Callion
Location: Glacier Wastelands; Nothern Continent - Planet Earth
Time: 00:00 AM
Current Powerlevel: 7,155
The tundra winds of the Glacier Wastelands hurled and barrels against the Saiyan’s skin and lack of warm clothing at the dead of Night. To be at the epicentre North of the Planet was where the coldest temperatures reached, engulfing the land around in an eternal blanket of snow and ice combined. Even the sea itself barely contained its liquid form, for there was a multitude of ice patches forming on the surface of the waters that continued such an environmental battle in holding onto its free flowing form whilst having to enduring the ever encroaching solidified form, and for a starry sky at night with not a cloud in sight, it made the climate all the more colder and enduring the nights unbearable – even to the most hardened humans that have visited such a land to take on such a challenge head on and survive to tell the tale. While these feats of strength and endurance is much to be praised and commended to endure the cold climates, it honestly didn’t come close to what those who the Earthlings see as Aliens and how they managed to put up with the climates of other worlds; some being for more unbearable than what Earth currently has…
For Callion, this was a memory trip back to his childhood upbringing on the Planet Bhupal.
To those of the uninitiated, The Planet Bhupal – the world where Callion was sent as an infant after his parents had him flee on a Saiyan Pod since he was a baby during the coup on Planet Vegeta, was a Barren, mountainous, and extremely cold planet. Devoid of leniency, tolerance and even hope for the weak to survive and to become stronger. On that planet, you were either born with the strength to carry on to adulthood and beyond or just end up dead. Whilst Callion was found on a chance of fate by the Monks and Species of the planet that had a history with combatting against the Saiyans, their code of life from their Spiritual Leader; the Grandmaster Leung Wah Sheung himself took in the baby boy as his developing student. Those childhood days up to his adulthood were some of the most intense training and daily lifestyle that a Saiyan, in his mind, could possibly live and that’s not including the incredibly cold nights to live, breathe and sleep on such a world. However, like many Saiyans that survive that go on, they become stronger and live through such climates until it becomes normal to them.
In the relative speaking terms of Earth and the Glacier Wastelands itself, traversing though the icy, barren lands at the dark of night and on a clear sky was basically taking a trip down memory lane that was surprisingly enjoyable to the Saiyan. Sure, he can feel the cold weather much like any other individual alien or non-alien, though having dealt with the extreme climate from his infant times, Callion is able to shrug off the cold weather like it was mostly nothing, especially when he was currently meditating in no clothes whatsoever, his Gi was kept away in a safe destination that was easily able to acquire once this particular training session was over. The only sort of clothing that Callion did have on him at all, was a blindfold that was covering his eyes and for good reason too.
For a Saiyan, there is a pathway to become stronger in their evolutionary process, that under the guise of a full moon through the scientific convention of Blutz waves. These waves cause a chain reaction within a Saiyan the moment they gaze at the moon, transforming a normal warrior into a terrifying and gigantic Great Ape known as an Oozaru. These monstrosities, towering at around 20-50 feet were kaijus of immense power! Their size, strength, endurance and overall prowess were seen as the pride and joys of what a Saiyan is capable of under the conditions of a Moon or similar energy that produced Blutz Waves. However, if a Saiyan was not trained in the art of keeping control of the Giant Ape within, then such a beast will roam uncontrollable with pure primal, destructive instincts taking over. Now, such a thing wasn’t so bad for the Saiyans – using such a strategy to send their infant babies to other words in order to crush, destroy and wipe out an entire alien race into extinction… Such a practice can be argued as something to the lines of barbaric and insanity to the common individual.
For the Saiyan Race? It was productive, easy, and little to no worries – at least on their part.
However, there are those few, through with the right mental mindset, training, and fortitude that are able to not only become one with the Giant Ape, but also able to permanently have complete control over the transformation. Those lucky few remain conscious of their actions and sentient in maintaining total control, including being able to speak as well! Though such a stage of the Oozaru form requires diligence, a strong of will, body and mind: All three things that were paramount to ensure that such a Saiyan who is able to master the beast within will inevitably come out much stronger in the foreseeable future. In Callion’s case, what better way than to finally train the Oozaru form than to venture out into the remote, desolate and Icy landscape where no life was to be seen or harmed in anyway, allowing the transformation to be carried out in what was a controlled environment for the most part, so for the Saiyan monk this was a good first start. With the preliminary requirements out of the way, it was finally time to test himself to the absolute limits of his Saiyan heritage and to truly become one of the few that will be able to master the Oozaru form.
Callion took a deep breath, knowing what was about to happen next from the extensive talks with the Monks of Planet Bhupal, being informed of the powers of a Saiyan and the transformation that came about when starring directly at a full moon. He slowly removed his blindfold, gently placing the piece of cloth onto the ground floor and directly looked upward towards the Full Pale Moon, that shone brightly directly ontop of the Saiyan in all it’s majestic glory…
In so doing, the Transformation was about to begin.
