Liari hovered over the South "City" as the humans labeled it, an archipelago with coast-to-coast cities covering each island. Liari wondered just what the logic was in spreading a civilization across a collection of tiny land-masses like this... It was practically ASKING to be used as target practice. In short, the majin was BORED, BORED out of her mind. Despite how... hot things got back in her last rampage across East City, Liari hadn't had more fun than she had that day! All of those people coming to see her... with only maybe one or two actually determined to fight her but hey... at LEAST she was being confronted! At least SOMEBODY seemed to care! All of those powers out their and none of them sought her out... ...Nobody. Fine, then. If they didn't want to come to her, either to wipe out her "evil" or simply to challenge her strength, Liari would give them a display they wouldn't refuse! Ground-blown fireworks the size of a small country... That was bound to catch some eyes, right? It had to. Just the Majin posturing in front of a crowd had been enough before. Slowly, the majin would extend a hand down towards the smallest outskirts of the island city, a twisted smirk flashing across her face. She wondered how many of these she could blast before someone came running. Maybe none... Maybe ALL of them. ...And just to make sure nobody missed the show... "HAAAAAAA!" Liari ROARED, her aura BLAZING to life all around her, broadcasting her energy signature to ALL FOUR corners of the planet! Her pink-red-energy blazed hotly in the sky above, voltage flashing across her form! Anyone who could feel her energy would sense pure malice and impatience radiating from the signature, digging into the hearts of those that could feel it and tempting their own inner blackness to grow! One could almost hear the dark laugh of the creature echo in their mind, taunting their weakness, looking down on their incompetence. Because of their resistance to putting their own lives at risk, they will doom another city to a fate of obliteration... HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS REDUCED TO ASH... because the heroes couldn't be bothered to stick around. "Come here, little monkey..." Liari whispered under her breath, her eyes flicking this way and that, trying to find a signature that might've been... his. That Sayain.... that faceless rat, he had appeared before her, promised her a fight... but when he realized he couldn't win, he FLED! He had talked down to her, shown her that... golden-power... and then disappeared! Never before had the majin been insulted so THOROUGHLY in her life, never before had she ever had her hopes so brutally dashed! It was her hope that the little worm would try to stop her again this time... And when she saw his face, she would NEVER forget it... One second passed... Two seconds passed... Three seconds passed... Still no indication that anyone cared what she was doing or had even noticed her signature at all. The majin frowned, turning her attention back towards the city. "Fine. If that's how they want it..." Suddenly, a volley of red energy-spheres would erupt from the majin's palm, each one targeting the outskirt-islands and, if they connected, would obliterate them where they floated upon impact! With each one destroyed, the next would move to the nearest island closest to the center, Liari exterminating the humans one pocket at a time! Their cries of fear, ignorance, and desperation rung in her ears like the scrabbling of insects, little moving pieces of nothing that were only good for getting someone else's attention. "...Are you paying attention now?" Liari muttered to herself, flashes of red light erupting across her face as she fired another blast. "What about now? The clock is ticking down... and so is the human census."

Opherla had smelled trouble ever since she heard the cries from being on her way to South City. What went from a simple day of training suddenly became a rescue mission for Opherla. She was no where near strong enough to fight the threat, she smelled that the power was much greater than hers. Still, she would use what power she had to save as many civilians as possible.
Opherla landed into the city just as Majin Liari's attack hit, as she blocked the rubble falling on her and began to rush around the city, saving civilians and beginning to help them get out, whether they be in cars, on foot, or else, Opherla was doing what she could to help them escape, she just hoped with the aid of her Super Weighted Clothing, she would be able to avoid detection from Liari, and save everyone before the city would crumble.
"Come on, everyone! This way, this way! Go!" Opherla would say as she began evacuating people one after another, as she used her acute senses to keep tabs on where Liari was, and where her attacks would be coming from, as the last thing she wanted was to die trying to save the people. She had so much more training to do… but in a case like this… she needed to take a stand and save as many people as she could, before Liari would eventually find and attack her…

It had been another hard day at work for Serena. The Company had her moving large amounts of Materials for them again and as they learned more of what the Majin could do they tried to get the most of her strength . It made sense when they had explained it all to her when they had hired her and she had agreed to it fairly easily. She could take the job of a crane truck or so many more heavy lighting objects by just the abilities she had flying and being able to carry large objects. Today she had been helping in the Construction company by moving countless large steel beams up the building that was under construction. It was a good company as they paid her far more than she really knew what to do with. But the bonus of her job was lifting the heavy items that helped train her for the future. But soon everything would come to a halt with a cold feeling of dread washing over her at a presence of ki that would give the Majin Flash backs. Looking up she could sense Lairi above this city as well with all of her power Serena began to move quickly by placing the beams down on the ground she was carrying and turning to the workers that were all sitting around enjoying their lunch break not realizing just how much danger they all were in with the monster above them. “””” RUUUUUN! THE MONSTER IS HERE! SPREAD THE WORD!”” She screamed at the forman who stopped dead for a total of 5 seconds comprehending the words Serena said. After the five seconds the workers were running quickly already having planned how to escape the city in an event like this. Serena had several choices. Hide, fight or run away to save herself. But there were so many people here and she had already seen one city vanish and she was not gonna let another vanish that easily.
She could sense a very Familiar Ki racing through the city that Serena hopped would race to Safety. In a split second Serena was flying straight up At Liari gathering all of her Ki into her hands`` '' HELLO AGAIN!””she screamed as she started to fire her flaming bomber attacki At Liari but it was all in vain. Liari had not even registered her with how weak she was and to add insult to injury she fired a Ki blast that caught her and caught the attack of the lesser Majins. Serena could only stare in horror as the blast started to fly past her at the City. She knew without a Doubt the city down below her was to be destroyed as she had reacted far too slowly.

Callion; the Saiyan warrior had him ready and prepared for this moment. He heard of how the Majin Liari had gone from city to city, destroying anything in her path and doing tremendous harm to the Earthlings on this world. The Saiyan was fully disguised, a long overlapping cloak and hood that completely shrouded his identity, keeping his body and face away. He kept his power level down, as he started to overlook the situation. In his mind, he kept a low profile, even after witnessing Liari's attack, and now he saw someone going up to engage liari in combat. Whoever they were, they were certainly brave, and he could sense someone familiar escorting the civilians out of the city. Callion continued to watch and analyse the situation, waiting for the right moment to strike. He knew that he couldn't afford to be rash, not with the lives of the innocent at stake. This was now developing into a chaotic scene right off the bat, at least from his eyes. The city being bombarded with Liari's attack, what he could sense was Opherla aiding in the escort mission, and now this new individual that Callion had not met was now flying towards the monstrous Majin in a head on assault to try and stop her. Callion sighed, he knew that he had to act, but he needed to be smart about it. He couldn't just charge in blindly and risk making things worse. He needed a plan. For now, Callion decided to remain incognito, temporarily aiding Opherla in the evacuation, helping the other citizens in the more damage parts of the city, getting family members and children to safety. He worked quickly, using his speed and strength to clear rubble and make paths for the civilians to escape. As he helped the people, he kept his senses open, feeling the power levels of the other warriors around him. He could sense the new warrior battling Liari, and though she was powerful, Callion could tell that Liari was stronger. Callion knew he had to act fast, but he needed a strategy. He thought about what he knew of Liari and her abilities, trying to come up with a way to defeat her. For now, he couldn’t exactly engage with the majin, after remembering what happened last time. The destruction that was being caused to South City was getting very paramount to exactly what happened before, though this time he could not see Zero or Ryme; the two Changelings that were originally responsible for their conquest when they had Liari in the palm of their hand. Though he took a moment to look up to see Liari, and he saw that she was immensely different to how she originally appeared before. Callion took a moment to look up to see Liari and Serena duke it out. “This is going to get out of hand very quickly… If the fighting is going to get out of hand, this could very well get worse than West City.” Callion said to himself quietly, making sure the last of the civilians from one sector of the city were escorted out of the city, following towards Opherla’s direction. Callion decided to gently fly up to stand ontop of one of the many still standing tower buildings, his long cloak and hood continue to enshroud his face and body, his ki being heavily supressed for the moment. Though one thing was clear, if the situation was no doubt going to become much worse than it could possibly be, then Callion will have little option but to step in… And see hello to Liari once again.

He couldn't explain the feeling. Something had called out to him, a sensation beckoning to fly in one particular direction. He initially tried to ignore it, but the longer he remained idle the stronger it got. Soon it became unbearable, even painful. The saiyan, currently in a grassy wasteland on some tropical island not too far from South City, took flight in a hurry to get to where he needed to be. As he tore through the air at breakneck speeds, he soon began to realize what all this was about. This massive energy he was detecting, it could only belong to one person. Her presence had plagued his mind several times over these past few months, all thanks to this strange curse he was put under. So far, he had been able to ward off the temptations in an effort to maintain his own independence. However, this one was stronger than all of them put together. He could resist her call no longer. He could already see the smoke as the city came into view. He was admittedly a little late to the party, but it looked like it hadn't been going on for too long. It was as he had predicted: Liari was at it again. As Quash touched down one of the buildings that surrounded him, he couldn't help but notice someone actually going out of their way to stop the majin! It was someone who was clearly not of this world, as earthlings typically didn't have red skin like that. While he wondered what kind of business someone like her could have on this planet, he ultimately didn't think it was worth noting. This individual's power was higher than these pitiful humans but was nothing when compared to the unparalleled energy that Liari was emitting. Part of him wished that this seemingly young lady had just gone and saved herself instead of putting forth a rather sad attempt at playing "hero". Focusing back on himself, he felt strange. He should want to stop Liari. In fact, a few months earlier, he would've attacked her with no hesitation. Now, not only did he not feel the intense hatred that he should've felt, but he instead felt close to the opposite. Hell, right now he felt pretty close to calling her an ally if anything. While intuitively he could acknowledge how strange that sounded considering their history, it didn't change how he felt. In fact, right now, he wanted nothing else than for strong warriors to fight! Yeah... YEAH!A menace to society like this and no warriors was around?! So many odd faces showed up at the tournament! Where were they now? When was someone going to show up and entertain him? He was in the mood for a really good battle right about now, and he looked around for any potential takers. While he saw some civilians evacuating the city, no one really stood out. It was a shame too because he REALLY wanted to PUNCH someone in the FACE!Eventually, his eyes landed on a particular hooded figure on a rooftop. They were just standing there... MENACINGLY! Quash couldn't sense anything from them at all, and he was getting kind of impatient, so he didn't really fixate on them for too long and figured they weren't really important. They probably weren't going to do anything anyways. If anything figured he was just some random onlooker who just wanted to see the action, not unlike the concept of storm chasers. There was something about time that always played tricks on people, it had seemed like you always had more than enough of it, enough time to prepare for the things you expect to be on their way, to train, to get stronger, to accomplish everything you wanted to do before a certain time. It was funny like that, it had always managed to play a trick on everybody. Those who expected to see the end of the day, who hesitated to express their love to another, to take that trip they always wanted, always thought there would be another day, another time to do it, but quite often time was against them, it would stop ticking for them and none of those visions would ever come to pass, time would lead them to an early grave. This was something that was about to happen to thousands of the residents who lived in South City. Like the good people of Orange City, their whole world was about to be turned upside down on its head. This was something similar to what Athren was about to go through, he too thought he'd have plenty of time before this day would come. He just naturally assumed it would take the evil Majin Liari more time to venture to another city, it would take time for her to need another event to simply get her kicks but that wasn't the case at all and Athren didn't expect it to be all so soon. For in this moment, he was in his ship, actually having a nice, peaceful, relaxing chill session on his couch. Though his plans for the day were about to abruptly turn into shit too. As he lay there resting from the previous night of training he could sense the powerful Majin warrior from all this distance away, she had basically been broadcasting it out, attracting all the fighters of the planet to come and face her and he could only assume that the worst was to come from this, that she was going to leave nothing behind her but more death and destruction and unfortunately for him, he had to act. As much as he would have loved to sit and idle around, he didn't have much of a choice in the matter. He needed to rise up and face this threat, he needed to end it now before it got any worse. It was what he had been training for, he just assumed that he had more TIME. In a rush Athren would get to his feet and rush to his room, sliding past the door as he tried to come to a stop before rushing in and grabbing his Saiyan Torso Armor. It had been a long time since he had worn anything like this, but he had a feeling he was going to need it and it resembled something to him, he was a Saiyan warrior, bred to fight, raised to do nothing but fight and conquer. It was about his pride, everything he's ever worked for. It reminded him of all the small little moments that culminated into this one decision he was about to make. He was about to put it ALL on the line for this planet, ALL on the line for his children, for Zerori and this time, he WASN'T going to back down. Quickly slipping the torso on, Athren was ready to face this threat, ready to give it the best he had. Putting two fingers against his forehead, the saiyan vanished from his ship.. Appearing in the heart of South City with both feet firmly on the ground, he had arrived just in time to look up and witness Liari's devastating Ki barrage raining down all over the landscape. There was already terror spread through the city, people running and panicking all around and they were right to do so, but throughout all the panic Athren could sense a few friendlies throughout the city and that made the stakes a little more personal for him and it was in an instant that his aura flared up and changed to a color of purple, his hair lifted ever so slightly as his eyes became red, though second later this very same aura flickered golden, his eyebrows, his hair, all changed to meet the standard of a Super Saiyan, his eyes a cold shade of turquoise, though his aura would vanish once more. Quickly Athren raised his right hand and used his Nova Barrier technique to shield the downtown section of the city, a radius around himself as large as he could to provide protection to the city and those in it. If he could have, he would have extended it through the whole thing but he didn't have the time to manage that, he just had to save what he could. As the barrier absorbed what it could, plenty of blasts avoided it and rained down upon the outskirts of the city and there was nothing he could do for those caught up in it. When the Ki barrage would finally come to an end Athren would lower his hand to his side, taking a strong and firm stance as he looked up through the dust at the Majin above, his aura flaring up once more as he revealed his true power, the force of it pushing all the dust from their line of sight, allowing him to make direct eye contact with the Majin.
The look on his face said more than his words ever could, he was serious this time, he was here to see this through and put a complete end to this. He was here to fight one person and one person alone. His turquoise eyes locked onto Liari with a burning rage, invited her to come on down and face him. His heart couldn't help but beat a little faster, his blood rushed through his veins, his adrenaline hyping up this moment. This was it, this was what he was preparing for all along.

The unsettling, unexpected feeling that kept her awake last night has taken the form of another nightmarish scenario unfolding right in front of her eyes. It didn't help that Ayu was instantly reminded of the other cases just like this - the destruction of Orange City and the fight in the West. Each time that happened she could remember this overwhelming, hopeless sensation, washing over her like ice-cold waves. What is the power if you cannot use it? That's how it felt. To be strong and yet so, so weak as there was nothing she could do each time the world was shaking around those she held dear. Yet this time even she couldn't stay still and simply pray for a good outcome... Liari's power was now raging, full of expectation, thrills, and something that made her skin crawl. When she wasn't there her little sister changed once more. Who she fought? Who was absorbed and how did it impact once little Bluebell? Maybe being an older sibling didn't exactly suit Ayu in the end... How could she save the city and help Liari not lose herself more at the same time? There wasn't a side that would satisfy everyone but the only thing she wanted was to avoid another tragedy. Was that too much..?
Somehow she begged Dende to allow her to leave the Lookout. It was a difficult decision, Ayu was aware - she has been training so hard lately to finally learn how to control her energy and not suffer any side effects. The Guardian of Earth has been teaching her a lot about the blue planet and the nature of the universe... And she was a devoted student. Even if she didn't feel worthy enough, they were putting so much trust in her to aid them in watching over the Earth. So how could she stand idle now? Liari could do something she will regret later again - or maybe she won't regret it at all. That was even more heartbreaking. The innocent people were getting hurt left and right like it was nothing and she couldn't help but wonder if that was what Bluebell wanted. Or if she was so blinded by those feelings stirring in her that everything else wasn't worth noticing?
Ayu put on a grey robe with a hood and Mr. Popo took her to the South City using his flying carpet. She hugged him, promising that she was going to do everything she can to make things right... And then he left, and the young woman was left on her own. Once her feet were on the ground Ayu started to realize that her hands were trembling so she softly curled them into fists. The Seal technique concealed her energy fully so she wouldn't be so easily spotted by others - just another hooded person in the crowd. It felt so different, standing there in the middle of the city was nothing like sensing what was happening from afar. The screams and the panic were ringing in her ears and the places that Liari attacked were now full of people running in amok. She rubbed her hands together and breathed on them, not wanting the anxiety to sink in, yet she couldn't help feeling like her innards were put into a tight knot. Ayu was scared. So much she wasn't sure if she could be able to make another step - but she wanted to do something, anything. Fighting wasn't her thing and yet here she was, hoping that her decision to come here wasn't so foolish.
It only took a few moments to stabilize her breath. The first step was so heavy but she kept on going - the sounds that were increasing her anxiety moments ago were now pushing her forward. The sensation of civilians' energies running in amok was bringing tears to her eyes. It wasn't like she stopped worrying, the fear was clutching her lungs and it was difficult to breathe... But it won't help anyone if she'd just be a hindrance standing there like she's frozen.
A few people with a stronger presence were around yet they did not feel hostile which felt reassuring. Ayu spotted others aiding with the evacuation of the people, someone else was approaching Liari. Their action didn't seem malicious and she was sure now that more people were here to help. How will things unravel? And there was a strong Ki above them, standing on one of the buildings. She raised her head, to spot a tiny silhouette on a high-rise facility. This person felt familiar. It was... Quash? Ayu felt a short-lived relief when she smiled a little, comforted that someone she knows is here too, and then her face paled and the smile was nowhere to be seen. Something about him... Didn't feel right. Here she was shaking again. The Saiyan's signature was now tainted with something dark and ominous - not completely, yet she wasn't sure she would be able to approach him... She could only wonder why Quash was here in this state but he was simply standing above everything, not getting involved with the evacuation. For now.
Not waiting for him to change his mind, Ayu rushed towards the nearest panicked crowd. She spotted another presence that was stronger even than Liari so she stopped in her tracks. He appeared so suddenly and his energy had this Saiyan-like feel just not quite... As the blasts were falling on the City, the stranger stopped this from happening - there was no time for watching. Ayu silently prayed and thanked him for the help, running faster. People were still in danger. She tried to guide them in the direction of the undamaged roads that were leading outside of this soon-to-be hell place. That was the opportunity to allow as many people as possible to escape her next blasts - because what will happen next could be fatal. She didn't know Liari's reasoning behind this attack... But she wanted to learn what was happening in the Bluebell's head. Why is she..?
"Please, go this way," Ayu raised her hands in the right direction and a thin line made of red poppies grew up next to the road. This little landmark should work well enough as guidance for escaping civilians. "Leave the City and if possible, the south region too," she pleaded, pointing the residents to the nearest path leading outside. There were more people in every corner of this town and the time wasn't on her side. This will be more complicated than she thought... Ayu felt a nervous drop of sweat on her temple and she wiped tears in the corners of her eyes with a sleeve. That's enough. She craned her neck to look up at the sky. Liari was above the South City, she could sense her observing the chaos from the air. She wanted to talk to her so badly, ask why she was doing that...
But how could Ayu get up there..?

Liari's eyes narrowed as a... vaguely familiar voice touched her ears, screaming if Liari remembered her before firing a LARGE blast in the way of her smaller ones! For a moment, the unseen stranger seemed to put up some measure of a fight... but that didn't last long as their blast was completely dispersed! In an instant, hundreds of blasts flew past the dust cloud left behind, uninhibited by further resistance... before a BARRIER suddenly encompassed the city! Granted, the outskirts still suffered a brutal pounding, outlying buildings and structures leveled into a nice, infertile wasteland, but the majority of the blasts were stopped dead meters above the tallest building by a massive ki-dome! As the majin's blasts erupted harmlessly across the face of the dome, Liari's eyes flicked to the source of that oddly familiar voice, following the signature of her ki! It was...
"Oh... It's you." Liari acknowledged dully. "You have a knack for digging your own grave, don't you?" The majin crossed her arms over her chest, frowning in disappointment. Was this REALLY the best Earth could do, THIS little loudmouth? Liari had spared her before because she thought her so small, helpless in a way that stomping her into the dust would garner NO satisfaction. Before, it was out of pity. What would be her excuse THIS time, now that fate had brought them together again? Before she could say more, perhaps amuse herself with some back-and-forth banter, a NEW signature touched the edges of her senses... and was closing in fast. It was POWERFUL, perhaps even fearsome by Earthling standards, feral... dark. Liari's head snapped in its direction, thinking that THIS was her prey... but then she smirked, recognizing the man that had just flown into view.
"Hello, Quash." Liari greeted. "Come to enjoy the fireworks, have you?" She had almost forgotten him, this minion of hers... She had sent him to find strong, valuable targets, playthings, toys... food. It was a tick in the back of his mind, a subtle instruction that influenced the man... without him ever knowing that compulsion wasn't his own. Quash had enough will, self-respect, and even that pathetic saiyan 'honor' to resist her if she came for his mind overtly. ...So she had to trick him into letting her in. And now he was here, Quash, making his way down into the city. She cocked her head oddly at this... What did HE know that she didn't...? What was down in that city that caught his attention...? Something to interrogate him for later. For now...
Liari blinked as a massive GOLDEN POWER FLARED FORTH from atop one of the buildings, the air CHARGING with the sheer infusion of this signature!
"What...?" She gasped, her sanguine eyes locking onto the fierce blue-green orbs of the stranger, her smirk... falling away to sheer surprise and recognition! He... reminded her of...
Images of the faceless super saiyan that had faced her in the attack on East City, his hair spikey and golden, his power... incredible. Liari remembered how confident he had been in his victory, how assured he was he could kill her... before DISAPPEARING ON HER right before their fight was to happen. She remembered how the saiyans in her SCREAMED in frustration as their greatest challenge fled the battlefield, how the changelings snarled in disgust that they had allowed this stranger to escape... And how the original majin roared in outrage at the insult of him transforming... only to leave her with nothing to satiate her excitement.
Liari's face contorted in a snarl as dropped down to the saiyan's rooftop, her red/pink aura CLASHING with the man's golden energy. Their twin powers pushed against one another upon the surface of the building, their mere presence their scalping the top of the structure a piece at a time. Small bits of loose concrete hovered up around them before POPPING with the pressure of their energy, the world seeming to tremble in anticipation at the presence of two powerhouses.
Liari's eyes flicked from the man's spiked, golden hair to his turquoise irises, hatred and disgust spilling out of her expression like an overflowing cauldron. His power was great. A THREAT, even... and that pulled at something deep in Liari's core... something... that she JUST. COULDN'T. STAND.
"You remind me of that fool from East City..." Liari growled, raising a clenched fist in the saiyan's direction. "...He had stupid hair like yours too... I wonder if you'll run away and leave all of these people..." She gestured to her surroundings with a nod. "...just like he did."

Opherla appreciated all the help evacuating the city from all those who came along for the help. Opherla made sure that most everyone in the city had a direction to go, before she then focused back up towards Liari... how in the world was she going to fight Liari...?
Opherla noticed Serena's arrival. She sniffed and knew that Serena had absolutely no chance to beat Liari, Opherla wished she had the power to help... but she knew fighting Liari was a death wish.
Opherla then noticed Callion's arrival, and she took a sigh of relief. Callion was a good sign. He could even out the playing field a bit against this monstrous level of a threat. At least... Opherla hoped.
Opherla then smelled another individual, just below Liari's power, hopping in... Now the fear was back. Opherla hoped desperately that some other powerful warrior would come to even the odds...
And her prayers were answered. Athren arrived. Opherla took yet another sigh of relief, knowing now, things were back to normal as she finished with evacuations.
She then heard the meek voice of someone nearby, as she turned to see Ayu the bio-android, as she saw her looking up towards Liari... did she know Liari? Could she talk some sense into Liari, maybe? In any case, it looked like she wanted help to get up to Liari.
"Hey, do you want a lift? I could fly you up closer." Opherla asked Ayu, as she had the ability to fly in her repertoire. She just hoped she had the power to carry Ayu.
If Ayu accepted her request, Opherla would lift her into a firemen's carry, and lift her discreetly towards one of the buildings near Liari, in hopes that Opherla could get her closer without Liari noticing and attempting to knock her out of the sky.

Serena floated in the air breathing heavily as she narrowly avoided her destruction in the form of a giant barrier that covered a majority of the city. She had been so scared that she was about to die since she had been far to carless in her attack of Liari. Despite how much stronger she had gotten it didn't matter one little bit in the face of Liari’s power and her own lack of it. Finally the anger she felt gave way to fear and reason as she realized she would be dead already if she had not been saved. “ who..”” she whispered to herself as she finally opened her senses to her surroundings for the first time since the Liari’s Appearance. The very first thing she noticed was that Opherla was here!!! What was she doing here!
Expanding her senses wider she felt the Ki of several powerful figures in the city. The one that caught her attention was the very one who had saved her life and most of the city from destruction from Liari. It was a Saiyan! At first Glance his features were so similar to Natsu she almost flew to him and called out Natsu's name. But then her mind caught up even as she was already raising her hand to him and stopped herself from doing anything so foolish. Her Savoir was first of all had glowing golden hair and red eyes compared to Natus black. The Saiyan paid her absolutely no attention as he seemed to be focused on Liari and another Saiyan that seemed to be relaxing in a nearby building. This Saiyan was also much stronger Than anything Serena could mess with and he emitted a dark aura that seemed to make her skin crawl. She would help if he interfered but doubted she would be anything more than a road bump for the dark Saiyan.
Who were all these warriors? So many strong fighters were on earth but where were they when Liari had attacked the other cities? Why Appear now? This battle seemed so much deeper than the last battle that had happened here. If Liari won here then Serena felt all of the strongest of earth would be dead and she would cleanse the earth of every living being. With a deep sigh she turned and gave a nod to the golden warrior while doing the one thing she could do in this Circumstance. While she hated it the only thing she could do was get out of the way of the big boys and watch. Placing herself out of the way but closer to the dark Saiyan in case she needed to block him from interfering. “” Well now… Let us see if I can survive this hell this time.””

By now, everything and everyone was coming together. Callion; the Saiyan that still remained heavily disguised in an overall cloak and hood saw the arrival of Quash; a fellow Full blooded Saiyan that he hadn't seen for quite some time, now having the most unusual 'M' mark onto him, and even he was acting rather strangely, something that definitely caught his attention. His head turned to look at him for a moment longer. That aura… Such an accursed aura of corruption rubbed Callion the wrong way, and it was something that made the Saiyan Monk annoyed. He should’ve been there, still alive to help him with how he managed to get such a mark on him in the first place. However, Callion who was shrouded in his hood turned his attention at the arrival of a familiar power level, one that had just arrived onto the scene. Soon, Athren, the hybrid Saiyan that he had the small sparring session with arrived and managed to perform the herculean move in protecting the city with his barrier technique. Very impressive indeed! Of course, Ayu - the cherished Bio-Android had arrived in assisting the situation. Literally, everyone was here for this once in a lifetime moment. Callion, could practically feel the unbridled tension in the air, as though a single spark could ignite and cause a widespread chaos throughout the entire City. Callion looked at the crowd below and up in the air, the tension in the air heavy enough to crack the sky itself. They all stood strong on the ground and in flight as if they were immovable. They'd faced their fair share of threats over the years, but they all seemed so different today. He saw something in each of their eyes that he hadn't seen in a while. Hope.
It was a powerful emotion that had been missing for far too long. The city was in need of heroes, and it seemed like they were finally arriving. Callion could sense the determination in each of their eyes, and he knew that they would stop at nothing to protect the city and its people. They were all fighting for a common goal, and Callion couldn't help but feel proud to be among such brave and selfless warriors. It only became a lot of important to stand up and fight at the face of adversity when Callion looked up to hear Liari actually GREET Quash. For this particular Saiyan, he only had to put two and two together to realise what she meant; ‘enjoy the fireworks’ meant ‘being part of the slaughter’. The hooded and heavily cloaked Saiyan decided to lightly jump down from the rooftop, slowly levitating with a small amount of ki to make his way down to the ground, gracefully flying as it were.
As the cloaked and hooded pureblood Saiyan, he landed directly infront of Ayu; honestly, the last person that he wanted to get hurt throughout this entire ordeal, and fully turned his head, and spoke softly. Sure, he was keeping it low, but with his voice being just low enough for her to hear, it should be just so for the bio-android to recognise the voice. “You best be careful now, it’s all going to explode in a massive fight, Ayu… Try your best and help get as many people out of here as possible.” Callion spoke to Ayu softly, before turning his full attention to Quash. If Athren was going to handle Liari, then he was at least going to help out as well, should Quash decide to be Majin Liari’s wingman in this total chaos and destruction of South City. Though Callion wasn’t aware of did not see what happened next with Ayu being escorted up to higher ground or not by the efforts of Opherla, what mattered more than ever was that he was looking directly at Quash.
All Quash could see, at least from his point of view, was a shrouded hood, all darkness within the confines of the hood, the whole body of the warrior engulfed in a long cloak, as though he was going to be going face to face with a spectre of Death itself. As he continues to stare at Quash, Callion from within his cloak and hood began to remove his Super Weighted Clothing off. If he was truly going full out on this fight, then the weighted gear had to come off.

"Tch, leave me be. I only came looking for strong fighters." That was about all Quash could think to say to Liari as she greeted him, looking away to avoid eye contact. Whatever influence she had over him only got worse the more he entertained her. He needed a distraction, any distraction, to have an easier time maintaining his own autonomy. As he looked around the city to see if anyone else was arriving, an ENORMOUS POWER caught his attention. Quash's head snapped towards it, only to see that it was the same saiyan that he had run into a short time ago. "That guy again..." Quash muttered to himself as Athren appeared out of seemingly nowhere using his transformation and saved the young lady from what he had assumed was certain death. This Super Saiyan's power had grown considerably in the short time they saw each other, which only made Quash a little excited. He wondered if Athren had any new abilities that he didn't display before. As the red-colored alien moved out of the way, he realized that Liari and the golden warrior were staring each other down. It was obvious that a fight between them was about to break out. Quash raised an eyebrow, wondering if Athren really thought he had the power to defeat Liari of all people. She was already a powerhouse before absorbing the Changelings and she's only gotten stronger since. He sighed, wishing that he was the one who got to fight him instead. A rematch would be nice, especially since no one else here seemed to be worth his time. Unfortunately, since he at least had enough honor left to respect a mutually desired one on one, it looked like he was going to have to sit this one out. Having been too distracted to notice Ayu's entrance or Callion staring him down, the only person who was left was Serena. He didn't feel interested in fighting her at all, but it was obvious that she'd be willing to stop him if needed. He tilted his head to the side as he stared at her with a confused look on his face, making it very obvious that his attention was towards her. "...Really?" Having literally nothing else better to do at the moment, and a little insulted that this weakling even had the audacity even believe that she could "cover him" if he tried to intervene, Quash decided to confront her. A little scare wouldn't hurt anybody, right? Quash lifted himself off of the building he was on and floated towards Serena with his hands on his hips. He halted when he was right in front of her, using his superior stature for added effect. "As a warrior, I respect your resolve. Truly. But there's a fine line between bravery and stupidity. What exactly do you expect to do against someone like me?" WC: 481 TWC: 1072

With smoke from the surrounding area rising to the sky and the state of panic increasing further throughout the city, it made for one hell of a place to have a fight like this, though of course, Athren was in the realization that a vast majority of the innocents in the city were going to parish just by being near a battle of this intensity. There was really nothing he'd be able to do for most of them once he got into this fight. He had to remain focused on his enemy, on the attacks that were coming his way and couldn't afford to worry about his surroundings. The location was very risky but he'd make the trip to Namek sooner rather than later in order to fix whatever damage was done here, but for now it was just him and Liari. This was everything he had built himself up for, he ascended for this reason, he pushed himself for this reason and he couldn't allow himself to lose. Though he knew that winning this battle would mean more death and destruction but if he won, IF he could actually pull it off, this would hopefully be the last of it.
Though keeping tabs on those around him through his Ki sensing ability, Athren's eyes would remain locked onto Liari's. There was nothing that could take him out of this, this was going to be the battle of his lifetime, this fight was going to have more stakes than any fight he had ever fought before and he felt like the world's fate was on his shoulders. He wouldn't allow it to fall into darkness and despair, he'd fight until his very last for this cause and hopefully right his wrongs. Their energy flaring against each other, competing as they pushed against each other trying to claim the space that was for them, Athren could tell by the look of Liari's face that she was rather surprised by his appearance here and by the fact that he wasn't just another warrior, he was an actual threat to her and this whole conquering the world plan she had going on.
Though like most people Athren had come into contact with as of late, even in a moment like this they JUST had to talk. "...He had stupid hair like yours too... I wonder if you'll run away and leave a.." It was at this moment that Athren had heard enough, he didn't care what this individual had to say, he was DONE listening and he was going to show her the reason why he was here, there wasn't any more waiting around, Athren was on the attack! He closed the gap immediately, his right fist cocking back as he LAUNCHED it at Liari's face with everything he had, though the warrior remained absolutely silent besides the deep exhale he took as he threw the first punch.
Though that of course wouldn't be all, Athren was hoping that moving in on the offensive while she had been talking would have left her open for a little combination. Whether or not the first punch hit, Athren would thrust his left knee forward, aiming it at Liari's stomach. The intention wasn't only to do minor damage but also to force her to curl over so he could have an opening to strike her back. He was really hoping to use this momentum to go for ONE more solid blow.
The final attack in his combination would have been bringing his left elbow up around her back from the right side and thrusting it down towards her back, he had hoped it had enough force to send her blasting down towards the Earth to crash into the streets below. Though he had thrown some attacks, there wouldn't be any words leaving the Saiyan's lips. There was really nothing for him to say yet, he didn't need to drag this out with talking. It wasn't like there was any chance of talking this situation down anyway, Liari was consistent, moving from city to city causing death and destruction and it needed to be stopped.
If Liari had hit the ground, Athren would have awaited her counter in silence; if she didn't, he'd brace himself for whatever was to come next. Though there was ONE thing for certain about this attack in the way that Athren pressed it forward. His timing was deliberate, to show Liari that he didn't care at ALL about anything she had to say and that was going to give him the best possible results, he knew that this was going to unleash EVERYTHING that Liari had against him, it was truly going to be the start of this fight, this was going to be the beginning of the end.
Athren would have to remain on his toes, all hell was going to break loose and it was all going to be directed at him. He knew his opponents hits were going to be heavy, probably some of the heaviest-hitting blows he'd ever gone up against. Not only would he need to worry about those hits, but he'd have to worry about whatever wacky abilities she had. Athren never had the luxury of fighting a Majin before and he really wasn't around to spectate the events previously on the Earth, all he really had to go off of was what was told to him by Zerori. He had an idea of what he was in for but surely, he'd be going up against unique abilities he never would have seen before, not know how they work. Hell, he didn't even know to what extent a majin could move their bodies around. This was going to be one hell of a fight and a very interesting learning experience. Thankfully for him, he was a rather fast learner and very well-versed in the art of combat. He was capable of adapting to some of the most unique abilities, and when he got backed into a corner.. he was dangerous.

When the first clash happened, Ayu raised her arms - the gush of wind run past her so fast, her hood fell from her head, and the ruffled locks of hair were dancing in front of her eyes. This power was... Unbelievable. She knew that Liari was powerful but when she did get so strong? Was it when she was away, meditating? Not to mention her appearance changed again and the Ki once more transformed slightly into something else, so... It felt like someone threw a bucket full of ice water on Ayu's head because the answer was right there. Again, she wasn't there for her when Bluebell needed it and history repeated itself. Ayu's silhouette started to shiver, she was trying to think logically to find a solution or a hint as to what she should do. Crying won't help, she thought to herself, when tears started to gather in the corner of her eyes. Think Ayu, think.
Liari and the stranger were fighting. Ayu didn't know this Saiyan but he was trying to save the City, something that she will forever have gratitude for. Did Liari and Quash were cooperating? But, she remembered that so many times she felt their energies clashing with each other. She even once asked Bluebell about it and she hissed that she doesn't really like him. Normally Ayu would be so happy to see them getting along - yet this case was different, the skin on her neck was getting colder. What she should do about that..? It felt like the Saiyan's Ki was cloaked in something dark, grim, and cruel. She couldn't point her finger at it but maybe if she'd be closer to sense it better... But would getting up there be a good idea? Quash was talking with another Majin, the pink-skinned one who tried to talk with Liari a moment before. Was this the beginning of the fight or were they simply chatting in the air..? Ayu couldn't tell. In situations like this critical thinking and acting fast were everything - but here she was slowly getting overwhelmed by the pressure.
And just when she was holding her hands together, wondering what to do now, a friendly voice and a presence approached her. So was she focused on the sight above her that Ayu didn't realize at first that someone talked to her... She glanced at the silhouette abashed, with some confusion and worry painted in her eyes. It was clear that the girl with red hair was a warrior. The expression in her voice was concerned about her and Ayu spotted her helping civilians before. Maybe a kind soul among this mess was what she needed? A little sense of warmth started to fill her heart - she felt better. Her expression softened and she quickly wiped her eyes before she would speak to the stranger. Her energy felt Saiyan-like yet not quite - it must have been her nature. The pair of ears and a fluffy tail were sure an adorable addition but she didn't want to point that out - it wasn't the right place nor time.
"Could you..? I-I..." Ayu whispered hopefully. Then she flinched right there, craning her head up to see the Saiyan attacking Liari head-on again. The energies were clashing so much she could see the flying everywhere sparks... A shock started to paint on her face. It was the first time she saw a beginning of a fight like this, it was nothing like sparring, nothing like she imagined. With trembling hands, Ayu held her head, for a slight moment trying to mute the screams, the impacts, everything else - anxiety was on the rise. How could she go up there to that hell? If they be there, high above the buildings, would she be able to protect the girl that gave her help? Ayu knew defensive techniques but what if this won't be enough? What if the warrior will get hurt while aiding Ayu in reaching the sky? Liari's and Saiyan's energies were no joke and she won't forgive herself if this kind soul would get hurt up there because of her. Her heart was so loud it was pulsing in her ears and it made her snap out of this silent panicked state - at least partially. A decision. She needed to make one. That's right. Ayu lowered her hands and squeezed the fabric of her cloak, looking at the Wolf Girl with gratitude and smiling shyly. "Thank y-you so much... It means the world to me that you s-said so but I'm afraid we can't go there now," pair of pale yellow eyes saddened with concern and conflicted feelings. "I'm not sure that would b-be a good idea. I don't know h-how Liari will react to seeing me... I would h-hate to make it worse," she finished, pressing her hands together and looking up again for a split second - before she gazed at the red-haired girl again and nodded her head. "W-We should prioritize looking for people for now."
That was the safest option. With the fight gaining more and more area it was going to be difficult with evacuating people. And although Ayu wished to get up there, there was no certainty that Liari would stop at all or even that she'd halted her attacks for a moment to hear her out. What if what she wanted to say won't help Bluebell calm down..? What if it would get a-angry and the City will suffer more..? That can't happen. They needed to take every other measure possible before Ayu even think about being a diplomat here.
... She barely turned to the other side, planning on seeking civilians and aid in their evacuation when a dark fabric rustled in front of her. Ayu silently jumped in place, placing a hand over her chest. A tall cloaked figure landed in front of her without so much as a warning. She got startled by a sudden appearance of a person whose energy was unreadable, yet whose gestures seemed... Not unfamiliar? She wasn't sure. Because time wasn't on her side, in her first reaction Ayu raised her hands defensively, an anxious blush faintly marking her face. She wanted to say something - perhaps nervously apologize, maybe ask who they were - but couldn't. The stranger spoke first and she recognized the voice right away. Callion... The pale eyes gazing at the shade under the hood widened for a moment and slowly she lowered her arms. Then the expression on Ayu's face mellowed to a melancholy, her lips curling into a sad smile. Maybe it was worry or hope or even both at the same time. Callion was right. The fight that was about to unfold here with full power was going to be devastating. She felt so in Orange and West City... So why should it be any different here? Still, knowing that he was here with them comforted her but also troubled her greatly.
Because what if... What if history is going to repeat itself?
Making one short step, Ayu instinctively grabbed Callion's hand. There wasn't any need to do that and yet... It would be a lie to say she wasn't scared. Her emotions could be very well seen in how her arms were trembling and how her face slowly paled... But that wasn't so important right now. Ayu's shaking hands embraced Callion's palm for a moment, her fingers stroking the rough skin when she gently tightened her grip. It might have looked like she was trying to raise his spirit but she was the one trying to reassure herself and be certain that she made the right decision. Otherwise, will they see the same tragedy as before? Her heart won't be able to withstand that. At the thought that someone will die at the hands of Liari again, she could already hear cracks in her chest growing deeper.
"I k-know," she replied in a small voice, "I will try to do my best." Ayu lowered her head, her gaze slipping to the hand of the warrior that she held onto. With her face facing down it wasn't so easily seen that her lips were trembling. It won't help anyone if she would panic now... And after all, she came here for a reason. "The l-last time I wasn't where I should be, part of Liari's heart w-was broken and you were gone..." Her answer was just that - concern about them all. Once she spoke the truth laying in her mind, her voice betrayed now not only anxiety but a quiet, growing resolve. Raising her head, Ayu looked at Callion again. Still scared. Still inexperienced in front of a real fight, with emotions on her sleeve... Still determined to stay.
"Please Callion... B-Be careful and return safely." Ayu prayed, softly letting go of his hands. A weird weight made its way into her soul. They had to fight, that much was obvious, putting their lives on the line. It didn't escape her attention that the warrior was looking up, where Quash's aura was giving her a case of menacing shivers. She knew better than to get in the middle of the battle like that - at least before so many lives were on the line. After that would she be able to intervene and make things better? Or would her actions only create a fatal outcome?
There was no time for what-ifs if the clock was ticking.
"We should g-go," she turned to the Wolf Girl, her head gesturing towards the spot where she could sense a large number of panicking energy. With fights breaking left and right it's going to be difficult to reach everyone but they have to try. "Could you please help me? I-I want to make a bridge to the mainland, so all the people c-can evacuate quickly. We need to gather everyone too," Ayu said. It will be hard but she needed to try - knowing how powerful her plant manipulation was, she wanted to create a connection to the main continent with it. With enough Ki and resolve it should be possible to create ways of evacuation like this... South was full of islands bigger and smaller, people couldn't leave quickly enough on boats, planes, or by foot. And to make sure there bo no casualties, they needed to be placed far away from here, somewhere safe. The two of them should be able to do that...
Two of them... Right. Ayu craned her neck to glance again at the pink Majin and Quash. There was a great difference in power and although she knew that Saiyan was proud and perhaps he won't attack someone who wouldn't give him a decent fight - she couldn't say so about the Quash as he was now. Something just didn't sit well with her, her instinct warning her about it while cold sweat appeared on her temple. That was another troubling thing, he wasn't like this before. She couldn't say that they were friends but they talked quite deeply about the nature of things so this alarming Ki now felt wrong. Something has changed... For worse.
E-Excuse me... Hello? Ayu's shy voice might have startled the pink Majin when she used telepathy to reach her. If Quash and Callion were going to clash, she needed to warn her quickly to get away from there. I'm s-sorry that I'm talking to you like that, I c-can't exactly go up there to ask you in person. W-Well... Could you please aid us in evacuating civilians? She asked right away. If they will get another pair of hands, as elastic and nimble as Majin's, that would help them greatly with looking for anyone lost in the panicked city. But she would have to take her distance from the sky soon. Ayu continued with a quieter albeit concerned tone. I don't know w-what happened to Quash but something is wrong with his energy... Please be careful. There's going to b-be another fight too. It will be dangerous. At like that, Ayu warned the Majin whose energy seemed to be pure and honest, hoping that she would help them... People's lives depended on it. Please. W-We need all the help we c-can get. she asked once more, Ayu's gentle voice even a telepathic one was cracking from worry. But she couldn't force her to do anything. She only could ask and hope for the best - at least the Majin knew now that another dangerous battle will happen here in the South City. If you'd like to talk to me, I'll b-be on the north side.
And that was it. Ayu sighed - for this short moment, she wasn't moving, gazing at the sky at the pink outline so that might have looked a little odd from a certain point of view. And now - now they needed to hurry.
"I asked h-her if she could help us..." She briefly explained to her companion, though not exactly throwing in details how she has communicated with her from the ground. It has slipped Ayu's mind that not everyone was used to telepathy or knew about its existence... So many different things were filling up her soul and mind and it was time to take action. She clenched her trembling fists and took a deep breath before looking the girl with wolf ears in the eyes. Oh, Ayu was afraid but that can't stop her forever... "I'm going to the north of h-here to make the bridge. Please tell anyone you s-see to go there." Ayu hastened her step and turned her head to the red-haired girl, "Once I'm done I will be right back here, I swear." She promised. First, she'd make the way to let civilians leave, and then she would help them gather everyone that couldn't make their way out of the City on their own two feet. Yes, that seemed to be a good plan for now...
She ran like the wind.

"I wonder if you'll run away and leave a..." BAM! In one instant, a gloved fist FILLED her vision and, in the next, PLUNGED DEEP into her face! The front of the majin's head was shoved DEEP into the back of her skull as Athren's fist PLUNGED into it! It was almost comical how her head contorted around the super saiyan's fist, bulging out the back as he nearly punched through it! As the man retracted his fist, so too did Liari's face POP back into position, her expression... dazed, as if she... hadn't expected to be struck... not that hard anyway! It was strange... almost dreamlike... How could it be that SHE, the MOST POWERFUL THING ALIVE... was feeling such... PAIN!? Well, Athren would take this moment to explain to Liari, like a gentleman, how this event wasn't a fluke... by SMASHING his knee into her gut! "URKKK!" Liari GAGGED through a tightly-clenched jaw, her cheeks BULGING around her lips as steam BLASTED out of her ear and arm-holes! Weakness like nothing Liari had ever FELT flooded through her massive physique, her red-ring eyes BULGING from her head as she gasped WEAKLY over Athren's knee! A low gurgle of sheer, sickening agony could be heard from deep in the majin's throat, her arms reflexively raising to cradle her bruised, aching belly! A million thoughts all rendered fuzzy by pain FLOODED the majin's mind, half screaming "DANGER" in her ear... the other screaming "PAAAAAIN!" "Im......possible..." Liari managed to stammer out.... ONLY TO GET AN ELBOW DRILLING INTO HER SPINE IN RESPONSE! "RAAAAWWWWWWWWGH!" She SCREAMED, bent nearly in half as she HURTLED down towards the city! The sheer SPEED she rocketed down towards the ground with was almost uncontrollable, the power of those blows almost COMPLETELY disrupting her flow of KI! By the time that third hit had struck her, Liari's aura had completely dispersed from her body, that feeling of power... obliterated! She felt like a METEOR, the air threatening to tear her apart as she hurtled to oblivion! ....Wait... That's it! A cunning grin replaced Liari's snarl of pain as she bent her legs FULLY around her body, curling herself around in a ball-like shape, compacting her natural elasticity into a smaller, more powerful form! Using her ki to whirl herself around, the majin would SMASH into the streets below HARD ENOUGH to cause the whole island to tremble, her form flattening out... before SHOOTING back up at Athren, rebounding like RUBBER!
If she was lucky, Athren would've been caught completely off-guard and she would CRASH into his body, giving as GOOD as she got... or DAMN NEAR CLOSE TO IT! The majin would then use her ki to direct herself in the air, only fueling her momentum as she circled around for another pass to SLAM into Athren from behind! Then, as the kicker, Liari would unwind herself upon the second impact, swinging her leg around to CRACK across the side of his head and send him flying!
"Eager little monkey aren't you...?" Liari growled before letting out a ROAR, her aura FLARING back to life once again! "...What, are you MUTE?
