(Conquest of the Kingdom of Frost... or rather, its destruction)
...Enough of this place. From the very start, it had been HELL "living" here. Terra couldn't leave the ship without being harassed by soldiers, Moire was having to deal with some stupid guy that won't train her... and Liari HERSELF was treated like a fugitive! FOR WHAT!? WHAT DID SHE DO!? MAYBE she resisted arrest when they tried the first time and MAYBE Liari introduced a few of these men to their local stores... through their walls, but all of that was AFTER they started harassing her! NOT BEFORE! What was worse, was that the harassment didn't end with the officials. EVEN THE PEOPLE, just RANDOM PEOPLE were bothering her! Name-calling... some were even bold enough to throw... something she assumed was food, some slop of some sort, at her! ...AND ALL BECAUSE OF... What? Because she was a Majin? Because she wasn't FROM here?
...She didn't understand... and they didn't tell her. That was their biggest mistake. With a scything backhand, Liari slapped away another dozen soldiers, sending them sprawling into the street, the buildings the sky... It was raining men... and some were unfortunate enough to get soaking wet in the storm. ...But nobody ever really expects the following down-draft, do they! Liari's eyes flashed red with frustration, outrage as the reciprocating energy-blasts of the remaining guards disappeared into the space surrounding the majin, reappearing right in front of the guard's faces. Their helmets were barely meant to take distant shots from enemy targets... not ones straight against the material. As heads exploded, burst by their own power, Liari rose into the air, raising two fingers up towards the sky. Slowly, a large pink sphere would coagulate at her fingertips, swelling and expanding to appear almost like a sun hovering over the Majin... and the city.
"Stop it..." She growled, a tentacle batting away another blast... which was subsequently absorbed by the sphere. "Stop it..." A soldier rushed at Liari, the majin's hand SHOOTING OUT to grab his face before SQUEEZING with such power, her fingers dug DEEP into his helmet! The only sound he made was a choking gasp as the air left his lungs... before Liari dropped him back towards the ground. Growling lowly, Liari would lower her hand and the sphere would begin to shrink- no... CONDENSE against the tip of her fingers, the majin grabbing her arm to hold it steady as she pointed her fingers towards the ground. The sphere, only slightly larger than the finger tips it hovered near, pulsated and throbbed rapidly, the space around it warping and contorting around its edges as if it were a marble sitting upon a thin sheet of fabric, BARELY stopped from busting straight through!
"Die..." Liari bellowed... and the orb EXPANDED into a BEAM THE SIZE OF THE CITY BOUNDARIES THEMSELVES! As Liari lifted her arms, the majin ARCHED the beam up to sweep over the city from end-to-end, flattening what was once the proud capital of an empire... into a flat, formless wasteland... with only the vague scraps of building materials and dust at its edges to indicate civilization.
