Opherla was surprised when the Majin suddenly gave her a hug. While Serena hugged Opherla she felt warmth... comfort... serenity... Opherla felt as if Serena was a true friend, a true ally... someone Opherla could confide in and trust.
But then her eyes turned to fear once more, when the Majin got up and roared in utter fury, the aura of violence and hate scaring Opherla as she panicked as Serena approached. Was this it? Was this all over? Was Serena going to kill her!? Opherla tried to scramble, but her body hurt too much, so she only watched as the Majin drew closer... before the aura of rage faded... and Opherla now saw sadness in Serena's eyes.
Opherla heard the words Serena said, but heard the weight behind them too. Serena knew exactly what it was like, fighting when there was nothing else to give, fighting when there was no gas in the tank, fighting on empty... with everything on the line. The pain and sympathy in Serena's voice touched Opherla.
And so, Opherla suddenly began to rise, feeling a strange power swelling up in her as she did so, as she managed to get back to her feet, although she looked hellacious in regards to physical shape, bruises everywhere, not to mention many many cuts. But Opherla looked at Serena determined.
"I... may not be able to fight right now... but I choose to stand up... and I'll get stronger... I'll get stronger, so I can fight better... and I can one day fight alongside you... Serena." Opherla said weak, but determined, as she looked at Serena. "You're right. I shouldn't sit here and cry. I need to stand up and be a fighter. So that's what I'll do. I'll fight. I'll train. And one day, when I get strong enough, I'll find you, so we can train together and become even stronger!" Opherla exclaimed.

Serena smiled as her words seemed to have gotten through to the young girl and she saw the fire burning in her eyes. Serena somehow knew that one day the child before her could easily outgrow her in terms of power and for some reason Serena was not bothered by that at all. All she needed was to keep growing and gain experience that all fighters needed in order to grow truly strong. Without realizing it Serena reached out and placed her hand on Opherla’s head and gave it a friendly rub. “” Remember if you give up mentally then you are not displaying your full power. I encourage you to travel when you can as it can help you meet so many new people! Stronger fighters than even I am are all over the world. Learn from them””
Walking in a circle around Opherla, Serena stared off in the distance with a small smile forming on her face. She remembered a funny little event that she wanted to share with the young girl and knew would show her about growth. “” Not even a month ago I didn't even know what to eat. Did you know that? Natsu the friend I don't know what happened after the Liari incident caught me trying to eat bark.””
With a smile Serena started to float away from Opherla very slowly before stopping in the air for a moment. “” UMM Want me to fly you home? I can go really fast.”” Serena wanted to see what the girl would become and for some reason knew that she would need to pick up her training in order for the girl not to pass her up easily.

Opherla would definitely take in Serena's advice. She needed to meet as many people as she could to get better from where she was. Opherla knew that if she didn't, she'd still be stuck where she was, and that's not what Opherla needed.
Opherla couldn't help but laugh at Serena's little retelling of her funny moment. Eating bark? Not exactly nutritional. The thought of Serena eating bark flashed into her mind as it only caused her to laugh more from it.
Opherla saw Serena was about to leave, and was about to ask if Serena could take her home, when suddenly, the Majin stopped and asked Opherla herself if she wanted help getting back home. Opherla couldn't help but smile, knowing Serena was a true friend at this point forward. She would definitely get stronger, so one day, she and Serena could spar and help each other become the strongest they could possibly become.
But right now, Serena's help was appreciated. "Yeah, I'm gonna need some help getting home..." Opherla chuckled, as she limped over to Serena. There was a long way to go for Opherla... but sometimes the best journeys are the longest ones, no matter what they were.

Serena smiled at Opherla and picked the poor girl up gently placing her in a princess carry. Serena laughed slightly in embarrassment”” Yeah sorry got a little carried away there.. I can forget that people don't just pull themselves back together like I do.”” With that Serena jumped into the flying little Saiyan hybrid home swiftly through the air. It took only mere moments before Serena could see her house and started to descend slowly to it, bringing her down at her front door with a small grin on her face. “” Next time you better be the one carrying me home alright? I believe you have Amazing growth potential just remember that spirit you showed today alright?””
Setting her down, Majin took several steps back and smiled at her. She really liked Opherla and hoped she could meet her again and see how much stronger she would become. Serena saw a flash of Natsu and her heart for a moment when she thought about how she would never see him again. She hoped it would not be the same for Opherla as the world was a very dangerous place at the moment. Faking a smile Serena looked back at Opherla and gave her a tight hug as she was currently the only friend the Majin had at the moment and she hoped she would get to keep her. Releasing her she started to speak loudly “” I have to get going alright? I still have work in the morning but you stay safe ok?””
With those words she started to float away slowly giving a small wave before blasting off at breakneck speed in order for the Saiyan hybrid not to see her struggle not to cry. She knew if given the chance Opherla would be a great warrior even though she was inexperienced right now but that would change as long as she got to meet other warriors. She would learn from them all and become very strong but that was only if she lived long enough to do so. And with Liari running around she was not sure anyone on this planet was gonna live very long…

Opherla limped into her house the moment Serena set her down, as she smiled at the Majin, feeling that today was the start of something beautiful. Serena had confidence in Opherla, and Opherla wasn't about to let her newly acquired friend down.
"Heh, we'll see for sure!" Opherla smiled as she heard Serena demand that Opherla should carry Serena home next time, a promise Opherla intended to keep, she hoped. Though, she couldn't help but notice the sad hints in Serena's voice, as if Opherla was reminding Serena of someone she had lost some time ago... Opherla wished she knew how to help. How to comfort Serena in this moment. Serena would hug Opherla as Opherla returned the hug, doing her best to comfort Serena, as Serena let go, as she gave her farewell before dashing away.
"Serena... I hope next time I can help you mend your wounds better." Opherla said with a sad face, before she turned it into determination. Her journey was getting underway... and it was time to start it. No more Martial Arts Tournaments, no more sticking to the norms... it was time to go above and beyond, it was time to train! And find many friends along the way.
