History: For Zero early life consisted of learning the hard way that their father was a genius and often one who was correct most of the time, even when he was wrong. Still, early lessons from his father had forced him to learn the Namekian native language. Learning the ways of the business was also enlightening. Zero and his twin Ryhm were sons of Tech Gurus for a PTO company, thus each child was training in the ways of taking over the fields of their parents. In the early stages of adulthood, hood Zero was able to peace in that their family had been getting the soft end of the stick when it came to payouts. EIther their father was too incompetent to notice or was simply accepting of the position, whereas where Zero could not. Eventually Zero had to step up and handle the situation himself, it seemed to be the role he had to play as he had once stepped in to help his brother with a bit of a bullying issue. Some Family Dynamics just had the savior often was the eldest child but in this case, it was just the one who had been observant enough to notice and also had the prowess to do something about it. In both situations, he had only done what he felt he should have to allow emotions to drive the choices rather than logical thinking. Eventually around the age of 65 Zero overtook his father from the company getting the majority shareholder with a bit of a business deal with another shareholder. This did not remove his father from the company but removed him from being the head, in the meantime Zero and his father would be slated to handle this outside of uniform in a more barbaric fashion of fighting it out. A fight to the death to name it for what it was. The winner would take all shareholding of the other, it was one of the great practices of the company and how Zero had gained so many shares, to begin with. This practice kept the company strong in two error breeding the best minds and bodies.

It had been a few days since his home had been added to the village, the capsule corps homes were totally self-sustainable, he wasn't sure how but he figured he wouldn't have a problem. It was a bit refreshing to be in the middle of nowhere, well to him this was rural when he was living on a large City Planet with nightlife and whatnot. It wasn't that living out here we bothersome, it would actually be a good thing for him to stay around and train while ruining his business over holo calls. There wasn't really too much to do, he was more so listening to board ideas and picking one, they were all filtered by his assistant. He had handled all of that problem, with it being mostly day on this planet all the time, and his schedule was easy to adjust back to planet Frost. This meant he had his training time and everything to handle. He was interested in trying out this new Gravity chamber he had installed in his training room, within his mansion. Of course, he was placed on his red weighted armor before stepping into the room. Last time he had worked on his control over Ki, this time he was to work on the physical body, once the door sealed behind him Zero would walk over to a punching bag, obviously, it was something strong enough for him to throw his punches at within this form. "Computer, turn on artificial gravity, x10 gravity" The computer would Repeat x10 gravity as it began to power the gravity machine up. A light red tint would feel the room, Zero was instantly feeling the result. "D-dammit, this is a lot tougher than I had thought it would be." Slowly moving he realized he wouldn't be able to do anything other than strength training to get used to the gravity before he moved into things like hitting the punching bag. So, he was starting to get into the push-up position, while laying completely flat on the ground he felt as if his chest was going to crush on the floor, the weight of his training gear pulling him down even further with the aid of the gravity. This was going to be harder than he thought. Zero would place his palms on the floor and he pushed up with everything he had, it was hard but it was doable, when he restricted his energy to move only parts of his body it was easier, trying to move his whole body at the same time took a lot more effort. It was a standard wide grip push-up, nothing fancy for now, he'd do a set of 100, then take a break. It was like he was starting to work out all over again from scratch, and this was just x10, he was going to have to do this every time he increased it, though he figured that he would be able to probably get to the max in about ten weeks, half a week would allow him to get used to the increased weight on his body, the remainder of that week would be fine-tuning his movements and be practicing his combo and strikes with his arms and legs, he could spend a day or two focused on his ki training as well, he didn’t even think of the struggles of doing that with the gravity on.
After his break, he thought it best to start doing some crunches and abs workouts, 100 crunches, 50 leg lifts, 50 scissor kicks, holding his legs out in front of his 2 minutes at a time, over 20 minutes. His core was already burning, he had never felt like this even when he was a child training for the first time. He could tell the combination of the weights he wore with this gravity chamber was going to help him grow immensely stronger. It was at this time he recalled Mac saying he was planning on using a small transformation, of course, he knew what these were many people had them, and a universal event was sometimes broadcasted or footage of people who achieved these things. Just how strong was mac truly, and what were his limits? He’d have to spar him to find out for sure. Though this made Zero wonder, was his true form his limit? Could he surpass it if he needed to? It wasn’t like he was born to the Freiza clan from legends of greatness within them, gifted with almighty power. He was born of the Ika clan, a money clan that kept Bris rich, and the other planets they controlled in a sense like Planet Frost. They weren't alone in finding the planets but over the last two-year Zero halted all payments, they had never done anything for him, so why line their pockets up? His thoughts were getting sidetracked, he needed to focus on his current goal, he wished to one day become so strong that this suppression form would be all he ever needed. A dream really, nothing that would likely come true. Not that he had the idea of going out and fighting often, he was a man of business after all but he knew it couldn't be helped.
His body would get up off the floor, his abs were already starting to feel the burn of an intense workout, and he had done very little. This gravity was insane, he was unsure as to why he wasn't using this as a child, still, there was more to do as his body was getting less sluggish to the effects of the gravity. Walking over to a wall he lowered his tail as he placed his back against the wall. Squatting down until his thighs were straight and lined up with his knees perfect, the changeling stayed in this position until his legs gave out on him, so about 10 minutes which didn't seem like much. But with the weight vest, and everything else weighing him down, it had been something. He simply could only chuckle.
"Computer shut down gravity machine, set to default." The humming would calm and Zero would instantly feel the weight being lifted off his body, he was able to breathe so much better, his body even with the weights seemed like nothing was holding him to the ground. "Well I can see with this thing my psychical body will be growing, and soon Father will be a mere ant to me. I suppose this will be all for today, time for a shower and a good meal."
Walking into his training room once more the Frost Demon would wear a smile, today we were going to be working on the x10 gravity while building his speed with his strikes. The last time he used this room he had built up his body, because of it his power had grown slightly from a light workout being intensified by the gravity and the weight. Stepping into the room the door closed behind him and locked, a safety precaution to his staff, Echo was already in the room, in the back doing some workouts of his own, he looked to be doing pull-ups with a front grip to increase his back strength. As if his body's muscles weren't at their peak already. "If you grow your muscles any further, you won't fit through any doors, and you'll be too slow to run from the Galactic Patrol if they chase you." A snicker left his body after his joking comment to his old friend. The dark Humanoid male looked over to Zero as he moved from two-handed pull-ups to just using his left arm with a back gripped hold on the bar.
"Oh there ya ass go again with them jokes bro. Why don't you get some mass to that shrimp body you got, I can crush you like a soda can." Echo said with his smirk, placing both feet onto the ground he moved his head side to side stretching it and cracking the bones within it letting his body relax a bit. Echo had been looking forward to this for some time now, he always wondered which of them was truly strong in a test of strength and power. He knew physically he'd likely win but Zero was strong even though he was so small, on top of that he was fast and had powers of the mind. "Well then let's get started!" Echo lifted his hands in a kickboxing style, his weight bounced from front to back and he leaned forward then backward rocking his eight on his toes.
"Oh my, it seems you don't even wish to warm up with the gravity on, I did tell you didn't I had a gravity Machine installed in here before I left Frost, let's just see how you fair this time around. Don't blame me when you lose." Zero smiled as he walked closer to Echo, he was at a disadvantage, he'd have to look up and strike up, and get in closer to reach Echo, meanwhile, Echo had all the advantages, his fighting style was even beneficial to close combat there wasn't much Zero could do besides using his speed and take advantage of any opening he would get. It would just so happen that the gravity would work in his favor even with the weights on. "Your mistake my friend. Computer Gravity on, x10, please." Zero said with a smirk as the humming of the generators kicked on and the room attained a light red tint. Zero put his left leg in front of his and lifted both hands, he leaned back a bit and pushed his tail to the ground. Zero had a plan to get past the giant of a man.
As the room took its glow Echo looked around. "Some stage lights from your nightclub, they suppose to mean so- Ugh... W-What is this...My body." Echo felt his arms being pulled to the ground and the rest of his body, it seemed to affect him a bit more due to his size, his center of gravity wasn't as well placed as Zero's but even still Echo's body was pure muscle it felt like he was walking with a ton of weights on about 2,000 or more. It was a good thing for him that he was past that stage in his weight training. "So this is gravity 10 times its normal amount, alright then. " Echo would walk over towards Zero, his right fist would swing out with a hook, Echo liked leading with this, it was a fair swing and let him judge his foes counter. Would they back, sidestep and move in, or try to bring him to the ground.
Zero would bring his left leg back to his right before leaning all the way back letting his tail push him forward, allowing him to move under the punch and get to Echo's legs, once at his feet Zero would slide through the gap and wrap his tail around his right ankle and tug it away. The offset to Echo's footing caused the giant of a man to slam into the ground under the power of the gravity. Falling was a lot faster under these conditions, Zero would stand up and chuckle. "My my, seems like you fell. Are you okay?"
Echo stood back to his feet, how could he have fallen for such a trick. No matter his body turned to face Zero with a smile. "I see so you were teaching me a lesson then. Well, allow me to pay you back." Leaning backward his leg flew right at Zero with a snap kick, take off guard the changeling was struck and his body lifted from the ground. His eyes widen he had no idea Echo's strikes were this quick, and his reach he hadn't accounted for his legs being used like that. His body skipped across the floor a few time times, once it came to a halt Zero chuckled. "Well, it seems I've underestimated that speed of yours. I thought you were just a wall of Muscle, this time I won't take off guard."
Zero dashed in and leap from the ground swinging his body as he did so, Echo would dodge the tail but that wasn't the objective for Zero. Extending his left leg he'd perform a spin kick which Echo would Quickly raise his hands up in front of him to block, after blocking the kick Echo try another snap kick, Zero lowered his left arm meeting Echo's shin with his palm keeping it from hitting him. The two would reset, things were going to get interesting here. After about an hour the two could both be seen worn down, scuffed up but still standing. Their stamina drained likely to pass out from the strain of the gravity, though by now the two were accustomed
to it. Each of the men panted not even able to lift their arms anymore. "Shall we call it a draw for now? If we keep going at this rate, we'd have to start getting more serious. I rather not destroy this room or my home."
"Yea, I feel that bro. Let's end it here, I need a protein shake anyways. This was some good cardio though man, I should be able to get better reps in. Thanks for the spar." The computer would shut down the generator for the gravity chamber, the humming of the engines lowering as it powered off. The two gave each other a fist bump, then headed to the kitchen, after putting in that much effort it was time to get some fuel.
