t have the need to use his ki energy to fly and find out what was going on. If anything, all he had to rely on was his Ki sensing ability and could sense that there was something or someone heading his direction, an individual that was quite strong compared to the inhabitants within the metropolis. Perhaps this truly was worth of his time and attention after all.
And so, Callion begins his search.

The power level Callion had felt was rather measly. While that wasn't the right word in comparison to the people of North City, compared to his own, it was incredibly measly. But nonetheless, it was a Saiyan's power level, and so he at least had that hope to go off of. But what could bring about such a small amount of power from a warrior of a prideful race? Could it be that this warrior was just unable to break limits? Was this Saiyan just living their lives within the mundane of the city? Or perhaps... it was a Saiyan that was sent to Earth young, and therefore, hasn't tapped into their true power just yet. All these questions had to be answered. This was a brethren to Callion after all! A Saiyan! A comrade! If their power level was so low then they needed someone to help them bring it to its proper and righteous glory! So his search began, scanning for the power level in the midst of the city.
Alas, Callion was getting impatient as he searched. Corner after corner, his search yielded nothing but humans, and nothing about the mystery holder of the power level either. Minutes passed, eventually becoming a couple hours as the Saiyan irritation began to kick in. This was an elusive Saiyan for sure! But then, when all hope seemed lost, suddenly, a burst of power was felt off in the west outskirts of the city, coming from a wide open plains there. That had to be it! That had to be the power level Callion was looking for!
Opherla, having just gotten out of North City moments before Callion noticed her, was shaking her head. God, North City was SO much more confusing than her home in West City! She had to admit one thing, they had good food. And more importantly... even more wide open fields. Perfect for practice!
"Okay Opherla... let's do this." Opherla said to herself as her next round of self training began! Why train in North City and not back at home? Well, it was simple. Any time Opherla seemed to train as of late, someone of interest came by wanting to ask her what she was and if she was willing to spar. Naturally, Opherla would always answer yes, so, it was fitting to say she would get the same results here. Hopefully another sparring partner as well! Opherla would begin practicing complex combos, ornate strings, and devastating finishes. She would then erupt her power to unleash an assault of rapid kicks before heel kicking the ground, as she returned to form. "Yeah, this is starting to feel a lot nicer! I'm getting the true feeling of being a Saiyan!" Opherla smiled as she continued practicing away, unaware of Callion's approach.

Callion continued his search, keeping a sharp eye out for any sign of the Saiyan he had sensed. He was on high alert, his warrior instincts kicking in as he walked down the busy streets of North City. He scanned the crowds, using his ki sensing ability to locate the source of the power level. As he walked, he couldn't help but think about the possibilities of who this Saiyan could be. Was it someone he had met before? Or was it a newcomer to Earth, lost and alone in this bustling metropolis? The thought of a fellow warrior struggling filled him with a sense of duty to help them. Finally, after searching for what felt like hours, Callion spotted a figure in the distance. They were dressed in simple clothing, and yet, they were the most unusual looking Saiyan that he had ever seen, at least amongst his kind. He saw this particular young looking girl standing at roughly 5'7" tall. Being a mix of a Saiyan and a Wolf Beastfolk, she has the skin of a Saiyan, but the ears and the tail of a beastfolk. Her hair color is dark red, and she has fierce golden eyes. For all his time on earth, he has met a fellow pureblooded Saiyan, and the occasional halfbreed Saiyan, but one such as this? Well, this was certainly new to him. If anything, it was rather fascinating to see such a hybrid species even capable of existing. Their aura, compared to his own was weak, but unmistakably that of a Saiyan – one that required discipline, training and expertise, and this may not be the first time that he had to take part as a teacher, depending on this newcomers reaction. Callion felt a rush of excitement and approached the figure, ready to make a new friend and hopefully help them tap into their true potential. "Excuse me," Callion said, stopping in front of the figure. "I couldn't help but sense a familiar power level coming from you. Are you a Saiyan?" Callion asked with sincerity, he mind was racing with so many questions about this girl before him. What was her story? How did she came to be? Was the Father or Mother the Saiyan in the relationship? Soon enough, he’d waited to hear any form of response from this unusual looking Saiyan halfbreed – a Saiyan nonetheless of all things in his eyes.  Once Opherla answered, Callion replied thusly; "I'm Callion, a Saiyan like you, but also unlike you… You are quite the unusual specimen of our kind… No offense." the Saiyan monk introduced himself, a smile spreading across his face. "I couldn't help but notice your power level is weaker than what I'm used to seeing from our kind. Have you been on Earth for long? Do you perhaps require support in becoming stronger?"

Opherla was focusing as she did her movements and training, focusing on getting herself stronger when she noticed Callion out of her peripheral vision descend down. Finally! Someone new who DIDN'T decide to jumpscare her from behind! This guy had some manners! And looking up and down at him, Opherla couldn't help but feel her teenage hormones kick in at how handsome this guy looked. But, she managed to keep them in check for now, as she stopped training and faced Callion.
The age old question every new person had asked. What was she? She could answer that in full now, after her recent dream. "I am a Saiyan. I'm a Saiyan that came from a Beastfolk mom and a Saiyan dad, both from a planet beyond even Planet Vegeta." Opherla answered with confidence in her voice. She figured Callion deserved the whole truth of who she was since he asked so politely.
Upon hearing Callion's response, Opherla was actually tickled when he said she was an 'unusual specimen.' She had been called a lot of things by people she had met but that... that was new. "Not been called that before." Opherla chuckled. "It's nice to meet you, Callion. My name is Opherla." Opherla said with a smile.
Then the talk came up about her power level, as her ears drooped a bit and nodded. "I came to this planet at an incredibly young age. As such, I never even knew I WAS a Saiyan until I started trying to harness this latent power of mine. It was only after I started training with others that I began to understand my Saiyan roots." Opherla said as she looked at Callion. "To be fully truthful to you, yes, I do need help. A lot of help. I'm not sure where I can begin on getting stronger as a Saiyan, but I guess since you're a Saiyan, you might have some tips for me." Opherla smiled. "I'm willing to learn, I need to learn, because I know there's a lot of evil out here in the world... I just need to be able to sense it and be able to fight it." Opherla admitted.

Callion took a moment to smile at Opherla hearing her response and how she presented herself to the Saiyan monk. Honestly, it was rather refreshing to see someone within the same spectrum as him to show manners and respect to one another. He listened to how Opherla had a Beastfolk mom and a Saiyan dad. That was rather interesting… A Beastfolk mother, and she came from Planet Vegeta? Truth be told, this was the first time in many long years he had even heard of the birthplace of his homeplanet, smiling warmly at her answer. Planet Vegeta… He had not heard of the planet ever since the days of the coup that taken place all those years ago, back during the days of being raised on a completely foreign planet of his own before making his way to this very planet and having made a name for himself. Whilst she was, indeed, a halfbreed, he couldn’t help but see a younger version of himself within Opherla, the desire to get her to become stronger was more than satisfying for the Saiyan warrior, and the fact that she was willing to learn made the offer all the more enticing, and this was not the first time he took up the mantle in helping others train and get stronger. Indeed, the days of Ayu, Plasma, Quash, Zerori, and even Liari he helped trained and get stronger. Liari, before her days of being evil, and being quite the rambunctious little rapscallion… How did all come to her being so evil, he will never know. But he could at least be the one to help teach Opherla and help her get all the stronger.  “Heheheh, now THAT is what I want to hear Opherla. I can safely say you should be proud of those Saiyan genes you inherited from your father… So, how about we go over the basics shall we? I want you to show me what you've got so far, and then we'll work on building upon that. Remember, the key to getting stronger is through hard work, determination, and constantly pushing yourself to be the best you can be. Let's get started, shall we?" Callion said, his eyes sparkling with excitement at the prospect of training someone who was eager to learn and improve. He was looking forward to helping Opherla reach her full potential, and to see her grow stronger with each passing day.  Callion continued talking to her, as he slowly got into a fighting stance of his own. He no longer possessed the same Monk fighting style, but a more inherited Saiyan fighting pose that was bestowed to him by King Kai himself, “We’ll see how far you go at a basic attack and defense, nothing too serious… Just enough to gauge your current abilities. From there, we can work on improving your form, speed, and power. Sound good?" Callion said, ready to begin the training session with Opherla. He was eager to see what she was capable of, and to help her unlock her full potential as a warrior. With a warm smile on his face, he nodded towards Opherla, signaling that they were ready to begin.

Opherla was just as excited as Callion was, even if she was an ant trying to go up against a dinosaur... not to quote a tyrant from a much earlier time... but it was about the best way to compare Opherla against Callion.
Regardless, Opherla nodded at Callion's invitation, as she took her own stance, staring Callion down the moment he said they were ready to get started, and she was eager to show him what fighting form she had.
He first wanted her to try some basic attack and defense. Easy stuff, no big deal. Callion would soon come under attack as Opherla rushed forward and began to utilize some of her intricate and effective combination strings, ranging from kicks that ended in punches, punches that ended with bigger punches, even sometimes having her strings end in a ki blast! With every combination, Callion noticed that each attack of the combination was meant to leave little to split milliseconds of reaction time per attack thrown, or if there was a pause, Opherla was in a spot she could jump back or defend herself. Opherla had incredible form and prowess, utilizing close and ranged strikes in a very balanced mix, and when she did utilize ki, it was for blasts or quick back dashes for spacing. Her power level may be lacking, but even Callion had to admit she had an immaculate form of fighting!
"Well, how was that?" Opherla would ask. "I've been learning how to fight since I was four years old, so I consider myself to have a decent form. I mean, how else could I become the West City Martial Arts Champion 7 years in a row?" Opherla quipped, regarding her achievements made without her innate power she was starting to tap into.

Callion gave a solid grin, he remained into a solid and yet flexible monk fighting stance, his eyes focused on Opherla’s body as she went to engage into the mock sparring session of basic attacks and defensive techniques. Throughout her engagement, Callion remained completely on the defensive, allowing the Hybrid Saiyan to use her variety of balanced techniques from kinks, punches, bigger punches and ki blast styles. Needless to say, the full blooded Saiyan was impressed as it is, though for him, not only was he blocking those attacks, he was thoroughly analysing her movements like a teacher to his student. Callion was impressed, continuing to remain on the defence, allowing Opherla to showcase her skills. Despite being a full-blooded Saiyan, Callion had a keen eye for detail and was able to assess Opherla's technique with ease. He remained in his fighting stance, ready to respond to any attack and use his own defensive skills to counter. The mock sparring session was a chance for Callion to see the full extent of Opherla's abilities and help him better understand how to work with her in the future. To say that he was impressed was an understatement – finally – someone who knew how to practice a balancing art of combat with combining physical attacks with ki, whilst using their whole body at the same time!  “Well, Opherla, I have to say, you got quite the mindset for combat already. I can definitely see that you were made West City Martial Arts Champion Seven years in a row. Very impressive.” Callion complimented her, giving the Hybrid Saiyan a certified nod of approval. Indeed, he can see that her claim of being the West City Martial Arts champion for such a long time was true. “However, from this little basic session. I can spot several problems. So forgive me, but I will be blunt.” Callion then proceeded to go on the attack. His punches were… Well, needless to say intentionally weak – Earthling levels of weak, but all he did was perform a series of lightning-fast pokes with his fingers of each hand to her arms and upper body, as in giving her advice. “First of all, you’re not truly throwing your attacks properly. You need to start moving your whole body with your fists, that will increase maximum momentum of your blows. Not to mention, you really need to work on your precision as well. You're relying too much on your power, instead of using precision and accuracy in your strikes. That's something we can definitely work on together."
Callion continued to offer constructive criticism, while still performing the weak attacks on Opherla. He was determined to help her improve and reach her full potential as a martial artist. "And also, your defensive stance could use some work. You need to be more flexible and fluid in your movements, so that you can respond quickly to any attack. And finally, your ki control could use some improvement. You need to be able to control the flow of your ki energy, so that you can use it more effectively in combat." Callion's advice was firm, but he offered it with a smile, knowing that with hard work and determination, Opherla could become an even better martial artist. “Don’t let me words hurt you though, you’re a Saiyan. It’s important to take in the blunt criticism, and there is no denying that you are a proud warrior and champion of a World Martial Arts tournament. But I am going to let you in on something important. Soon enough, you’re going to be entering the Big Leagues. Opponents that will makes those who enter the West City Martial Arts Championship matches look like babies.” Callion informed Opherla, deciding to go for a sudden and rather strong Bruce Lee Style one inch punch right into the middle of her chest. The ant going against a dinosaur comparison in full effect, as the pureblooded Saiyan demonstrated a taste of what she was about to go up against in the future.  "That's why it's important for you to continue to improve and strive for excellence in every aspect of your martial arts. The competition in the Big Leagues will be fierce, but with the right training and mindset, you'll be able to rise above the rest and become the strongest warrior you can be." Callion's words were filled with encouragement, as he wanted to help Opherla reach her full potential. He knew that the road ahead would be challenging, but he also knew that with hard work and determination, she would be able to overcome any obstacle that came her way.  "So, are you ready to take your skills to the next level?" Callion asked, a determined look in his eyes, as he prepared to continue the training session with Opherla.

Opherla heard the praise from Callion and couldn't help but feel pride well up in her heart from being praised by a warrior much much stronger than her. The words filled Opherla with confidence that in her inexperience, at least she was doing something right, and that alone was all she wanted to hear.
Of course, as she expected, there was criticism to be had for her inexperienced style. She figured as much, after all, she only faced humans before. Never one of her own blood. She saw Callion start to attack, as she blocked his first punch, wincing as she expected it to hurt... but surprised when he kept it to an Earthling-level attack. This got her bapped in the face, but Opherla dodged and evaded the next few punches to compensate for that. Opherla heard Callion remark about putting weight into her punches. Opherla couldn't help but look down at her own body. Really? Weight? What weight? Opherla only weighed about 125-130 pounds, so it's not like putting weight into her punches would help... Callion said he would help her with that, so Opherla would definitely accept the help.
Another punch hit her cleanly as Opherla continued to evade as she heard about her lack of proper defensive style. She couldn't argue there. She had a stance meant for just evading, and not so much for blocking or reacting to attacks, so it was definitely something to consider. He then made the remark about her ki usage. Yep. Ki was definitely an issue for Opherla. She had just started using it not too long ago, so of course it was a little hard to control.
Callion told her not to let his words hurt. Hurt? They were only pointing out Opherla's flaws! That didn't hurt at all! What did hurt, on the other hand, was the One-inch punch Callion nailed Opherla with.
BAM!!!!
"Gh-!" Opherla was drained of her air from the sheer power behind the punch, as the difference in power level came through as Opherla flew from the punch, rolling across the ground a long ways before she only stopped by hitting a lone tree in their battleground, as Opherla's entire body wreathed in pain, as she wheezed for air and clutched her chest... yep, there was some broken ribs for sure, some might have punctured her lungs, which was why she was wheezing for air a bit from the one-inch punch.
Callion's words of encouragement helped Opherla get back to her feet... but the moment he said he wanted to continue training and improving Opherla, Opherla tried to resume her stance... only to clutch her chest and wheeze for more air. "Yeah... I'd... love to keep going but... uhm..." Opherla said before hanging her head in shame. "I think that one punch of yours broke my ribs... and maybe punctured a lung or two... I'm... having a little bit of trouble breathing here." Opherla said with a weak chuckle as she was struggling for air. "I'll definitely look to improve, Callion, but... I... don't think I can keep going right now, sadly, as much as I want to." Opherla shamefully admitted. Boy. This was embarrassing.

 Callion watched Opherla taking the hit of the one-inch punch and was impressed that she took the hit. Sure, it was more than enough to knock the air out of her, and maybe he possibly broke her ribs. But she had the Saiyan blood in her, it was going to take more than a broken rib to take their kind down. He couldn’t help but smirk with a smile. “Heh, sorry about that. But I just wanted to make my point across. You’re going to be going up against those who are immensely stronger than you. There are some that are probably like me; those who want to use this power responsibly and wisely…” His attitude then changed to that of a serious look on his face, quite the scary one at that to bring out his point across to the Hybrid Saiyan. “Though you need to realise right here and now, that there are also those who will not hesitate to destroy you and this planet. It is imperative that you train hard and become strong, not just for yourself but for the protection of those around you.”
 He then walked up to Opherla and helped her stabilise in her standing for a moment, making sure she was okay. “Take it as a lesson, always be prepared for the worst. You never know when you’ll come face to face with someone who wants to do harm. You need to be strong enough to defend yourself and those you care about.” Callion then gave her a small nod, showing that he respected her and believed in her abilities. “I have faith in you, Opherla. You have the potential to become one of the strongest in this world. Just remember, with great power comes great responsibility.”
 The Saiyan warriors spoke with truth and a blunt way to get her attention. Yes, she should be proud of her accomplishments, but now she was going to be entering a world with those with power that are capable of destroying entire cities, world and even the very fabric of the cosmos around her. Callion wanted her to be ready, and it was imperative that - as hurtful as the one-inch punch was - he needed to make his point across. He wanted her to understand the gravity of the situation she was entering into. "I will respect your choice to not continue to the next stage of the training." Callion respected her choice, as he turned around. "Just make sure you take my words to heart and be prepared for what lies ahead. I want you to be able to protect yourself and those around you."He then looked back at Opherla with a reassuring smile. "You have the potential to become one of the strongest, but it will take time, effort, and patience. Don't give up, and don't let this setback discourage you. You'll get there." Callion then walked away, leaving Opherla to contemplate on his words. He hoped she would take his advice and continue to train, to become the best she could be. This world was full of danger, and he wanted her to be prepared for whatever lay ahead. The Hybrid Saiyan had a great destiny ahead of her, and he wanted her to be ready for it. For now, Callion hoped that his words got to her head.  “I hope we meet again Opherla! Take care of yourself and get stronger!”

Opherla took the final words Callion had for her to heart. They all sounded very important. First, his apology for her broken ribs, she sort of expected that, but he then followed up with why he did it. Opherla nodded her head firmly. She knew that this world was dangerous, and that had Callion been a villain, he would have easily killed Opherla on the spot. She WOULD train hard. She WOULD get stronger. For everyone she had recently met, including Callion.
Opherla allowed Callion to stabilize her, as Opherla nodded at his next words. This was a lesson she was never ever going to forget. Never. She knew she had to become strong, and that was exactly what she was going to do. Her eyes lit up upon Callion saying he had faith in her, as that was more than enough to reassure any doubts she had about being able to do this. Not to mention he told her she had the potential to become the strongest in the world? She wasn't quite sure about that, BUT! She was absolutely sure about her confidence levels.
Opherla hung her head a bit that she couldn't keep continuing the training, even as Callion said he respected her choice. Even if he did, Opherla still felt bad she couldn't learn more from Callion while she could. Regardless, she would definitely take his words to heart, and she would prepare like she hadn't prepared before. Once again he reminded her to take in his words, and Opherla would definitely do so. As she watched Callion leave and give her one final farewell, Opherla smiled.
"I've taken every word to heart, Callion! I'll become strong! Just like you!" Opherla yelled out as she smiled as he left, before she herself slowly flew off... she hoped she could find a doctor in North City who could get her fixed up rather quickly.
