"We got ourselves a live lot, yeah?!" Slavery, one of the oldest professions in the world involves the capturing of abled body men and females to do physical labor. For some people that were kidnapped, this signified that this was the end of the line for them. People were bought and sold against their will and any sort of resistance was met with beatings beyond one's imagination. Arlic would figured that what gave them support was the power dampening devices that one had on them, an interesting piece of alien technology that the slavers were using in order to lower the chance of resistance from others and increase the productivity of their own goals. This was a test for the red ribbon army in order to see how easy it was for an android to assimilate into any sort of situation. For one, Arlic believe that as long as he could put up a good act and that his power level wasn't shown, they wouldn't have any reason to believe that the dampener should be on him and should be used on someone that was a lot more powerful than he was, or seemed to have a semblance of fighting power in opposition to what Arlic was showing.
"Another new batch, mostly aliens. " The slave trader was looking through the data file that he was holding while inspecting the cargo, looking at Arlic and everyone else individually as they used something akin to a scouter. "Oi, this lot's power level scaling is minuscule, I told you that we should be cutting costs!!!" After realizing that nothing was coming up for Arlic, especially with him looking bounded and chained as he did at the moment, it would be a waste to keep the power dampening on them and instead use it for the new lot that was all aliens. After all, it seemed as if it would be better to deal with humans for them than a couple of aliens that ha some sort of weird power that they should have been keeping in check instead of a regular person.
"Alright alright already!!!!!! Dammit!!!!!"
Going over to Arlic, the man's companion decided to get a rid bar code scanner that served as a key for both the chains and the collars. Moving himself to the back of Arlic's neck, he scanned the bar code and gave Arlic a warning. "Don't you sta-" Before the sentence could even be formed, Arlic used his internal energy to break free from his binds and used imitation Katana to cut through the two individuals that were doing the slave intake.
"Feel free to riot after I free you....."
Arlic said this as he used the bar code scanner to free every other slave, in which they went to the upper deck in an attempt to overtake the slave owners. As for Arlic, he decided to help himself to the jewels and goods that were available on the ship. Free money always came at the discounted price of Arlic's enemies, and he had no problem taking it for himself. He also took a few of the power dampener collars in order to study it later, perhaps it could be used as a weapon later if he was careful with it?
