Personality:
When Disguised:
Beneath tattered robes and an elaborate mask Osamu dons the identity of Amon. Born from his new reality as an “infiltration Android”, it was deemed vital for him to possess a disguise to penetrate resistance cells. Behind the veil of this façade, he speaks with the sophistication of an ancient soul. His words are archaic and delivered in a quiet rasp, often containing hidden motives. Conversations are reminiscent of speaking with a sagely yet secretive elder. Even his movements are hushed, as he sinks in and out of shadow to pursue some clandestine agenda.
As Himself:
Darkly tinted comedy is Osamu’s forte. With raucous and lascivious jokes being his favorites, particularly when he’s bored. Of course, this isn’t his only form of humor as the Android tends to have a wide range of tastes. From the lighthearted and whimsical to the morbid and offensive, Osamu has a healthy appreciation for comedy of all kinds. However, nothing beats the discomfort he sews through inappropriate comments. Paired with his sarcastic nature, he is an entertaining conversationalist.
Osamu isn’t as mature as would be expected from someone of his background. In fact, he sometimes acts like someone a decade younger. Downtime for him isn’t spent on studies or education, but toys, games, and other infantile distractions. He often squanders money on some new game only to become disinterested a few hours later. Whenever he’s called out by his peers for his wasteful behavior. Osamu usually responds with a joke, or an outright dismal altogether. Thankfully, he keeps this rather eccentric aspect of himself confined to his personal time.
Uninterested in the toils of labor or the sacrifice that duty commands, Osamu favors easier routes to power. If a task requires more effort than he’s willing to expend, the Android will cheat. If Osamu has a higherup that he must report to, the android will bribe them. This isn’t to say he’s incapable of completing an order, as much as it is to say that he has no desire to. His motto has always been, “why to work hard when you can work smart?” To this end, he prefers to use his charisma to get by or take on easier jobs. Often that work is of a shadier nature and involves association with people of dubious morality—both of which are elements he’d more than accustomed to and prefer.
Saintly patience weds an analyst’s acumen giving birth to a persistent villain. A methodical if somewhat lazy fellow, Osamu prefers to wait and see. If he sees value in an objective, the android will work towards achieving that aim. If someone or something interferes with the acquisition of that goal, he will do whatever he can to overcome them. His tactics range from sabotage to coercion, or even murder.
History: Born in the yolk of mediocrity, Osamu was never exceptional at any endeavor. Child of two equally uninspiring soldiers his life was destined for a similar end. He would live and fight for nothing, only to die in obscurity. At least that was the course fated for one so unremarkable as Osamu. Initially, he accepted this course as an inevitable conclusion to the life he knew. Physical activities were not beyond him, but he failed to excel at them. Information was understood with relative ease, but not innovated upon like the great thinkers of old. So, it was only natural that any reasonable person conclude he become another faceless grunt.
Groomed from a young age to serve as a soldier, his existence was a mundane waltz of education, training, and slumber. Days poured into each other becoming indistinguishable from the next becoming an inescapable routine for him. A relatively monotonous existence just as destiny intended, or it would have been anyway. One dull night brought with it a fundamental change to Osamu that awoke him from this malaise. After yet another tiresome day of training the youth realized something about himself. Bored with the state he occupied within reality; the young soldier came to loath his station in life. A yearning burned in him to become something more than a nameless guard.
Emboldened by his epiphany, he approached creation with a renewed vigor. If academics and fitness were not his forte, then he would try a new tactic. Osamu had always been likable and enjoyed people watching, but he never dreamed of weaponizing such traits. Even as a lad Osamu observed other’s behavior, although; he found no use for such knowledge back then. When he finally put this understanding into practice it opened an entirely new world for young Osamu. Between his charm offensive and knowledge of others, Osamu quickly made connections throughout his hometown. In fact, he found his ability to swoon and persuade to be far more effective than he’d envisioned. Finally, he stood out, but not for some great achievement on the battlefield or some impressive display of power. No, he simply knew how to get what he wanted. He took credit for accomplishments that were not his, and sabotaged rivals whenever possible.
Eventually, his duplicitous exploits attracted the attention of a mysterious officer named Drex. Impressed by his way with words and ability to manipulate others into temporary servitude. Young Osamu was invited to join a special project the stranger had been working on. Though initially skeptical Osamu agreed, seeing this as a chance to further ascend the ranks. Unfortunately, what he hadn’t realized was that this mystery man was an operative of the PTO. Drex was looking for candidates to convert into specialized androids.
Osamu hadn’t realized his mistake until long after he’d been fully converted into a machine. Fortunately for Osamu Drex saw value in the young man’s personality and allowed him to keep it largely intact. After his “rebirth” on planet Frost. Osamu’s life had been completely changed. First off, he was given a new designation as infiltration unit #45, but Drex allowed him to retain his name and memories. Secondly, he would use a manufactured persona to penetrate resistance cells on PTO controlled planets. Lastly, Osamu was to serve the PTO as an undercover operative just as he had. Compelled by his “programming” Osamu had no other choice, but to comply. He was still aware and with his personality intact Osamu secretly vowed to overthrow the PTO. In the meantime, he would be a good soldier until he was strong enough to take power for himself.
[ST1] Dance of the Puppet – Imitation flesh and tenacious titanium fall away from Osamu’s back, heralding the emergence of a medium-sized spheroid. Upon exiting its prison, it hastily forms into an ebony guardian of 8-feet. Bound to Osamu’s will, its actions mirror his own from simple punches to kicks. (Functionally, it acts as a secondary pair of limbs. The puppet’s damage and durability are based on his own stats.)

Techniques:[ST1] Flight – Forged from flesh and metal Osamu possess mechanized mechanisms capable of propelling him skyward, granting him flight.
[ST1] Ki Sensor- An inbuilt detection system designed to detect the ki signatures of friend and foe alike. It is so refined that Osamu can even track down perfect machines, but not machine androids.
[ST1] Arsonist - Osamu’s body contains an advanced version of a liquid operated-flamethrower with the nozzles centered in his palms. Basically, allowing him to manifest fire-based attacks similarly to how one would project standard Ki blasts (They also function the same as common ki attacks). He is likewise capable of infusing ki-based techniques or projectiles with infernal wrath.
[B1OT1] Bedlam – An overabundance of ki is quickly channeled into Osamu’s fist in preparation for an assault. Before releasing his pent-up Ki into an unsuspecting adversary’s jaw, however, he ignites the energy creating a fiery explosion.
[DT1] Failed Expedition – Whenever targeted by an audacious enemy, a surge of specialized ki explodes from Osamu’s form. The attack be it physical or energy is then neutralized.
