Being new to the overall area of Earth as a whole, Calot sought out immediately from his landing a place of quiet to gather his thoughts, and to think on his next move after having just arrived on terra firma proper. Normally, he'd have done the more efficient thing and thought on it amidst his time spent traveling to the planet in the first place, however, he had been feeling a touch sluggish within his first hour or so spent in the pod, and thus allowed for sleep to overtake him most of the way through. Perhaps not the best idea, considering sleep introduced him to a whole new set of demons to have to carve his way through, but at least it kept him preoccupied for the most part.
Now, though, his lack of foresight cost him slightly, and he aimed to make up for it with some quiet contemplation by his lonesome. Of course, when he first landed, such a thing seemed to be easier said than done, as he had touched down right in the midst of several small suburban communities, with more dotting the countryside for miles around the entire region.
Unperturbed, Calot quickly wasted no time in capsuling his space pod for later, as it seemed it still held within it ample charge for one more trip when needed, and made his way to the outer corners of the region itself, soaring through the skies at a rapid, yet simultaneously blasé pace. There was no rush, after all, the young man would come to claim whatever power was available to him in due time. But it would be much smarter for him to chart a plan of attack first and foremost to ensure he made the most of his time here on the blue jewel of the known cosmos.
Eventually, the sangfroid Demon Saiyan noticed a welcomed lack of people the further he got from the central area of the Northern region, and soon enough, there came upon a point where there remained no notable power signatures for him to come across. Though, in exchange, he now found himself directly in the center of what looked to be what the humans would call a "winter wonderland", with nothing but colossally sized glacial structures now surrounding him for the foreseeable future.
The cold failed to bother Calot, it never did, in fact it was akin to an old friend at this point as it embraced him in its icy greeting once he had finally hovered back down to the frosty grounds themselves. Snow crunching underfoot with each step taken as Calot scanned the lands for somewhere he could settle down for a little while and think. The peaks of several mountaintops catching his eye in particular.
Choosing one of the tallest ones in his sight, Calot began to scale the sizable sierra, hopping from rock to rock upon its jagged side until he found a large enough platform for him to take a seat on. Kneeling, he looked over the wondrous view of white and blue from down below, slowly shifting to a sitting position, with one knee brought close to his chest, hands wrapped against it as he leaned backwards, exhaling a ghostly looking breath into the frigid, freezing air as he took from his inner coat pocket his poetry book, and began to read to himself,
"The little boy lost in the lonely fen / Led by the wand’ring light, / Began to cry; but God, ever nigh, / Appear’d like his father in white."
Truly, this was bliss.
For the time being, anyways.
