[OT1]Falcon Punch- This a punch aided by Ki in which Arlo, aim's a punch at a target before his fist is shrouded in ki energy increasing the range of the hit by half of the power it can dish out. [OT2]Greater Falcon Punch- This a punch aided by Ki in which Arlo, aims a punch at a target before his fist is shrouded in ki energy increasing the range of the hit by power it can dish out in feet. In order for this effect to trigger however victims must hear Arlo's voice if they are unable to by any means then this technique is ineffective.It would be completely up to the members whether or not they'd be corrupted by the voice and have the voice have any influence over their character. This technique would also NOT give any type of control to Arlo over the other players character. When Arlo is attacked by an opponent, his blood has the capability to pour out of opened wounds in order to defend him from the attack. Applying For- [OT3E3]Final Finger Bomb- This technique follows the same premise as the Finger blast line, can only be properly seen with Ki Sense equal to the tier of this technique meaning a UT Ki Sense. This technique has varying views depending on who is looking upon this, users with tier 1 key sense will see a razor fluttering weirdly toward them, users with tier 2 Ki sense will see the numerous smaller razors around the single. With tier 3 Ki sense the attack is seen with it being a huge ball comprised of razor blades.

Unfortunately, that isn't an effect we'll be going with.
All Ki attacks have a Ki signature and those won't be able to be suppressed.
You can't suppress something that you're throwing out at high power, it normally doesn't work that way.
Though the techniques would be fine without the suppression on them, I cannot approve of these suppression ideas.

So this one, it really doesn't cost any Ki to maintain, though if we apply the sames rules as Ki suppression. You won't be able to have this active during your attacks and your attacks will still be able to be sensed. So long as you respect this, all your techniques are approved.

When Arlo is attacked by an opponent, his blood has the capability to pour out of opened wounds in order to defend him from the attack. This blood is powerful enough to stop blows from both Physical and Ki type attacks.
Applying for [DT1]Demon High Speed- A high speed dodge which demons utilize in times of need, this technique causes the user to attempt to dodge a technique a sudden rush in Makyo power leaving a trail of ethereal energy in their wake.

[ST1]Demon Horns: Denied the way that it's currently written.
In order for this concept to work, it would require being active and having a COST to be active.
Once [ST1]Demon Horns is active, 15% of a selected resource is spent per turn, negating ONE chosen effect on all basic attacks.
In this case, being Bleed from Beastfolks Sharp weapon.
[ST1]Demon Whisper: It would be approved alone as a telepathic ability, but with your added effect idea. It would be completely up to the members whether or not they'd be corrupted by the voice and have the voice have any influence over their character. This technique would also NOT give any type of control to you over the other players character. Please edit this technique to fit this description and be reviewed again.
[DT1]Black Blood: This just needs clarification as "Shoot out" could be taken as sent to damage players. As a strictly defensive technique, I'd go with something along the lines of..
"Arlo's blood has changed in both color & properties to become closer to Demon Blood. As a result it is now a pitch black. When Arlo is attacked by an opponent, his blood has the capability to pour out of opened wounds in order to defend himself from the attack. [ST1]Hell Cycle- Using demonic magic Arlo morphs a transport vehicle into the hell cycle which is capable of moving at incredible speeds, moving up vertical surfaces, cross bodies of water and move through space at the same speed as the vessel converted. The wheels are constantly on fire, which leaves a trail along the road and air when moving at its incredible speeds. The Hell Cycle will follow the command of the user so long as they have a telepathic[ST], even when he is not riding it. The bike will follow his every order and can fire so long as the vessel altered has offensive/defensive upgrade. It can also use other upgrades attached to the vessel and also seat the same number of people. This is simply a flair technique
[ST1]Mind Blast- Using the demon whisper as a medium Arlo can actually use ki to hurt people through words so long as they can hear him and he has a telepathic connection, meaning both have to be in play for this to work. The damage comes in the form of headaches but should it be a kill shot the head can explode. This is a flair technique for Ki basic attacks allowing this to be used in place of the normal Ki blast though nothing is actual different. This technique can still be blocked by Ki barrier and the like but not through physical means.
[OT1]Dark Slice- the user channels darkness into their sword and releases that darkness with a slash that flies at the opponent. The wave of darkness absorbs light that it passes by briefly giving rise to the name.
[OT2]Dark Slice Barrage - The same premise as the Dark slice instead the user sends a barrage of smaller slashes in order to try and overwhelm a target, this attack briefly takes all light out of the area despite this it hinders vision in no way.
[OT3]Grand Dark Slice- the user channels much more darkness into their sword than normal and releases that darkness with a giant slash that flies at the opponent. The wave of darkness absorbs light that it passes by briefly giving rise to the name.
[UT1]Master Dark Slice- the user channels all the darkness in the area into their sword and releases that darkness with a massive slash that flies at the opponent. The wave of darkness absorbs light from the most nearby planet and it only returns upon impact this hinders vision in no way.

[ST1] Mind Blast is denied, as the way it's written essentially sets up a character to be auto-hit. Damage must be something a player can reasonably be expected to react to. A character speaking is not an appropriate attack to do damage. [ST1]Hell Cycle: Approved. [OT1]Dark Slice: [OT2]Dark Slice Barrage: [OT3]Grand Dark Slice: [UT] Master Dark Slice: I'm fine with these channeling darkness as the flavor of the Slice, but it's slightly confusing if it's absorbing light. That can be taken as the area surrounding the player becoming pitch black and sounds more like an environmental effect. With that being said, if the absorbing light aspect of it were removed. I'd have no issue approving these. |
