Name: Dr. Elijah “Eli” Bridges A.K.A Android A-1 A.K.A “The Reaper”
Age: 28
Starting Planet: Earth
Race: Android
Transformation Path: Perfect Machine
Racial Traits:
Undetectable: Androids in most cases harness a form of artificial Ki. Due to this, the typical means of sensing don't work. (Androids cannot be sensed via Ki-sense or via scouter.)
Repairable: Since an android is robotic they can be rebuilt and repaired when necessary. When an androids health reaches 0 they must be rebuilt instead of going to the other world. (This costs 5,000z initially, goes up by 2,500z every rebuild.)
Endurance: Unlike organic creatures, Androids rely upon an internal reactor for energy, which has an unvarying energy output. Basic attacks only cost half the resource. Applies to both Ki and Stamina, (Dodging remains the same.)

Personality:
Android A-1 could be considered one of the most intelligent men that someone could meet. He tends to have very meticulously put-together plans, careful to not miss any details. He writes everything down and has a large collection of notes that are well organized in his private study. He loves to read, listen to music, and makes it a point to keep up with current events.
He is not too trusting, always keeping more of the private and personal information to himself unless the situation absolutely calls for it. Seeing androids as more “evolved” than humans, he always looks down on them, even if silently. He believes that they can’t help who they are and the decisions they make, and that it’s up to him to hasten the evolutionary process. His opinion of extraterrestrials is even lower, thinking they are threats to the entire human race. He not only wants to kick them off of Earth in addition to his dreams of global conquest, but he has had temptations to wipe them out entirely. That being said, he has taken a particular interest in their unique abilities, and wonders if there’s a way to harness that power to further his own ends.
It could be said that Elijah shifts, figuratively, between three personalities: The Pretender, the Worker, and the Reaper.
The Pretender is the face that everyone sees. The outgoing, friendly, charming who has bright visions for the future and is just itching to make a difference. The guy who will make the first move to start a conversation.
The Worker is what he’s like behind closed doors. The one who’s focused on Android supremacy and world domination. He is constantly reading, tinkering, and experimenting. Always drawing up new plans and moves the pieces of the metaphorical chessboard so that things will work out in his favor.
The Reaper is the assassin. A silent, relentless, merciless, brutal killer. Once one comes across him, the only thing they can do is pray to whatever god that’ll listen. He leaves no one left alive, and the scenes he leaves behind are… messy to say the least.
History:
Elijah has been a South City native for the majority of his life. His parents were highly successful scientists, and he followed in their footsteps. Seeing how Earth had been exposed to all kinds of alien life, he became obsessed with how the body and its processes worked. After graduating with high honors from High School, he went to College majoring in Biology and even eventually pursuing a PhD in the field where he would finally graduate at the age of 25.
Working in the field for two years afterward, he got into a life-threatening accident. A drunk driver had hit him during his morning commute on public transportation, mangling his body. After being transported to the hospital and put on life support, his parents had arrived. Desperate to save their son, they used their connections to friends in high places to have him transported to a new facility. Once there, it was revealed that the people his parents actually worked for was the Red Ribbon Army. Using their android technology to save his life, Elijah had been reborn.
Seeing the capability of their technology and the potential for humanity to grow, he quickly bought into their ideals. He worked alongside the RRA engineers and scientists in R&D, using notes left behind by Dr. Gero to aid their cause. In his free time, he would be trained by the military branch on how to use his new body and abilities to fight.
Once his training was completed, it was revealed that during his life-saving operation they installed their first version of “The Reaper” in his body. It would be able to increase his fighting power and conceal his identity. When able, Elijah would be assigned on “special missions” to take out high-value targets. Due to the RRA still being on the DL, this happened relatively rarely, so he was able to focus most of his time in the lab.
After two years of working for the RRA, the attack on the cities throughout Earth took place. During this event, multiple superpowers belonging to different life forms were revealed. Seeing how dire the situation was, Elijah knew that the RRA were moving too slow. They hadn’t even surpassed the Capsule Corporation, and time was running out. Humans were hilariously outmatched, and it was only because of some golden-haired fighters that anything came of it.
As a result, he resigned from the RRA. At first, they threatened him due to him having a ton of classified information and even tried to kill him. However, they weren’t powerful enough to stop the weapon they themselves had created. Eventually, they decided to leave him be for the time being. In the meantime, he started his own company called Bridges Corp. and became a bounty hunter under the table to fund his projects, This new company was designed to eventually overtake the Capsule Corporation and the Red Ribbon simultaneously. However, all of this work was actually supposed to help him achieve his true goal: To take over Earth, kick these aliens out, and established complete control under what would be the Android faction. He would be the one to push humans beyond their limits, by any means necessary.

“Thank you for coming.”
The President sat on the far end of a rectangular table, accompanied by other government officials, in a soundproof room with no windows or cameras. On the other end was Android A-1, fully outfitted in his “Reaper Armor”. Much to his surprise, the government contacted him with an offer. Of course, he answered. If they were resorting to hiring hitmen under the table, the situation must be dire.
Which means he’d get a big payout.
He wasn’t too concerned about a trap. Even if it was, it’d hardly matter. There wasn’t anything that the USD had at their disposal that could “take care of him”. Or at least he doubted their intelligence to use it effectively. They couldn’t even handle a couple of giant monkeys in Orange City, what hope did they have against someone of his caliber?
A-1 didn’t respond to the President, simply maintaining his perfect posture as he sat in silence. He didn’t care for formalities, he just needed the job. The leader of Earth motioned for one of the government officials to hand him a folder that she had in her hand. She slid it over to Eli, who stopped it right in front of him. His helmet hid his reaction as he opened it, seeing the majin who looked pretty damn close to the one that attacked South City not too long ago.
“She looks a little different, but we’re sure it’s her. We thought she had died in the battle, but it looks like she survived somehow. We don’t know anything about the individuals who fought her, or where their allegiances lie. So, we called you. The amount for her head is in the folder as well. I trust that’ll be enough for a high-value target like her?”
Eli went through the papers in the folder, eventually stumbling upon his payment. There sure were a lot of zeroes. Still, this wasn’t exactly going to be easy. Based on what he already knew about her, which admittedly wasn’t a whole lot, she was quite the adversary. Then again, this would be a great opportunity to learn more about her kind. He may stumble upon some noteworthy information.
It was worth a shot.
Satisfied, he calmly stood up, took the folder, and made his way to the door.
“Guess it’s a deal then.” The President said, practically to himself as Eli left the room without a word.
