Yangcong wore his typical blue pinstripe suit that was well organized and groomed to the point where someone who were to look at him, would believe that he values his worth and what others wear when it came to fashion and how one addresses themselves in public. Which is true to a degree, however the modern age is very dangerous with powerful individuals in the world and Yangcong is no different among them. He is just a simple man trying to make his way through the galaxy.
In a room filled with the common folk all the way to the wealthy, this mixed batch was currently at a high elite bar and the one giving the speech to end the night on a good note, it was Yangcong himself. Sitting in the V.I.P section and drinking his glass of premium oil, he was called by the host himself.
"May I have everyones attention please. We have a special guest in the house who is the lead scientist in the Red Ribbon organization. Doctor Yangcong."
Yangcong had arrived from the sidelines and headed to the platform as he casually raised his right forearm to the sky while holding his glass of premium oil beverage in his left hand.
"Thank you thank you you are too kind."
He had arrived to the podium with the microphone already attached to the podium. He had placed his beverage on the platform and began to look around at the audience members. Almost segregated based on class, friends, etc, he could spot everyone in the room.
"I know that the rumors have spread about the Red Ribbon but they are false. Our plan is to create androids capable of getting rid of the threat known as the Saiyans. I was there that day that Orange City was attacked. It left this permanent scar on my face. Even though I am an android and my life has changed ever since that day, I became a new man ever since that tragic event. Like many of you who have probably heard of the event or was there that day, many lives had changed that day. The Red Ribbon and the Government of Earth have teamed up to work together to stop the threat of violence. No more will these threats keep happening on our doorstep. I have received the needed funds and as the lead scientist in this project, I plan to eliminate the saiyans and put an end to this once and for all. The androids I have been working on, will be Earth's defenders until we can make a task force that is capable of handling this immediate threat."
His speech was over and the claps and cheers were made. Hopefully everyone was satisfied and Yangcong grabbing his beverage of premium oil and walking off stage as he headed back to his V.I.P section all by himself.

Pomp and circumstance, high rises and upper society. A special gala was hosted tonight at the Golden Apple; A combination bar and lounge sat high above the city. The top floor was constructed entirely out of thick yet highly translucent glass, carefully lit by a backdrop of soothing cool-colored lights. Further away from prying eyes was the main floor, currently set up with a speaking podium and array of clothed tables for guests to sit and make merry. A lifetime ago Palmer Granite had never been one to drink, even socially, and now he wasn't even sure if he could. His goal - Ace's goal - was not to schmooze in with the upper class. A man scheduled to give a speech was a person of interest for Ferrous' purposes, and while there were no plans for violence, it was kept as a plan C in case things turned south.
Ace was already becoming a known name in certain circles thanks to his latest press conference, doubly compounded by news coverage of his recent heroic deeds. Ferrous' money and Ace's status made entry into the luxury penthouse easy, even if the Android's choice of outfit drew some judgemental stares. He had taken up a spot in the back of the showroom floor, swirling a glass of provided flavored oil (how thoughtful!), listening attentively as Yangcong gave his speech. It was some generic hodgepodge of dredging up tragedies, assuaging concerns, and promising that Red Ribbon planned on protecting Earth against the menace of outsiders. Worked well enough to please the crowd. Most simply sought reassurance that their way of life and status wouldn't be so harshly disrupted, and the promise of someone else fixing the issue was precisely what they wanted.
Ace suppressed a chuckle, standing up and setting his glass aside as he worked his way towards the VIP area. The security team posted outside gave the approaching Android a threatening stare, his red-tinted aviator sunglasses shimmering humorously as he entered without contest. The next thing Yangcong would hear is a slow series of claps, Ace stepping to the center of the room and pausing to tilt his glasses. "Well well well! If it isn't the good doctor himself. Quite the crowd-pleaser, aren't you? How's the new bod treating you."

Based on the man's demeanor, it seemed like he could careless of the speech that Yangcong gave and that is how some of the citizens felt. That despite the agreement with the government, there will always be at the back of their minds that the Red Ribbon are making androids for other purposes other than just selling them. Yangcong wanted to put the man at ease and easily noticing the man's beverage of choice which was oil as well. It seemed like the both of them had something in common after all, they were androids. Unless he was just a weird alien or human that preferred to drink oil.
"Being an android during times like this isn't exactly a good look at all. Despite myself being an android I am not programmed for anything specific. I was once a human scientist and I was in Orange City during the attack. I got caught in the explosion while I was creating androids in order to help the public. It left me a new man ever since. Now the public is asking for the government to help and if I'm being honest with you. The government can't do much, they can't handle this alien threat. No human can handle the threat... only androids can. The design, the amount of work that is being put on me and my team to create as many androids in a short period of time is something that I have dedicated my life's work in. Unfortunately not everyone sees the same vision that I have or what the government is trying to ultimately achieve. How do you explain to the average human that there are beings out there who can fly or shoot beams from their hands. How do you explain to them the unparalleled strength that others have compared to their own? My research has been funded by three individuals so far and they want results. I need to build an army in a short period of time to defend the planet so that we don't have another Orange City incident..."
He would sip his oil beverage once more, looking more stress despite being an android.

"You're not entirely wrong, of course," Ace would beeline towards the nearest cushiony booth, splaying himself across it. "I used to be in the military, you know. Proud to have served as a pilot. Hear about that Kaiju in the South Sea a few years back? Right here." He'd jerk a thumb towards himself, smiling as his eyes remained hidden beneath the shades. "We thought giant monsters would be the most of our problems when it came to defending this place... little did we know it'd be the least." Gods among men, walking the Earth and shattering it in the process. "Then again, I suppose giant gorillas fall under that same umbrella, don't they?" He'd chuckle, the expression lacking any genuine emotion behind it.
"Trying to field a suitable army with Androids is a solid plan. Where Red Ribbon typically falls apart is, in my opinion, the execution." Ace leaned forward, fingers interweaving as his grin faded into more of a somber frown. "They can have the most gifted and hardworking engineer on the planet trying to pump out suitable defenders for Earth, but with the rules and limitations and necessary add-ons, Red Ribbon enforces... they're just too slow. They need to adapt, not die on a hill of science as the world burns around them. So tell me, Doctor, where do YOU stand on that?" This was the real reason Ace was here. Yangcong's survival at Orange City and willingness to create an army were admirable traits in the eyes of Ferrous, but they'd mean little if he acted as a lapdog.

He brought up an interesting theory and given that this man had served in the military and had done things, he of all people knows about how dangerous the aliens are, given that the government and primarily the military couldn't do much at all about the situation that had happened. Now how would Yangcong handle the matter, he stared at the man's eyes and wasn't sure if the man's own eyes was staring back at his, given that he had shades on.
"When I first started the project, I only had twenty employees helping me and we had only created five androids the first month based off the prototype that I had been working on for months. Now I am in the second month with fifty employees and fifteen androids who have been heavily upgraded than just being a base prototype. On the sidelines, I have also developed Searcher Bugs. These SBs are currently being sent to other planets to gather information and research on greater material than what we have on Earth. I plan to hire teams of guys to go gather these materials. I believe if I could find the best material that there is, the best components needed to further enhance these androids.
I believe that there will be no limit to how strong my team of androids can become. I already had the approval of looking to other planets and gathering those materials. So far the planets I have found are barren wastelands, seemed to have been abandoned with no life forces on it. Perhaps there were wars on that planet or those who were once there had left. But the technology is there and that could be a benefit to our cause. Where other scientist just stick to what is here on this planet and the resources, I am looking other places to further our cause. That is where I stand."
The only reason he could do what he does, is due to the funding behind his project. Without it, he would be like the other scientist not being able to do much.

"So why Red Ribbon? I assume it's due to their welcoming nature to all things Android and large fiances, but surely you can tell that the current administration is bogus? Those at the top don't care about actually protecting this planet from Aliens; they just see that as a convenient excuse to grab power for themselves... fools. For all I know, you could be just like that, Doctor, and this all has been an excellently acted sham." The strong opinions pouring from Ace's mouth seemed rather strange considering his history and generally mild temperament, the behavior resulting from Ferrous' inbuilt personality matrix altering the man's viewpoints and suppressing any internal questions as to WHY he was acting as he did.
"You have a good head on those mechanical soldiers regarding materials, at least. Most scientists are too stubborn to understand that turning to the stars for foreign metals and elements to further enhance our domestic defenses is not a bad thing. After all, if the Xenos are powered by strange metals and energy cores, why not rip it off and turn it back on them?" Ferrous was a wealthy man before ever joining Red Ribbon. He didn't need their financial support to create a singular super Android, even less so due to now operating a rival company in Blue Banner Corporation. Potential lawsuits on logo aside, cutting into Red Ribbon's primary customer base AND intending to eclipse their Android expertise was spitting in their face.

"I would believe your theory if it actually made sense. What purpose could the Red Ribbon gain from an Alien invasion that destroyed my own research, along with Orange City. If I am being honest, if your theory was true I think it would be a stupid idea to have this be an inside job for example just for the Red Ribbon to gain power. However if it isn't an inside job and the Red Ribbon wanted to cease the opportunity to just have more good standing with the government for another motive that we both don't know about. That would be one of the worst decisions to ever choose to make. Since we already as a civilization, don't have the manpower to even stop these alien forces to begin with. Heck if they wanted to, they could exterminate us or enslave us if they wanted to. My idea, is to stop make the perfect androids to put an end to this once and for all. If fighting doesn't work, then maybe the strong androids and the army would be enough to at least make a truce.. to avoid further bloodshed... Once I get recognized for that achievement, I will take over the Red Ribbon and make sure that every city is safe and this planet. This planet is our home, to want destruction to happen to it would be truly insane. But I do see your concern however, and you probably may have dealt with a bad red ribbon officer or scientist in the past. If that is the case then I am sorry that may have happened to you. They say one spoiled apple can ruin the bunch. I just don't want you to see all Red Ribbon individuals like that. There is bad in every organization or group out there... but I truly believe there is more good in any organization than bad."
He would finally sip his last remaining premium oil and asking the waiter for some more. They would bring in more and pour him another full glass.
"You can have some if you like, it will be on my tab."

"It's called 'acceptable losses,' sir. What better way to shed doubt and divert attention than to use the same line of logic you are? In reality, Red Ribbon suffers only MINOR setbacks from losing your prime research and Orange City. And in return, rightful xenophobia is stirred, the masses clamor for a protector, and suspicions about their intentions are easily brushed aside. That makes sense to me!" The theory hand a tendency to sound crazy to people who didn't hold all the puzzle pieces - but Ferrous did. He had been aligned with RRA for a long time, and their methods of misdirection and ultimate goals were known to him. It wasn't conflicting moralities that caused a rift between them; it was simply methodology.
"All that being said, my benefactor doesn't have an issue with their overarching goals. They just had a disagreement when it came time to discuss how to exactly achieve them. You seem smart, driven, and eager to get revenge on the Xenos who attacked our planet. Good! We can't fault you for looking to the one organization capable of funding your more advanced projects with a semblance of regularity." A1 deigned to take the offered complimentary glass, confident any enemies wouldn't have had time to tamper with it to a meaningful degree. "A man of good taste as well, I see. Perhaps I've been coming off too intense."
He'd raise the drink up high before throwing it back, half of the silvery-black liquid disappearing down his neck. "This world needs protection, a firm guiding hand to help cultivate human potential and thwart Xenos's machinations. The USD is incompetent and saddled with the weight of several planets, and those chumps haven't the slightest care for Earthlings as species. We're just resources to exploit to them. It's high time they were replaced, though; as you might have guessed, the people I represent don't exactly have the highest opinion of Red Ribbon's current command. Despite our differences, we'd like to have a working relationship with you, Doctor Yangcong. How does that sound?"

Constant arguing about a minor situation wasn't going to solve the situations that were much bigger in grand scale. Though as the conversation continued it seemed like in the end they had the same interest as the other. They both wanted the same thing which was to protect this planet in the long haul. Aside from the Orange City situation, there proved to be another threat that had happened, West City. Though rumors will be rumors, the citizens had their voices.
"Orange City suffered the attack at the hands of three giant size apes. And then with the situation with another alien force that came to this planet and laid claim in taking it over. Rumors describe that it was an alien like being with a tail. Along with a bubble gum type of female that had adsorb two individuals. These are two instances where both cities were struck."
Yangcong had briefly sighed to himself as he closed his eyes for a moment as he had face palm himself after calming himself.
"I will amass this army to protect the other cities that haven't been attacked just in case. Working together on both these situations would greatly our cause and I do agree with you, Earth's government isn't exactly reliable. I also understand that both our companies don't see eye to eye. But that one day can change by the both of us working together and bringing it to their attention that we can work together and protect this planet."
