Earth
With the Saiyans trying to repair things with Earth and the USD, a few changes have occurred.
The Saiyan Registration Act has been repealed, but instead, the government has funded both the Red Ribbon and the Capsule Corporations so that they could design equipment for Law Enforcement and USD soldiers specifically aimed at specific extraterrestrial species. Because of the recent terror the Earthlings have witnessed, the Saiyans were first on the chopping block. The Capsule Corporations, using Blutz Wave technology, have created standard-issue BW Radars. A handheld device that can identify Saiyan DNA and lights up Green when positive and Red when negative. Unfortunately, this earlier model cannot distinguish between Hybrids and Full Bloods for the moment. Law enforcement has been told to keep a watchful eye on those primarily possessing black hair, tails, and pale skin.
Saiyan citizens have to have a license to roam the streets on a full moon, or else they must stay inside and away from windows. This license can only be achieved by demonstrating that you can fully control your Oozaru form. The only caveat to this is if they do not have their tails.
The Red Ribbon Corporation, have used their money to produce a ranged weapon called the Tail Taser. They force the saiyan body to simulate the same reaction as it would if its tail was pulled. This device is so powerful, that even those who have fully trained their tails aren’t immune to this!
Both of these devices are standard issue for all law enforcement and USD personnel.
Meanwhile, peace talks have garnered a mixed reaction from the public. It wasn’t long ago that Earth was under constant attack by the Saiyans, and are outraged that they are beginning to be forgiven so easily. Extraterrestrial Xenophobia is on the rise, and a Human Supremacist group, known as the Terrestial Liberation Front (TLF) has formed. Right now, they mainly protest the streets of North City, yelling slurs and other obscenities to pretty much every race under the Sun. Occasionally, they commit light vandalism, spraying graffiti on the sides of houses and restaurants. They are trying to enter the political sphere, their goal ultimately being to kick every non-human off of the planet. This hatred has even extended to hybrids and beastfolk, much of whom originated on Earth!
In other news, it looks like the Red Ribbon Corporation hadn’t used all of their funding on their fancy new gadget after all. The Red Ribbon Army has actually used most of it towards their more… private projects. In light of the South City battle and witnessing the power of the “Super Saiyan”, they want to find a way to replicate it in their androids. Random power outages are occurring in South City, and no one knows why. Saiyans who were in the South City battle may find a spy drone or two silently watching them…
Unmarked Robot Attacks are occurring throughout every city at random locations. The robots themselves are relatively low level, but authorities note that they are slowly getting stronger which each new incident. Conspiracy theories are being launched towards Capsule Corporation and the Red Ribbon Corporation, but there’s no hard evidence anywhere.
Orange City is currently undergoing reconstruction. Rumors are circulating that it could become a new USD installation unlike anything the world has ever seen…
Vegeta
It looks like a peace treaty between the USD and the Saiyans isn’t only unpopular on Earth either. The Saiyans are unhappy with peace after the attack on Zaks’s daughter, the Princess. Many are beginning to compare the Queen with their previous King, Braccus. With many not seeing a difference between the two, a group called the “Oozaru Elites” are beginning to form with the aim of returning the Saiyans to a brutal, merciless warrior race that will terrorize the Galaxy. And they aren’t exactly nice about it either. Skirmishes from within the Saiyans military are beginning to occur as the people become divided between whether what Zaks’s is doing is good or not.
Frost
The PTO are scrambling on what to do after Liari’s attack on the capital. PTO Scouts are currently trying to track the blue majin down, scouring the galaxy trying to find any leads on her whereabouts. If they find her, they need to find a way to put her down or at least get her out of their hair!
Some changelings are even considering deserting the PTO, one of them, in particular, starting a faction of his own…
The Planet Trade Organization are currently contacting the USD asking them to stop accepting their citizens who have illegally fled their world. Finding out about the rough relations between Earth and the Vegeta, they know that the alliance is weakening. They claim that if Earth continues to accept Namekians or any other group deemed a “citizen” of the Planet Trade Organization, they will take it as an act of aggression, and it could lead to them taking militaristic action.
Namek
Tales of Liari’s actions are reaching even the ears of the Namekians. Many are starting to believe that there is a savior coming soon that will eventually free them, and finally bring the PTO to its knees!
In other news, the conscription has started. PTO Platoons having a Namekian healer traveling among them are now commonplace. Some are completely brainwashed and have started empathizing with the cause, while others believe they have no choice left.
The few namekians that are managing to escape captivity may have left Namek, but it turns out they may not be just running away anymore…
Space
It looks like Liari’s attack has had much more influence on the galaxy at large than initially anticipated. The last remaining Cerealians have banded together and formed a resistance group. They are traveling around the galaxy trying to hit the PTO in small but meaningful ways, mainly by taking out transports to and from worlds. The escaped Namekians have run into them and are joining their cause in an effort to fight back. This Namekian/Cerealian Alliance has become known as the Comet Commandos! During this resistance effort, they are hoping to find the Sea Skinned Savior in an effort to recruit her and fully take down the PTO once and for all! Not only that though, but they are fighting against anyone who has shown that they don’t care about the lives of other species. Considering the Cerealians’ history with the Saiyans, this includes them as well. Saiyan Transports commonly report Cerealians intercepting them! In the meantime, CC Scouts are already searching the galaxy for Liari as well as the PTO ones! Looks like it’s a race against time!
