Okay, so the image might be extremely big, I shoulda resized it.
Height: 5'8"; Weight: 143 lbs; Jorey has brown spiky hair that comes back into a spiky ponytail, held together by a black band. His skin is a little darker than most Saiyans, but clear with no scars or body markings. His Saiyan body army is metal rather than the usual elastic material they use, and detects when enough Blutz Waves are absorbed for transformation so that it can expand with Jorey's body (purely cosmetic, has the same durability as the normal armor; not meant to give him an extra edge in defense). Said armor is colored black and yellow, with silver lining, and the classes lines in the metal that you normally see on suits like these. The bodysuit under the armor is blue, elastic, and skintight, with cutouts at the fingers and for the feet. As a Saiyan, Jorey has a tail. Many times, when walking around in public, Jorey can be seen wearing a black cloak with a hood, to hide his Saiyan armor and tail. When he feels the need to, Jorey conceals his head with the hood. A green scouter is usually always equipped to Jorey, as he cannot sense Ki, yet.
Personality: Jorey is a relatively edgy character. Because of his past and the corruption he sees around him, he's become distant to the concept of hope and salvation. Jorey has a relatively cold outlook on life, and in turn, has a cold attitude to people. His Saiyan blood harbors a desire for battle and a pride in his race that can never be quenched, but over the years, he's learned to control his pride and not let it get the better of him, unless directly discriminated against repeatedly. To him, Saiyan politics and "low-class warriors" mean nothing. There aren't many things that Jorey likes. He likes battle, fishing, training, and strong opponents. Docile activities are tolerable. However, there are many things that he dislikes. There's corruption, greed, hubris, money, senseless murder, cockiness, betrayal, politics, hierarchy, compassion, hope, deceit, the USD, and the PTO. To him, the USD and the PTO should be disassembled and every planet should remain independent of one another. Of course, he does see the good that comes out of the USD, but he values independence over unity.
At the moment, Jorey remains the edgy, cold, and cynical self he is. He loves being a wiseass and always questions people's motives. He doesn't trust anyone completely, and doesn't have a tendency to make friends either. He's drawn to money so he could survive, and tends not to do "the right thing" because of his hopelessness in mortality. He is, however, still skeptical and hopeful; skeptical about the way the universe really works and hopeful in there being "hope." As much as he doesn't realize it, he's looking for a person who hopes and is still retains their morals, not because it's the right thing to do, but because they know it still matters in a world where it seems like everything is going to hell.
History: Jorey is a man with a past unknown by others. The furthest their knowledge of his man goes is that he has no family, he has no connection to Saiyan politics or the military, and that he's as cynical as they get. Of course, this wasn't always the case for Jorey. Even a cold individual like him had a past, had a childhood, had a family. Unfortunately for him, all of those things were taken away from him at a young age.
Jorey was born to in lower class family, and had a mother and a father and a brother. The brother was younger than him, and both his parents were also pretty young to start a family. To give a timeframe, everything changed for Jorey when he was ten years old. Jorey's childhood was riddled with lessons from his parents on how to fight and how to navigate in the world, full of corruption and deceit. Stories of heroism in the battlefield were told almost all the time by Jorey's father, which inspired the hearts of Jorey and his younger brother, who was about three years younger than him. The father, who used to be in the military at a young age, was very enthusiastic about heroics and pride. He tried to teach them from a young age that no matter how horrible things may seem in the world, with all the deceit and greed and envy rooted in society, a Saiyan's pride should never be cast aside, and that they should never stop striving to become a better version of themselves, and to assist the weak. He was a man of virtue, and for a while, both Jorey and his brother wanted to be like him.
Jorey's mother was a kind soul, but very strict and disciplinary. While the father was lax and more battle and honor oriented, the mother was always on them and wished for them to always look and be proper. In the end, their dream was to create two fine gentlemen Saiyans, strong and virtuous, proud and honor-bound, striving to always improve. Their pride and joy was always Jorey and his brother. The lessons taught by Jorey's mother were those of cunning and intelligence. Although she was also a fighter, she never spoke about her past as a soldier. She only wanted to teach her children that there are evils in the world, but there's always a way to outsmart your opponents, or better yet, bend them to your advantage. The father taught them to be smart and honorable in battle, and the mother taught them to be smart and resourceful in life. They were to create the ultimate soldiers, if it weren't for the fact that they would have been totally helpless in social situations with just both of their combined efforts in pride and cunning.
There was another individual involved with the development of Jorey and his brother: a dear friend of his parents that came around relatively often to hang out and catch up with them. He was akin to an uncle to the children, and as such, they only addressed him as uncle. Uncle was whimsical, and even more lax and carefree than the father. Uncle had prestige in the military, but left way before the mother or the father left. He always said that he was more of a traveling nomad now instead of a soldier. For the years leading up to when Jorey was ten, the uncle, the father, and the mother all took turns in teaching them their values, and how to take care of themselves in the world. The children learned, they grew, they thought for themselves, and they started planting the fruits of their labor, forming their own identity. Up until Jorey was ten.
It seemed like a normal day. Jorey and his brother were out to play before their father wanted to tell them another one of his stories. While Jorey was starting to get tired of hearing the same stories over and over again, his brother was still fascinated about hearing the repeated tales of heroism. Jorey always attributed it to his seven-year-old optimism and desire to be a super hero. For Jorey himself, he wanted to be something greater. He wanted to be the savior of Vegeta. Their house existed on the outskirts of a field and some woods, where the two boys would play and spend time away from their lessons. Coming back from the woods, they noticed that their parents weren't home yet, but their uncle was. He stopped by and asked where their parents were, but they didn't know either. They all decided to wait with each other for Jorey's mother and father to come back, but at some point in time, all Jorey remembered was his vision going black. When he came to, his body hurt all over, his face had blood dripping from it, and was covered under some rubble. His brother was next to him, or rather what was left of him. His corpse laid there, lifeless and cold. In front of him was the body of his mother, and past her is his father being held up by his uncle by the neck. Without warning, his father was shot with a Ki blast through the chest, killing him. Then, Jorey's uncle took his own life right afterwards, after yelling into the sky in anguish. Confused wasn't even enough to describe what Jorey was feeling. There was much more than confusion stuck inside his heart.
Jorey survived the encounter, but he had many questions. Why did his uncle kill his family? Why did he take his own life afterwards? Has his uncle always felt this way? All those questions would remain unanswered for a long time. There was one thing that was certain though: he was alive, and he needed to survive. Jorey left his past behind, and with it, he left a lot of his morals behind, as well. All he could think of is how he was betrayed, and how none of the things he was taught could help him right now. He couldn't even get revenge for what happened. He didn't know where to direct all of his emotions. So, instead, he directed all of them into questioning how he was raised. Jorey questioned heroics and politics, he questioned being cunning and resourceful, he questioned how to navigate in society. He question all of these things and more for four years, surviving in the harsh wilderness that only treated him with the same respect as his uncle at the moment of his family's death. After those four years, he came to a conclusion about life: there was no meaning to it. Life solely existed because you were brought into this world for reasons unknown and unimportant, but what was important was that life was cruel, and society was cruel. The need for heroics and compassion was nonexistent; there was only pain, suffering, and corruption.
Jorey didn't want to give up on the teachings of his family, but he felt there was no other truth about life. When he was fourteen, Jorey was able to find a space pod left behind by a fallen warrior. He entered it, and started venturing out to planets unknown to himself. He met with many different societies and peoples, and realized a constant theme among them: wherever he went, he was met with violence, greed, corruption, deceit, and the like. People killed their kin for many different reasons, all being selfish. Where he found compassion and hope, he found that it was squashed with despair and ruthlessness. After a while journeying to different planets, he found out the reason why his uncle murdered his family. There was a very powerful debt collector doing business, and it was time for Jorey's uncle to pay up. When he didn't have the money, he was addressed to kill off members of the Saiyan military, in response to the rebellion happening on Vegeta. He thought he had killed Jorey, and he definitely killed his brother, but the feeling was probably too much for him at that point in time. Jorey theorized that he felt he was in too deep, and finished the job, while also killing himself. Jorey remembered that his uncle had no next of kin, and everyone in his family is believed dead. It doesn't help that Jorey had no friends outside his family as a child. No one knew who he was, and he knew no one. He was alone, in pain, and angry at the world.
Jorey would continue to journey around the galaxy for ten more years. In his travels, he'd done a lot of things his family would have mixed feelings about: he's suppressed insurrections (both good and bad), he's assassinated politicians and dictators alike, he's wiped out innocent families, sold people out to slavery for the PTO, stolen, pillaged villages, and many more atrocities. At this point in time, his services went out to the highest bidder, if there even was one. His cynical nature infected his very core, making him into a ruthless and hopeless being. Somehow, though, there's a small glimmer of a longing for hope. Jorey may not remain hopeful, but he wonders if there's anyone who is truly compassionate and hopeful out there, not because of blind faith or because it's the "right thing to do," but because there's a legitimate reason to stay hopeful and proud. Eventually, his services took him to Earth. His pod is barely one step away from dying out completely, so he plans on saving that use for one more trip he may find important. For now, Jorey resides on Earth, wondering where he will be brought to next.

Step...step...step...step. Footprints dotted the sands of this planet's desert. The only thing to be seen for miles was...literally nothing. The man in the black cloak sighed and ripped off the hood, sweat beading down from his forehead.
God, I hate the desert...Actually, now that I think about it, I think I just hate everything.
Jorey wiped sweat from his brow and continued walking through the desert, watching as the civilization in front of him started coming more and more into view, and more and more into life. His scouter went off, revealing some energies inside the civilization. He was almost certain that he had just come across some more ruins. However, much to his surprise and pleasure, he found an actual city.
Well, I'll be. Looks like this place isn't just a wasteland. I was starting to think I was sent here for no reason.
Jorey didn't want to raise any suspicion, so he took off his scouter and concealing it in his cloak, along with his tail and Saiyan armor. He walked closer and closer to the city, where he was met with a little bit of a problem.
"Halt!"
Immediately, about ten men came out from hiding, brandishing weapons of sorts and aiming them at Jorey. The Saiyan sighed and put his arms up, unable to distinguish any of the people's faces because of the sun in his eyes. They called out to him again.
"Who are you? How do you know about this town? State yourself!"
Jorey calmly addressed the situation, his voice staying steady and not breaking for a moment. He lied as naturally as he breathed, at this point in his life.
"Relax, I'm not here to hurt any of you."
Another soldier called out to him.
"That's exactly what someone who is here to hurt us would say."
To which, Jorey retorted.
"And you are absolutely, 100% right. But I'm not here to hurt you. I read your bounty, something about a monster antagonizing you all? I'm here to put an end to that being."
They were still skeptical of him, but they continued the conversation.
"How do we know you're actually here for that bounty?"
"I was sent by Torivica. He filled me in on all the details, or at least all the details he was comfortable with telling me."
There was a slight pause among the soldiers, as they were starting to believe Jorey more and more. Then, was the icing on the cake for this situation.
"He said something about 'putting an end to this tyranny.'"
With that, they all immediately dropped their aim and looked at each other. One of them gestured to some people behind the wall, and with that, the giant doors to the city started to open. Jorey put his arms down and sighed.
Well, it's too bad I actually killed that guy. Could barely read out his name from that watch he kept on him.
The mission was pretty simple. As much as he hated the organization, this wasn't the first time Jorey has worked with the PTO. On occasion, he takes jobs from them involving subduing a small town and getting the people ready for enslavement. This was one of those missions. He was already briefed by an informant on the inside. This planet was nothing but a wasteland, anyway, but it was a valuable source of metal from the mines. There weren't that many civilizations left because most of them had been wiped out, so this was very important for the PTO. Of course, if they didn't get this planet, they'd just move onto another one. Now that Jorey was about to be on the inside of the city, things were about to unfold. This planet was mainly inhabited by a bunch of humanoid lizard people. Jorey had heard of a deserter of the town, this Torivica person. However, as it turns out, he didn't desert. Rather, he was acting as a scout for them. He figured this because when he encountered him and killed him, he mentioned something about "not telling you where they are." Torivica was trying to protect something. Now, Jorey found out what that something is. Walking through the gates, he saw what the inside looked like. It was almost beautiful. He hadn't seen such a large shopping district, but with so few people. He could tell, this wasn't all to their story.
Strange. There's some wear and tear on these bridges and walkways, and those flags and such don't look like they've been taken care of recently. These guys must not be from here. They had to have stumbled across these ruins and took it as their home.
Jorey was escorted through the relatively empty shopping district by one of the soldiers.
"Truth be told, this monster might be a lot more than you can handle."
Jorey played along with the ruse, scoffing at the comment that soldier made.
"I can handle myself with all kinds of beasts. Don't you worry about a thing."
"That's great to hear, but this 'monster' isn't just a normal 'beast' you've faced in the past."
"What makes this monster so different from others? What, is it a Jiggler? Ankoku-seijin? Wait, don't tell me, an overpowered Saibaman?"
"I appreciate your ability to joke about this situation, but when we say 'monster,' we don't mean the actual monster."
There was a pause between the two of them as they walked through the buildings and into one with a dimly lit interior. There were multiple people in the room, most of them women and children. The soldier took off his helmet, turned around, and addressed Jorey.
"We're talking about the PTO."
Jorey acted shocked, his eyes widening and his gaze becoming more intense.
"The PTO? The hell are you talking about?"
"You don't know who they are?"
"No, I know exactly who they are. I'm asking why the hell you didn't tell me this in the first place."
"Please just hear us out."
"Fighting a buncha monsters is one thing, but you expect me to go toe to toe with the PTO? I didn't sign up for this! It's above my pay grade."
"I know, I understand, and I'm sorry for deceiving you, but we're desperate. We just want to make a living and survive. We've been getting attacked all over the planet, and we barely have enough civilizations to keep on going. We have families, and they just keep dying off. There's absolutely nowhere for us to go. We can't keep doing this forever. That's why we keep asking for bounty hunters like you."
Jorey paused for a moment. Things were going according to plan so far, but to completely dispel any suspicion, he had to keep listening.
"We don't have much, I'll admit, but we have a very valuable metal in our mines. It's all yours, if you can help us mine it, once we get rid of the PTO. That's why they're here. That's why they're attacking us. We can't just sit here and take it, lying on our backs. We need to fight back against the tyranny, hold onto hope. You know what I mean?"
That's the word that triggered Jorey: hope. There was nothing hopeful about life. As far as he could remember, hope only got him through his childhood. Hope only kept him going until everything he once had was taken away from him. Hope didn't get him anywhere else beyond that; only corruption, deceit, violence, and greed helped him get to where he was. However, he had to play the part. He looked around at the women and children. One mother was holding onto her two kids, scratching their heads and smiling at them. Out of pure chance, she glanced up and met eyes with Jorey. He lingered for a moment, then closed his eyes and turned his head. With a sigh, he gave the soldier the answer he wanted to hear.
"All right, fine. I'll try and help you out."
The soldier practically leapt for joy, a smile growing on his face. He shook Jorey's hand and met his eyes with his own hopeful ones.
"Thank you so much, sir. I promise, you'll be handsomely rewarded when we finish this operation."
The Saiyan rolled his eyes and smiled, going along with the mood of the room at the moment. The soldier then left the room and started rounding up some of his troops. While he did that, Jorey turned to face the inside of the room and surveyed the area. There were many people deemed too weak to even be able to put up a fight in there. This was perfect for the Saiyan. He made his way through the crowd, nodding his head to anyone who met his gaze. Most of them were nervous at the sight of an outsider, so they quickly looked away. However, some returned a nod. He found a doorway past all the people, and an outside area where no one was looking or even standing in. This was the best place for Jorey to make contact. Away from everyone else's gazes, he pulled out his scouter and put it on.
"I'm on the inside. Should I get started with the next course of action?"
His question was answered by a vector, raspy voice on the other side of the line.
"Yes, it should be about time to do so. My troops will be meeting you on the inside once you give the signal."
"That's not good enough for me. I want an actual estimate on how much time it'll take for you to be here."
"We are already here, about three clicks from your location. We're staying low and under the radar. Once you give the signal, we'll be there in less than five minutes."
"All right, sounds good to me. Jorey, out."
With that conversation over and done with, Jorey put away his scouter and turned back around, heading through the room again.
The Saiyan met with the same soldier again, and this time, he was surrounded by all the other soldiers they had. The soldier in question seemed to be the leader or rally-man of this whole group of lizard people. All eyes were fixed on the leader as he talked about how they were one step closer to ending the tyranny they faced. Excitement filled the hearts of all the men, and it was visible in their eyes. Jorey could see it all. His face never changed expression, until the leader called on him to make a statement to the soldiers, just to rally the forces. In all actuality, Jorey was surprised; however, this would serve to aid his effort much better than any alternative. Smirking a little, Jorey stepped up to the middle, with the soldiers gathering around again, excitement overflowing from them. A speech was demanded from the Saiyan.
"Okay, well, uh, I just really got to know you guys. And by 'know you guys,' I mean I got to know your helmets."
The troops laughed a bit and Jorey continued.
"But, before we start, I just want to praise you all a bit. You've all fought so hard and have had the courage to keep on fighting, held onto hope so well. It's inspiring, really. I'm not too good at making speeches like this on the fly, so you'll have to bear with me if my hands get a bit shaky, or something. Your efforts, your conviction, your pride, it will not go unnoticed. After today, you all will be living much better lives, because I'm that confident that today will be the day you have your liberation. After today, you'll be able to look up at the sky and take a deep breath of refreshment. After today, you'll look back at these times and revel in how far you all have come. After today, you'll be able to tell your sons and daughters and everyone in between that you did it, that you survived. All of this will feel almost like a fairy tale, at that point. This is the day of your salvation..."
Jorey continued, turning towards the leader and not breaking eye contact. The mood of the open space started getting more and more excited, more motivated.
"This is the day of your liberation..."
Jorey drew closer to the leader, his eyes reflecting the exact determination of his soldiers.
"This is the day of your-"
Suddenly, Jorey charged his fist right through the leader's chest, blood spurting all over the place. Immediately, everyone's faces dropped, and fear and confusion started to settle into them. Jorey smirked and ripped his hand out of the leader, the body dropping to the floor, lifeless.
"Oops, sorry 'bout that. Got a little shaky from the speech."
As one might imagine, the soldiers didn't take too kindly to that. One soldier charged to Jorey and tried to attack him, to which Jorey dodged and nailed him right in the face, staggering him. While he was dazed, the Saiyan shot a Ki blast right through his chest, killing him on the spot. More tried to defeat to Jorey, to no avail. Two more soldiers tried to attack him, and as one of them charged him from the left, one tried to come in from the right. Jorey blocked one attack and grabbed the hand of the other soldier, crushing it under his own. The soldier yelled in agony and dropped to the floor. Acting quickly, Jorey grabbed the arm of the other soldier and flung him to a few other soldiers. This was when some started to break away and get to the guns they had. The fight continued when three more soldiers charged at Jorey, all of which were dispatched easily. One had his arm broken and then his face made into ground meat from a series of punches. Another met his quick end when Jorey slipped past his punch and twisted his head a full 360º. The other had his back broken, then his face broken, and then a Ki blast right through his face. Now, Jorey was met with a few soldiers with guns. Before they were able to get their shots off, Jorey aimed at them and fired off three Halo Busters straight through their chests. Their bodies dropped to the floor so quickly, the other soldiers could barely make sense of what happened. This is where Jorey stopped, though, as he knew the PTO would need to have some soldiers alive. He aimed at some more soldiers reaching for guns, and some other soldiers trying to help each other up.
"Stop!"
Everyone stopped as he asked.
"Are you guys serious right now? Look at yourselves. I just took out at least ten of you in the short span of not even a minute, and you honestly think anyone else of you can take me on and win? Imagine what could happen if you do that. Do you know what will happen if you do? Spoiler alert: you won't get far. So, how about you all do me a favor, and chill out for a sec, hear what I have to say? I haven't even finished my speech, yet."
The soldiers all looked at each other, despair and fear still settling in on them. They all knew Jorey was right, and they didn't know what else to do. With hopelessness finally settling in, they stopped, dropped their heads, and stood up for him, giving him their undivided attention. Jorey smiled at this, not dropping his hands.
"Good boys. Now, pick up those guns, all of you. The PTO will be here in less than five minutes. In that time, I want you to round up every single living being inside this city, and bring them to the shopping district. Again, that's less than five minutes you need to do that. If you don't accomplish that in that amount of time, anyone who isn't there will be killed on sight. Do I make myself clear?"
Slight murmurs of betrayal and the PTO danced around the mouths of the soldiers. They just couldn't believe that someone like Jorey was actually working with the PTO. How could they let this happen? Was it because of their leader's incompetence, their own incompetence, or was it something else entirely? Getting annoyed about the situation, Jorey shot off a Ki blast right past one of the soldier's faces. They all stood up straight and gave them his attention again.
"Hey, I said, do I make myself clear!?"
They all nodded in unison.
"Good. Then, five minutes, starting now."
Jorey fired off a Ki blast into the air, giving the signal for the PTO to come in.
It didn't even take an hour for everyone to be subjugated to the PTO. It's unfortunate it had to come to this. Jorey didn't like working with the PTO any more than these people liked being subjugated to slavery, however, this is how he made his money. A figure approached Jorey as he stared at a distance at all of the PTO soldiers rounding up their new slaves. Pity welled up in the Saiyan's eyes, and he almost didn't notice the figure approaching him. Snapping out of his daze, he turned to the figure, two bodyguards standing with it. The same raspy voice he spoke to before spoke again to Jorey.
"Well, that was a fine job done, wasn't it Saiyan? I knew I could count on you."
The pity in Jorey's eyes disappeared, and was replaced by annoyance and disgust.
"Shut your trap, I only did what I had to for the money. Speaking of which..."
Jorey held out his hand, waiting for his reward. The figure chuckled and reached into its pocket.
"Why yes, how could I forget? You are a man of money, after all. Very much unlike your Saiyan race. Where is your pride?"
The figure grabbed out a bag of money and tossed it to Jorey. He caught it, and immediately spoke up against the figure.
"This isn't the amount we discussed. The bag is too light."
The figure chuckled again.
"My, my, nothing gets past you, does it? The great Jorey didn't even need to hold it for more than half a second to know something was up."
The figure reached into their pocket again, finding another bag of money, and tossed it to Jorey. This time, it was enough, maybe even more than what they discussed. Jorey put the bags of money in his cloak and walked past the figure and their bodyguards. Before he completely left, he turned his head a bit and addressed them one more time.
"I never lost my Saiyan pride. Just know, that when I no longer have a need for you, I'll end you and this entire shitshow of an organization. Just you wait."
The figure groaned in delight and regarded that last statement.
"My, what big words coming from such a low-class warrior. Well, I am looking forward to the day where you rise up against us. It should prove very entertaining."
Without saying another word to each other, they parted ways.
Jorey wakes up, the first thing that crosses his sight being the pod he's in and the many buttons inside. His dreams lately have just been memories of his past missions, which only proved to annoy him. Why was he thinking about these things now, of all times? Those kinds of dreams only put him in a bad mood whenever he awoke. However, there was a sight in front of him that put him in a slightly better mood: Earth. Jorey's destination was fast approaching and he could hardly wait to touch down on the new planet. Yes, he'd never been, and yes, he shouldn't know anybody there while he's touching down, but it's a chance at a new beginning. Whatever that new beginning was, he knew it wasn't going to be a happy one. They stains on his hands were too thick to wash away. He wondered how many people outside the PTO knew of his name. The thing he wondered the most, though, was this: what honor bound people would Jorey face? Very briefly, another thought passed through his mind: is there anyone here able to restore the hope that his heart had so coldly shut out, the day everything was taken away from him?

Techniques:
- [OT1] Halo Buster: Jorey outstretches his hand to the opponent, harnessing a red-violet Ki into the palm of his hand. He then shoots a narrow, condensed Ki beam, a little wider than a Death Beam, at their opponent.
- [OT1] Shatter Beam: Jorey extends both arms, firing a red-violet Ki beam from them. After traveling a short distance, the Ki beam will break off into multiple beams and travel to his opponent(s).
- [DT1] Kiai: Jorey harnesses energy inside of him, then spreads it out around him in a violent wave, disrupting the area around him and any attacks coming his way. Primarily used for Ki/magic based offensive techniques, but can be used to blow away opponents or physical attacks.
- [DT1] Rapid Movement: Jorey channels his Ki into every part of his body, moving a fast speeds to dodge attacks. Gives the impression that the user is teleporting, but is rather just moving really quickly.
- [ST1] Tail Mastery: Jorey is no longer hindered by the drawbacks of having a tail and getting it pulled and stuff (eat it Raditz).
- [ST1] Flight: Jorey can fly.
