Description: Matsukie stands only above avg height but has a defined body that is not bulky but instead reminds one of a sleek predator stalking its prey. His Eyes are found unnerving in most people as their unnatural red color reminds them of something evil. His body is covered in old scars from old conflicts he has lived through. He has two tattoos on his arms one on each of two graves each with a name on them. They read Silena and Antor.
History: Former Captain of the earth's Military forces Matsukie retired from service when he grew disillusioned with the effectiveness of the army following Orange city's destruction. He had survived many conflicts over the years when his unit was sent to help earth's allies but this last time he returned home he was going to his only surviving member's wedding. His sister silena to the saiyan Antor. Instead of a wedding he returned to a funeral and his hatred for the current effectiveness of the military of earth grew immensely. He shortly volunteered to join the red ribbon army as a test subject for a new supersoldier. Out of all the applicants he was the only success and for the first time in his life Matsukie could use Ki. It is unknown what exactly happened but Matsukie now no longer works for the Red Ribbon army and constantly trained his New power so that he can one day protect the earth.
Personality: Matsukie is described as a very Strict individual on himself as he sees his weakness as the reason his family died alone in orange city. Calm and level headed Matsukie is Extremely pragmatic.
Techniques:
Nova sniper:(P1OT1)
Placing one hand at maximum distance from his other hand he forms a ring in his outstretched hand to act as a focus for his next KI blast. The second hand is placed up to his right eye to allow him to line up his hands as if looking through a scope. Gathering his Ki he fires it from second hand into his outstretched hand that focuses the Ki into a tight beam that moves Quickly at insane speeds much Like a sniper shot to Pierce his opponents bodies.
High Speed movement:(DT1) Pours extra stamina into his limbs Matsukie Moves at high speeds to Dodge attacks.
Ki Sense:(ST1) feeling the emitting Ki others use, Matsukie is able to track their location and power levels.
Ki suppression:(ST1) forcing none of his Ki to leave his body Matuskie stops others from reading his KI for his location and Power level. Must keep his power level down to be effective.
Nova barrier:(DT1) Using his KI Matsukie forms a barrier that will stop Other objects or Ki from entering unless they can overcome the barrier.

Roleplay sample: What was happening? He felt like he had slept too long and everything was heavy. Did the operation fail? Last thing he recalled was that the red ribbon army was putting him to sleep to start the operation on him for the new Nova project. He had to wake up! Slowly he opened his eyes and woke up. Several things hit him all at once and none of the things that hit him were pleasant. First off he was drowning Second off everything was on fire outside the blue tank. The room was Empty and on fire while he was stuck inside the Science tank. He began to struggle in what felt like another person's body. The body was far stronger then he remembered as he broke out of the tank with ease and before he knew it he was up and out of the flaming room. Though it did not help him much as it seemed the entire base was on fire and being destroyed by something that was making a lot of noise coming from above him. He remembered the layout of the base to a degree he knew was not normal for him as he could almost remember everything he had seen coming down to the lab as if it was in front of him. With that Knowledge he escaped the ruins of what used to be Nova base.

Matsukie had reconnected with his Red ribbon army contacts and they had never heard of him before now. From what he gathered from them was that he was Project novas sol survivor and no one else in the red ribbon army knew of what it pertained. He never brought up that he was Project Nova himself but after speaking to them several times he turned down the offer to join at another base or project. He doubted things would go very well for him once they learned that he was a success. He didn't feel like being a lab rat again and to be honest the Red Ribbon army gave him the willies. When he was off to start his own army he decided to join one that he knew would be the army he wanted to defend earth. At the same time he was gonna train and become stronger than ever before. ** for you guys so that…no one else dies without even a chance to fight back.**
