Zero had heard about a presentation about unfolding a new android by the Red Ribbon Army. He stood in the middle of the crowd and listen to the speech wondering just what would unfold from this event. Zero had an interest in the android mostly due to the technology aspect of it, being a board member of a tech firm back on Frost clear had something to do with this, but as the new owner of West City, the world's leading city in research and development, he could not help but to wonder why here of all places? North City was not exactly a well-known place for marvels of technology, though he could understand the Red Ribbon Army setting up shop here instead of West City. From what he had gathered they had a bad reputation from their past but were trying to atone for those sins, or so they said. He was not sure what exactly had happened to give them an unfavorable reputation worldwide, but he was eager to see just what this thing could do, and if they truly wished to mass produce these things how strong would they truly be?

When the floor opened up for questions Zero looked around and saw no one would be really asking anything directed toward the android creator. A Few journalists in the front row however did lift their hands and one became bold and just spoke right away.

"Yes, Dr. Yangcong, what do you have to say for those who are wondering if this is not just another ploy to enact world domination?"

Zero lifted a brow, not that he really had one, but still, the gesture was done. So that must have been it, the thing that gave them a black eye in the tech world. Interesting, this would be something to look into for sure. After that question was answered another reported asked their own Question.

" Dr. Yangcong, what does this mean to Organizations Like the USD and PTO? Do you think more events Like what happened in West City will happen around the world or frankly here?"

Those Giants Apes you mentioned are Saiyans, and that is what they turn into. They come from Planet Vegeta which is under the control of the USD, just like this Planet. This brings an interesting theory to my mind. Why are the Saiyans that the USD controls attacking cities on Earth? This is what motivated me to bring technology from off-world to this planet. I think the people of Earth would do well to control what happens to their own planet and cities. "

When he lifted into the air and started speaking the cameras and the crowd started facing Zero, of course, did not look into the cameras as he address this topic with valor. Zero looked over at Yangcong the entire time. While he might have been done with question Zero was no stranger to using a moment to capture the spotlight and use it to further his own agenda.

"I would be more than happy to help the Red Ribbon Army if you would like to sit down and have a talk. Perhaps we can work together to achieve your goal of protecting Earth from outsiders. I know it may not be my place as an outsider myself, but I see so much potential for this planet if it was given the chance it could be one of the top planets in Galatic Trade. "

The first one was named Kombu, and just outright attacked me and the blue woman. The other was a Saiyan whose name I do not yet know, but he sought to take revenge for his fellow saiyan. Sadly, the poor girl only did what she had to in self-defense. "

Zero was hoping to spin the tale in a way to better push himself in a better light, and what he said was actually truthful, while yes Liari did blow up a building on his orders, no one knew that besides him and Liari and that was exactly how he was going to keep it.

Zero had no idea how much stronger he was than this man or anyone for that matter. He did not have the ability to know how strong others were and was simply not interested in doing so anyway. Why would he concern himself with such a trivial thing? He was a god among mortals and that was always going to be true, it was only others of his kind that he would have to worry about. If the man accepted then all would be going better than he had planned. The more he aligned himself with Human organizations the better received he would be in business deals with them and the more willing people would be to see him as a good person.

At the sight of the car appearing and the man offering the car for the conversation, Zero's eyes widen. He had not yet ridden within one of these. Since coming to earth he had become fascinated with the motor vehicles they drove around, the style so different than what was on his planet. Zero flew to the Android and joined him in the limo, once inside he took the offered drink with a smile. It was nice to meet someone from Earth that knew how to handle business properly.

" Zero took a sip of the wine, feeling the liquid splash onto his pallet that was rich and bitter with all the joys. "Why ally me with your planet, well that much is simple. The USD is a fraud, they have conquered planet Vegeta with a ploy and the PTO has recently taken over a Planet called Namek by force. While I am currently a member of the PTO I do not share their ideals of what makes money. You see I am but a simple businessman on my homeworld, I am on the board of directors for a tech firm that my family owns. I was sent here to get a reading of what the planet is worth and I must admit the technology here has taken me back. While not as good as the tech where I come from, the ideas and designs such as Dino Capsule, are even the vehicles that have grabbed my attention. I wish to see that grow in a proper way, and how else to ensure human ideas and designs grow? By ensuring they are free to create with no limitations. How does one allow this to happen? By protection by the power of one's self. Becoming Independent of needing heroes from another planet or organization allows Earth to become a beacon of power in several ways. Zero smiled hearing about the robotic army. Honestly, it was a great idea and had a lot of value. As long as they were not easily hacked or taken over by a rouge AI. He could see the use for them is would be approved by those who lived on Earth, and it would also make his life easier without having to worry about West City being taken out while he was off-world. They arrived at the Red Ribbon HQ of North City, that was interesting phrasing, did this mean they had one in West City he had yet to uncover? Perhaps once relations got better he would be on the know list for such things. As they walked through the building Zero nodded and gave a smile to everyone who greeted the Doctor.

Yes, I can see you have upgraded them. This infinite energy system sounds very very impressive. Have you thought about applying that technology to other things? It goes without saying for cities and such but more so towards Energy rifles and such?

After waiting for the Doctor to answer Zero stopped as they were passing through the Androids in their resting spots and put his hands behind his back. "You mentioned you can upgrade yourself, in this regard I would say that is impressive. I can only assume you have boosted the power you naturally had by a great deal, that being said you should visit West City. When you do I would love to show you some of the gear brought from my Planet, I am sure we can find things that you can use for such upgrades. Though this topic of conversation leads me to a very interesting question, did you have help turning you into an Android or did you manage to do this alone? Either way, your work is most impressive. Would you be willing to say, join a new faction that is up and coming?

Zero would dip his toe in the waters here, he was not going to try and steal the doctor away here and now, but at least planting the seed for discussion, later on, would be enough. After all, business is what he did. Zero turned his head and then leaned his torso in a twisted arc as he look at the Doctor to see what his answer would be.

Zero listened to the Doctor as he spoke and gave his reasons. He understood it, but that just confirmed that he was not aware of the Technology that was out there in the universe. There is a mineral out there in the reaches of the galaxy that is stronger than most metals I have ever come across, and yet it light as what they call fiberglass here. It is what my race uses on their spacecraft. I think it would do wonders for your androids. If this was to work then Zero would need to ensure that these androids were going to be up to snuff, he had no notions of disagreeing with the Doctor and his work but if he was serious about these androids being up to scale to face off Saiyans there was going to a lot of testing and planning not to mention funding to ensure that this would happen. Zero was defiantly on board for such a thing.
