Well Tanya had finally done it, she had saved up enough money for what she had been aiming for, the money was well worth it, first she had a ship finally so if she felt like exiting earth again she could. Not that she would be feeling like it for a while after the insanity that was her last adventure with Arlo. That was why she bought this Graviton in the first place. She felt like she failed Labo and let her die. Never again would innocents die on her watch. Never again would an innocent life be snuffed out like it was nothing.
The situation that happened last time with Arlo was still heavy on her mind, she couldn't get it off her mind no mater how much she tried. She swore she would use this power to protect yet, she let an innocent life, an innocent Namkeians life get snuffed out. It was like she had pulled the blade trigger herself, even though she knew she didn't she felt like she did and would never again let something like that happen. She hated what happened and just thinking about it made her blood boil right now as she was ready to ensure that never happened again.
Despite what Master Roshi had told her, sometimes no mater what you did it didn't seem to be enough to save the lives of the innocent but, that was not good enough for Tanya. No innocent life should be snuffed out, not mater what and that was how she felt ever since what had happened. Yes, they had gotten him to suffer by spending his time behind bars but, now that she had her mind cleared, she needed to figure out what she could do to stop the innocent from ever being killed like that ever again. She was ready to take her training to the next well.
But, that was the problem, she had no idea how to push herself to the next level at first because, while fighting was all well and good, not everyone wanted to fight a Sayian and that was how she got to this situation. She would end up fighting out about a little thing known as a Graviton, or rather a gravity chamber that allowed to adjust the gravity you trained in. Right now, the one she had only allowed her to train up to, 50x Earths normal gravity. The fact that this was made on earth though impressed Tanya.
Still it was time to get to work because the longer they waited the more her training wouldn't get started she couldn't help it though she kept going back to what had happened, she didn't like to but, it was just how her mind was right now. Labo didn't deserve what the hell had happened to her yet, it happened and right now there was not a damn thing she could do about it. Yes there was the Dragon Balls but, there was no guarantee that it would work, right now she needed to focus on training so stuff like this didn't happen again.
She had defenitly been pushed further then she had ever bene pushed before when she met Callion. She had already been under the mindset that she wanted to protect this planet but, he had put it back into her mind and further pushed her resolve on it. He was one strong cookie as far as a Sayian Warrior was and if he was that strong that meant, she could get that strong and if she had that kind of power at her disposal that meant what had happened to Labo would never of happened again. It was time for her to make sure of that.
However, before anything else Tanya began her stretching because she had to be sure she was ready. She had never put her body through Gravity Training like this before, So she wanted to make sure her muscles would not spas out or anything of the sort before she entered this Graviton because, once she pressed the button to start it, there was no going back., Stretching was a big part of her training and she would never neglect it because if she did, god knows what would happen that was for sure as she took a deep breath remembering everything.
This was no longer a want to get stronger she had to get stronger for the sake of the innocent. What happened if she had not been able to calm Terra down, what if she had not started to get through to Arlo, what if she had not been able to control her great ape form. She had been going over all the what ifs and couldn't get out of her head so there was only one thing to do, she had to get stronger, strong enough to protect the innocent from people like that, she would never again let anyone die without her there to try and stop it.
Tanya slowly pressed a button to open her new ship to see the inside this was it, it was time for her to begin her training and see what this machine could do. She had been on Earth for a while so she needed to know what she could do to try and stop this from every happening again and it all began with her seeing what this Machine could do. She sighed shaking her head one more time getting her mind off of what had just gone down recently, she needed to focus on her training as hard as it was. She needed to do this for Labos sake because had she been stronger, had she been faster, she could've stopped this from happening. The truth of the mater was she had been to weak and it was her fault Labo died, had she been quicker. Had she been able to sense the ki signature sooner then maybe she could've stopped this from happening. Then there of course was the Ape thing. So many things had been going through her mind it was un real as she took a deep breath and finally entered the ship with the graviton.
Inside the room, Tanya looked around and she had to admit, she was impressed with the kind of stuff Capsule Corp put together, they were responsible for a lot of the technology on Earth but, seeing it in person was something else as she decided now would be a good time to take a look around the room before she started her training, yes it might seem like she was stalling but this was the first time she had entered into a room that allowed her to adjust the gravity of the room to increase her training, she had to take this one step at a time. Tanya was a lot of things but, she wasn't stupid. She wasn't weak either despite what her parents tried to claim, time and time again she had gone up against foes stronger than her. Was she a bit on the crazy side yes, but, the way she looked at it was this, if she fought weaker opponents, she wouldn't get stronger. The stronger the opponent the more she could learn, the more she could learn the stronger she could become, and finally the stronger she became, the more innocent lives she could protect.
"Had I been stronger then maybe Labo would be..." Tanya muttered before slamming her fist to the side thinking back to what the hell had happened it still haunted her dreams, how could she have been so foolish to leave the Namekian alone?! Yes, she wanted to spar with Arlo but, had she brought her with them to their spar shed still be alive. But, no she let her foolish Saiyan Blood get the better of her and it cost her a life of a good friend. Yes, she playfully flirted with the girl but, that didn't mean she didn't care for her friendship. Weither anyone said otherwise or not, innocent blood was on her hands and she would be damned before she let that happened again. It was the very reason she bought this in the first place, she wanted to get stronger so no one would suffer the same fate that Labo did. She didn't know the Namekian long but, she had knew her long enough to know, what had happened, could've of been avoided and she would be damned if she let anything like this happen again. She was a Saiyan and further more she was a protector.
Granted her trip with Arlo. She didn't feel like a protector right now, if anything she felt like a murderer. Now, yes she wasn't the one that had done the killing but, she might as well have been because she didn't think to bring Labo with them, no she left her all alone so she could spar with Arlo. She had brought it up with Master Roshi and while, she had been told that it wasn't her fault, it still felt like her fault and until she got stronger to where she could protect the innocent from harm, that was how she would feel. Tanya took another breather trying to calm her anger before walking over to the fridge to grab a quick drink. She wouldn't be able to keep her mind on the right path for her training if she kept thinking about what happened, but telling herself to not think about it would be easier said than done. She knew that if she had been stronger she could've stopped her death but, that was in the past there was nothing she could do about it right now, she needed to focus on the here and now, nothing more, nothing less.
This Gravity Chamber, Graviton whatever the hell you wanted to call it was her best bet in fighting off the guilt she felt for letting Labo die. She needed to get stronger if she was going to prevent events like that from happening ever again. She would never again leave an innocent alone to where they could get killed. No one would die a un necessary death ever again on her watch. She allowed it once and already if you asked Tanya that was once to many. Yes, many have told her it wasn't her fault but she couldn't help but feel like it was her fault. Tanya downed the energy drink real quick and crushed the bottle looking at herself in the reflection of the fridge, she had looked worse before but she could tell in her own eyes she had to get her mind off of this once and for all. She knew that it was her fault and she had one of two options of what she could do, she could either a.) Contiue to feel sorry for herself. Or B.) She could get stronger from this ever happening again and that was what she was going to do.
She slowly walked over to the machine and placed her hand on it as she saw the buttons knowing what she had to do because right now, doing nothing wasn't going to do anything that was for damn sure. She had to get this training started, one way or another she would see to it that her training would push her to the edge of her limits and beyond. There was a power she could access passed just her base power and the ozaru transformation. She couldn't put her finger on it but she just knew those transformations that Callion showed her she could reach. If she had those powers then maybe just maybe, she could prevent herself from ever allowing someone to fall to their death so easily ever again. She didn't like it but, she knew that this was her fault. Strength was what she needed to get passed this. Strength was what she needed to make sure this never happened again. Her constant training had done good for her power but, she needed to push herself even further then before and for that, she had to be ready for anything as she glared at the machine one [/imore time.
Tanya set the dial for 10x normal gravity to start, it wasn't that she didn't want to go full out but, she had never been inside this gravity chamber before and she wanted to test it slowly at first. She had no idea how these gravity chambers worked and it was best to take it one step at a time plus, with her weighted clothing that was just going to add to it so best to take one step at a time and boy oh boy was it a good thing she did because once the chamber turned red suddenly she was forced down to the ground. "WHAT THE?!" She asked herself as she felt the weight pulling her down. "Okay Tanya, you can do this girl, remember who your training for." Tanya growled to herself slowly pushing herself up from the ground and back flipped a little bit to get into fighting stance as she had set up at raining program to run after she was in the training mode. She didn't know what this training program was going to do to her body but, she didn't care. She needed to get stronger. One way or another she needed to get stronger.
Right on Cue, Tanya looked around as Lazers were launching at her from the turrents inside the gravity chamber for the training as she quickly backflipped a few times to get out of harms way from the blasts. She had to be careful, this program was obviously built with Sayian training in mind. Master Roshi had told her that she and Callion weren't the first Sayians to ever come to earth so Casple Corp had adjusted their gravity chambers to fit training for a Sayian, it was almost like Earth had adjustment for every kind of race out there which was impressive. "I won't let anyone down ever again, Labo, I know this can't bring you back but, I hope this can make amends!" Tanya said to herself as her mind floated back to that day with her adventure with Arlo, It was not something she liked to remember but, it was one of many things that pushed her forward. She knew they would meet again and her friend would probably forgive her but, for now she would focus on getting stronger and fighting until no one would be able to kill her friends ever again. Simple as that.
Tanya quickly jumped to the side avoiding a laser from a turret that seemed to shock her and come out of nowhere as she slammed her fists down onto this turret before launching down two ki blasts behind her destroying those turrents, she didn't want to take any chances with this system she was going to give it her all from the word go. She loved her friends and the fact she let one of them down, didn't sit well with her. So now she officially would push herself beyond her limit, so she would see to it no one would ever die on her watch again. After blasting the turrets she stood up looking around to see if anything else was coming so it seemed like at her current power, 10x normal gravity was too easy which, she couldn't say she was surprised, she had been fighting stronger foes for a while so she needed to up the anti tonight because 10x normal gravity wasn't going to fit all to well for her as she wondered what she could do to change her training up a notch. However, Tanya's ears perked up when she heard the machine speak.
"Uping difficulty, adjusting Gravity to 20x Earth's normal gravity." It said as suddenly, Tanya was starting to feel the strain on her body now this was what she had been looking forward to because this type of training was what she needed to push her body to the limit and then beyond as she straightened herself up and began kicking the air repeatedly followed by punches and kicks ready to push herself through this training as she growled with each punch she struggled with but, she was trying to get stronger and that mean to push her body beyond its limit and beyond. Wasting little time she began back flipping a few times to adjust herself to the new gravity. She wasn't going to let up until her body couldn't handle it anymore. It seemed her body could handle 20x pretty well which she was glad about but, she needed more, she needed to push her body to as far as she could and right now the 20x normal gravity wasn't going to work. She wondered how long before she could get pushed once again. And almost as if the computer ready her thoughts she heard it again and this would be her biggest challenge to date.
"Adjusting Difficult, Gravity increase to 30x normal gravity." The Machine stated as Tanya blinked well that was new, she didn't think it went past 20 considering the fact normally most humans wouldn't be able to handle that. Most humans would cave under 10x normal gravity to say the least and hearing over the fact that they were able to program it to up to 30x normal gravity was impressive and she was looking forward to the challenge after all, what kind of Sayian turned down a challenge of any kind? The wrong kind that was why and Tanya was no quiet.
Now this was the kind of challange Tanya was needing as she was having a very hard time getting her body up to working but, she would not give up as she was looking to try and fight through this. However, as each moment went by she was struggling to get up as she growled crawling herself over to the the machine and slowly placed her hand on the button shutting down the machine and grumbled to herself as she fell on the ground, she knew that she could push herself passed this but, right now her body was exhausted and she would have to try this another day...
