APPEARANCE
At a glance, Draco has the appearance of a malnourished teenager but the face of a middle-aged human. Her facial expressions often have weight and experience behind them, the kind you only earn from trauma and wisdom. Her piercing blues eyes are often heavy and blocked by her eyelids, assuming that her blue hair isn't blocking them from view. Draco's skin is pale and rough like leather though is often covered by her odd fashion sense which includes long sleeves and asymmetrical clothing that is loose enough for her to move comfortably in.
This human isn't particularly large, with Draco measuring in at 5'1" and weighing in at 100 lbs.

PERSONALITY
In the simplest of terms, Draco is what most would call a lover and not a fighter. She doesn't like to fight but rather does so out of a necessity. Realistically, the only thing that motivates her is her own curiosity. The galaxy as she knows it know is just one large unknown, having lived a sheltered life. She's stubborn in her beliefs and looks down on those who don't even slightly agree with her. Strong in her convictions, Draco is an annoying enemy because she just won't stay down. Struggling to find her purpose in life, she'll be damned if she dies before finding out what it is.
In a social setting, Draco isn't exactly fun to be around. Normally having her face buried in a book, while she's curious about the worlds around her she rarely takes the time to look up and enjoy it. Her speech is dry and often lifeless, with there almost never being a joke that leaves her lips. It's hard to try and get her to go out and do something if it doesn't involve training of some sort, and even if she does agree she's going to be focusing on training while doing some other social task. Despite this, when it comes to those that take the time to think about her she's loyal to a fault.

HISTORY
Draco was born to a human couple on Earth, however that's not where her story really begins. See, this couple was desperate for money and so they sold their only child off to a shady corporation for quick cash. The month or so that Draco knew her parents would be the only time she would ever know them, and to this day she doesn't even remember their faces.
What she was sold of for was to be an a lab rat. The young girl ended up as part of an experiment led by a group known only as the Collective, with their ultimate goal to make the strongest fighter in the galaxy and rule over it with an iron fist. To meet this end, they had started the Zodiac project, a project which had recruited 13 children and locked away and hidden on the Moon. Each child was given a callsign to denote their abilities and training, with each name based on one of the 13 Eastern Zodiac. Of course, Draco was based off the dragon but there's a reason for this. See, out of all of her "siblings" she had the most unique training regimen as her training was not done by someone else. Instead, she was given an odd book. Inside the book was the teachings of an ancient alien being and the Collective had reason to believe that it left secrets to its power in the book. However, nobody has been able to read what was written inside up to that point, with the words either being scrambled, illegible, or just plain invisible. It was given to Draco when she was 1 year old, and through constant studying of it she was the first to understand what was inside by the time she was 4 years old. Despite this massive leap in progress, however, she could not understand all of it.
So, over the course of the next 15 years Draco sat there and learned from the book. As one could expect, reading how to fight and actually translating it into physical movements isn't exactly the easiest process. Given this, she was by far the weakest of her siblings and relied on weapons to do most of her fighting, finding ways to incorporate it with the Dragon's teachings. That was until recently, where the Collective ran out of money to fund the project. That coupled with the lack of results, they essentially abandoned the children on the moon. Fighting for their lives, everyone fought each other to make it to the ship and back to Earth. Draco was one of the few left, with her siblings having killed almost half of the others.
Now, she roams Earth is search of ways to increase her strength and unlock more knowledge from the book.

TECHNIQUES
[ST1]Farsight
Similar to Ki Sense but has an entirely different application. Draco has honed their eyesight to allow them to view an individual that is on the same world as them. Can only see those that she has met with before, must be on the same planet as that person, and can only view one person at a time.
[ST1]Flight
Pretty self-explanatory. Through the manipulation of Ki, Draco is able to fly.
[P1OT1]Bleeding Shock
The user charges up electrical energy in either hand, with the amount of energy being large enough to taking a physical form of lightning surrounding the forearm. Once physical contact is made, the energy is discharged on that point of contact and leaves behind residue that continues to attack the target.
[DT1]Thunder Shield
Draco charges the air around her and creates what is essentially a shield of static energy to diminish the effect of an incoming attack.

RP SAMPLE
Draco sat in silence, her nose almost touching the bridge of the back that she so desperately stared at. The room stank of blood and tears following the aftermath of the traumatic fight to reach the ship. Draco herself wasn't that close with her siblings for obvious reasons--the book had to be deciphered and it wasn't going to do that if she wasted her time mingling--so the deaths of many of them didn't hit her as hard as the others. The dim light that was illuminating the scribbles of her book was starting to annoy her, coupled with muffled crying and otherwise dead silence. Someone was going to have to say something, so it might as well be her.
"We'll get through it." A weak attempt at appealing to the emotions of some of the weaker ones, but Draco had to show that she cared. She was pretty sure that the rest of them didn't pay her any attention and she could barely get their names right but at the end of the day they were the only family that she had left. Besides herself, they were the only thing that she cared about. Honestly, the book was just an ambition. They were why she was alive.
Nobody had anything to say in response, which Draco chalked up to possible bewilderment. Draco was essentially absent from most of the fighting and her hands weren't stained in blood like the others. Realistically, she probably shouldn't have said anything because she doesn't know what it's like to kill anything. She's a fighter that has, up to this point, refused to take a life. Or rather, has yet to be put in a position where she would have to.
Once again she was an outlier, an outcast that had nothing in common with those she though to be her siblings. Alone, like always, she returned to her book and stayed silent for the trip.
