Techniques:
1:)(OT1)Flaming bomber- fires a bright red Ki blast that explodes on contact with any object it comes into contact with. The blast feels like a flaming hot Magma to the touch.
2:) (ST1)flight- allows users to use their Ki to fly and maneuver in the Air
3)(ST1) Ki Sense- Allows you to sense other sources of Ki around you that are on the same planet.
4)(ST1) Ki suppression- allows you to suppress your ki to keep it hidden to others as long as you keep your power level low.
5)(DT1) high speed movement- by using more stamina it allows its user to dodge attacks that are 33% of users PL
6)(DT1) Ki barrier- allows the user to block or reduce incoming damage up to 33% of their PL.

Applying for
Majin armor(ST1)- The User turns their body into a body suit for an ally using their own power to protect and increase the users power. While it does render the user unable to fight while in this form it still allows their ally to have increased abilities in a fight. -Mechanical.
Proposal 1. The target must willingly don the armor and can't be forced into it. While wearing the armor 10% of all incoming damage is directed to the Majins health pool and when that health pool is exhausted the Majin falls off there ally. Every turn the Majin will channel their Ki to the wearer starting at 10% of the Majin. All Damage received to the living armor is reduced by 5%.
Proposal 2. The Wearer receives 10% of the Majins PL.
Restrictions. Majin species .

SO I have a proposal regarding your majin armor tech! this seems way too simple for what it does so here's what I suggest:
0: get rid of health boost 1: Majin can use no other abilities (attack, defense, etc) while this ability is active except to disengage the tech. They CAN transform tho. Once the technique is deactivated, it cannot be activated again throughout the fight 2: Majin tanks 100% of damage to the wearer and share status effects until the tech is disengaged, the user is knocked out or killed. In which case, the status effect goes with the Majin. 3: If the Majin and it’s target share techs, they gain a 10% power boost to all techs they have in common 4: only the wearer of the Majin armor can be targeted for attacks, defenses or techniques, not the Majin, while the effect is activated

I like it! Though I do want to clarify. If the Majin is tanking 100% of the damage. As all damage goes to the Majin and not the wearer.
If so I approve.

This technique was discussed again afterward and we decided not to approve it. We'd rather save techniques that turn to players into one for Fusion, to keep that special. Along with that, this is too similar to purchasable items.
