The panting for air was all that could be heard in this silent bamboo forest, a man resting his hand on a tree to support himself while he tried to regain his breath. Horror was in his eyes, fear that had shook him to his core and left him in a cold sweat. The man occasionally looking over his shoulder to see if the monster had been chasing him, fortunately he had gotten time to recover. Placing his back to the tree, he tried to calm himself. In his head running over the past few minutes in his head or had it been hours... he couldn't tell.
Closing his eyes, he thought about the crew he was working with. The group of hunters who had been filming a season for their show. The group slowly moving through the forest while they were hunting a type of deer native to this reason. What they didn't expect to find was a group of deer all bunched together. The only problem was, they were trapped in some sort of pink tar like substance, slowly being pulled deeper into it. A horrifying sight as the animals were clearly in agony, broken limbs keeping them from getting away. Some had clearly broken their legs trying to escape only to destroy their chances.
Now they simply sat silently panting in agony while they were pulled into it. As the group got closer, they determined it wasn't safe to remain in the area. It wasn't until one of the hunters was speared in the leg from a ten foot distance they realized their folly in getting close. The pink tar coming alive and seeking to devour them. The group opened fire but none of their bullets worked. Some were harpooned before being pulled into the flesh, screaming in pain before screeching in agony as they reached the main body, then pulled into the center. Some screamed it was "crawling inside them" or that they were being pulled apart form the inside out.
The only hunter to escape was now trying to rest by the tree. Unfortunately for him, a pink skinned man emerged from the shadows from the other side of the tree. The hunter not realizing till his shadow cast over him, causing the man to open his eyes before falling away from the tree. Upon looking back, what he saw was horrific beyond compare. A majin staring down at him with a smile, and before the man could speak he suddenly realized hands were grabbing his legs. Looking down at his feet, the man was paralyzed by the sight of pink skinned faces of his comrades, each looking as if they were melting and in agony. Soon the man was pulled deep into the pink goo where his own friends began to strangle him and with a sickening snap, his arms could be heard breaking. The whole time Shaza watched on with an amused smile, enjoying the sound of the rest of his bones being broken by the hunters former allies.
After a few moments of sadistic joy, the hunter joined his friends in eternal life within Shaza who simply basked in the after glow of the hunt. Taking a twisted pleasure in the struggles his victims gave off. The goo having returned, Shaza was content to enjoy their memories within himself, while standing like a statue processing his new memories.

And from a vantage point high above the hellish landscape that ensued in the jungle area below, watched the careful eyes of one curious crossbreed. Calot, while searching for a place to make his momentary homestead during his stay in the Eastern regions of the continent, had come upon the famed Bamboo Forest of the East in the midst of his exploration, and immediately began to gravitate toward it's natural allure from the start. The clamorous, yet somehow calming sound of the various creatures and critters that laid in abundance in its greenery, and the easily accessible various water sources located around the forest itself made it a prime spot for a preferred loner like Calot to call his temporary territory.
The only problem being the inherently malicious power signature that he had simultaneously felt upon entering said Bamboo Forest, and seeing as it nearly matched his own sizable strength, it was likely a thorn that needed to be plucked from this blooming rose with great urgency. So, making a strategic move, Calot made haste toward the upper heights of the forest proper, finding himself a good bit of high ground to survey the situation from up above. Looking down from the cliffside that he had chosen, the conscious cavalier scanned the area until his eyes laid on exactly what he was looking to find.
Or, perhaps, not exactly what he had been expecting to come face to face with. The sight that he beheld before him was akin to that of a scene that would play out in some eldritch horror novel told to misbehaving little children who refused to go to bed on time. Animals, both of the civilized kind and lesser so, all came together in one disgusting, molasses like amalgam of pink and pain. The crackling of bones grimly resembling that of microwave popcorn as their shattering echoed through the now near silent jungle atmosphere- something that a jungle should never hope to sound like. Whatever this thing was, its wanton hunger appeared to have carried on for much longer than Calot had anticipated, and he was quite likely only catching the latter end of whatever liquidation it had lingered in the limelight of.
Watching as some piteous, plain looking fool became the most recent in what the impassive swordsman assumed was a long line of victims, Calot decided to finally make himself known- hovering just behind the bubblegum abomination as he gently gripped the sheath of his sword with his left hand, right hand readjusting a stray bang or two upon his forehead as he spoke at length to the lusus naturae, his words displaying his supercilious sense of self with every word, "It appears you're already in the process of removing the riff-raff from my would be homestead. Thank you, for that."
Now unsheathing his blade, Kyoto's azure glow now glimmered in the afternoon sun's shine as the harrowing hybrid now pointed it toward it's very next victim.
"Now I shall give you death, in return."
With that, Calot charged forward with a mighty shout, aiming to make the first move straight from the get go with a long, straight slice down the middle of the- presumably- unsuspecting pink man, and to end this farce with ferocious rapidity.

Shaza has been unaware that someone had found him, due to the fact he had no way of sensing energy. It wasn't till the voice spoke that his searching came to an end, the majin looking over his shoulder at the man who approached with a sword. It was clear this man was here to fight, and that was not something Shaza was pleased to do. He didn't exactly mind however, as he knew the intentions of the man right away. The blade shone a unique light that Shaza didn't quite understand. It was clearly magical... but how much was a different story.
The man rushed forward however would be greeted with Shaza's back spawning a knight of his own. The creature using its own sword to block the man's glowing one. However due to the fact it was indeed apart of Shaza he had struck, it certainly hurt. The majin then turned around, the knight remaining in place and still connected to the majin from the waist down. Yet the majin didn't react to the shifting of the knights position from on his back to now from his stomach.
With a chuckle, he looked into the man's eyes, only for a pink glow to emit from his pupils. A moment later a laser shot from them in an effort to blind the opponent, not permanently but to simply cause him to lose sight for a moment. Though he wasn't sure what was happening, this strange swordsman was going to find Shaza to be a very difficult foe to simply cut down. Perhaps he would be fun to absorb? He did possess a rather unique skill to sense energy... yes a fine idea.

A grim, yet unspoken satisfaction came up inside of the swordsman as he felt his slice make clean clave into the supernatural superpowered being's body, although the momentary nature of the wound seemed to irk the young hybrid to the point of outweighing any initial pleased notion that he had with the action, his eyes narrowing as the gigantic cut upon Shaza's chest began to naturally mend itself right before his very eyes. What form of power was this? It certainly had to be of magic origin, correct? The Majin were a race that he had failed to do proper research on as a whole, due to their incredibly rare public appearances, and the fact that the little information that he had to work off of were based upon old and outdated folklore from a mixture of both Saiyan and Demon reference did not exactly help him to create a means of counter attack.
Alas, these were the battles most exciting to the youth however, and he could feel the beginnings of a boil within his Demon Saiyan blood. He was his mother's son as well, after all, and both enjoyed themselves in the midst of a head to head brawl. Of course, Calot preferred to carry himself with a more refined air in the atmosphere of battle- his father influencing such attitude quite heavily- but Saiyan genes too did run through his very veins.
Besides, he had always meant to start expanding his knowledge of the denizens of the rest of the cosmos anyways, so this was quite a crazed way of killing two birds with one stone. Admittedly, if anything thus far was solid enough grounds to go off of, this was to be something much easier said than done. But, overall, it meant nothing to Calot that he held no tactical advantage as he normally did in clashes such as these. It just meant it would be quite the learning experience.
His eyes continued to glare in slight wonder as the Majin's body began to contort and deform itself to act in a means of defense- the grotesque image of flesh and muscle tissue moving in such an uncanny way forcing a greater look of disgust upon the young man's features. This, thing, was too dangerous to be kept alive. How would he be able to take advantage of this planet's resources if this force of nature consumed all of them before he was able to?
Dashing backwards, Calot tried to take a moment of brief respite to think on his next move, only for the proverbial chess board to be flipped right off the table as Shaza's eyes glowed with an animalistic glower, catching the normally calculative crossbreed off guard as a brilliantly bright eye blast collided directly into the unsuspecting swordsman's face, forcing a quiet grunt of ire out from the young man's next breath. This was a craftier creature than what was looked upon at face value- not just some mindless beast looking to make Calot his very next meal. It was already more cunning than most other so-called martial artists he's fought, and thus some modicum of respect had to be given.
Rubbing his brow, Calot, no matter how fierce the pain was, forced his eyes to remain glazed open, keeping a watchful gaze upon his opponent at all times. For a monster of this magnitude, even the slightest slip up would lead to some odd maneuver putting him between a rock and a hard place (possibly literally), and to lose to a being several levels lower than his status would be a sin nearly unforgivable in his mind.
Reinvigorating himself with visions of his potential loss ahead of him, Calot shot forwards again, feet sliding across the jungle floor as he readied his blade once more, this time opting to toss it skywards for the time being. Hoping that it would at least get Shaza's attention for a split second, that split second would be all he'd need to start his own counter assault- shooting several straight yet piercing punches straight into the Majin's midsection with deadly accuracy.
Each shot whistling through the air like a high caliber bullet, and the impact sounding even more viciously so. This was a fight that Calot wanted to end with utter certainty, and completely one sidedly- and despite current circumstances saying otherwise, he would not allow for some bloodlusted beast to get the upper hand in this bout more than it ever deserved to.
He was a son of Tirisfel, and he would soon know this demon's power.
Note; After discussing it with Shaza, and getting confirmation from the Discord staff, we are opting to drop the usual system mechanics for a more free form fight narrative for this thread!

The majin's attack had hit right where he wanted it to, but the lad was able to avoid the blinding part. Though he was glad it hadn't been so easy, after all the struggle was the best part about the eventual feast. The majin stood silently while the knight slowly dissolving back into his body, while the majin stood motionlessly. The man was quick to retaliate to his attack by throwing his sword into the air, to which the majin looked up at it. The man then proceeding to thrust his hands into the chest and stomach of Shaza.
The majin gritting his teeth before crying out, impaled upon the man's final blow. After a few moments, the majin slowly stepped back hands inches from his wounds as he gasped for air. A pained expression on his face while he panted and heaved with effort.
"You... YOU BASTARD!"
Shaza stated as he staggered back a few more steps and closed his eyes.
"Years of effort and... you've killed me!"
It was here that the majin placed the back of his hand to his forehead and feigning in an over exaggerated manner like an actor who was purposely trying to be over dramatic.
"Woa is me! The agony of it all!"
It was there that the majin would looked at the young man with a smile, and return to standing before him with a chuckle. The wounds quickly closing themselves while he held out his arms. From his arms flesh began to fall from it onto the ground as if melting. Soon the flesh collected to form pools of four. This pools slowly taking shape into various different individuals. One was a knight, another a samurai, one looked like a cybernetic warrior and the final one a man with a cape along with a sword and shield. A stereotypical hero by the looks of it, one would find in a novel or perhaps some fantasy book.
"Haha! Come now, lets play a game. Lets see how many of this it takes to cut you down shall we? I got a WHOLE little library for you to play through. Tell me a story little man!"
With that the four of them would launch forward in an effort to gang up on the young man. The majin was indeed worried though about that blade, as it had hurt him to actually be hit by it. Shaza crossed his arms while he thought about it, wondering just what it was. Perhaps it was something to be concerned about, but he was unable to be destroyed. He supposed it didn't matter in the end so long as he enjoyed his time with the man.
While the young man was busy with his creations, his body was already getting ready to unleash the next set of warriors.

Considering that he was one that dappled in the overdramatic whenever the moment called fit for it, Calot could very well tell when someone was trying to play him for a fool. Staring upon the scene Shaza was making with a disdainful glare upon his gaze. He had already witnessed the Majin's ability to manipulate his own body's flesh and fibers at will, and thus the possibility of him being able to regenerate from nearly any injury laid fresh in his mind as he awaited the end of the histrionic theatrics he was now bearing witness to. It was really quite droll, and he was suddenly understanding of the past opposition he had faced in his more sensationalized personality back in his younger years. If this was what it was like to go up against a more over dramatic Calot, then he felt slightly sorry.
Eyebrows raising after the display was over and done with, the Demon Saiyan swordsman eyes began to widen further, as Shaza split himself into four separate, distinct beings all formed from his very flesh in front of him. How, curious. He knew of techniques that allowed the user to transmogrify themselves into four different identical clones of the user, but something like this was completely unprecedented. They appeared to not only harbor multiple difference unique abilities and equipment about them, but also complete minds of their own, all four working in unison to gang up on the hybrid, but all in all having different means of how they wished to go about bringing him down.
Of course, the smartest and most obvious course of action would be to take down the ringmaster of this entire circus- as it was with a mighty serpent, if you cut off the head, the rest of the body would come to fall as a result. But, Saiyan blood boiling, and Demon genes inflating his ego, Calot wanted to try and see if he could get himself a bit more out of this exchange than what he would get if he simply focused on getting the job done right from the get go. No, he still had some time for some games, and he'd oblige the ones that the Majin offered to him to play.
Unsheathing his blade, he'd hold it in front of him in the basic swordsman stance, glowering at the artificially created inhuman hurdles before him with a low growl, eyes then narrowing in focus and annoyance before he charged forth, the end of his blade pointed at the four of them as he let out a mighty battle cry. He knew all too well the damage his blade was able to do to the magically inclined being- after all, it was a blade of demonic origin and power, and so it was able to cleave through most of whatever this mortal realm had to offer. And that meant even the most magically defensible beings often had struggles with defending against his attacks with it. He caught just how damaging it could be with the main man, and so he expected the same for the weaker manifestations that the Majin had in store for him.
And for the most part, it appeared to be so, as the very first amalgamation that he came upon, that being the techno-looking cyber warrior, seemed to take an incredible amount of damage sustained as Calot sliced through its flesh with little difficulty. The artificial warrior crying out in pain, yet no sound leaving its maw- probably had to do with a severe lack of vocal cords.
Despite this, however, they remained steadfast in their attack, as the knight in shining armor came to save their compadre's day, and ended up bashing into Calot's back with their mighty shield. Forcing a grunt of pain from the youth, the impact of the blow sent him reeling into the Shaza samurai, who then took from their own sheath their own Katana, and sliced forward with reckless abandon unlike that of the actual thing. It seemed as though the Majin himself had a relatively shaky understanding of the swordsman art, and that allowed for Calot to at least parry and stab right through the chest of the samurai with ferocious accuracy.
"If it's a story you want, a story you'll get- but no outcome of it ends with you still standing-!"
Somewhat embracing the ridiculousness of the combat now unfolding in front of him, Calot then left the Samurai reeling with Kyoto in their chest- the hybrid kicking it further into him and forcing the other end to pierce right through the rabid ronin's back, forcing him to the ground on his back as he went to deal with the other three. Though it was still easier said than done, as the techno clone attempted to fire from all cylinders from behind the defenses of the knight and the stereotypical hero type. Snarling in slight frustration, he decided to overcome such hurdles with his pure power alone, dashing forth with hands low at his side before he backhanded away the knight type, having to take a great deal of the techno warrior's Ki blast barrage in turn to get even a single attack off. Arms raised high to cover and brace his face, the hero type then came upon him, beating on him savagely with his sword, although it did have quite the opposite effect that it was surely expecting, as Calot roared back at him with a furious left hand down the pipe- catching him cleanly on the chin and allowing for Calot to take control, ripping off the very arm that the shield was held by and kicking him off to the wayside before throwing the shield like a frisbee directly at the techno-type, forcing him back first into the dirt as well.
Panting, he knew that they wouldn't be immobile for long, and thus he decided to at least do the irritating distance fighter before the other three got up, and he soon fired off a sizable Ki ball directly at the techno-type's feet, a sense of prideful satisfaction as he watched it be reduced to a goopy, pink puddle.
Raising his right hand, he willed his Kyoto back into his grip, settling into a defense oriented stance before staring directly at Shaza, blue pupils glinting brilliantly as he charged forward, hoping to get one more slice in on the Majin before he dared to summon any further opposition.
"Foolishness- No amount of meagre minions will ever be enough to topple my power!"
"So why don't you start writing your own story yourself!?"
