With the chase for the Dragon Balls seemingly being more of a struggle than Arctic had initially thought, he felt as if he was slowly gaining ground. While all of his efforts weren't providing him with quick and fast results he was slowly knocking the number of Dragon Balls he needed down. It was a slow process but one that was going to be well worth the effort when it was all said and done. It was coming to the point that he could almost taste his success, he could almost feel the power he was about to achieve through his wishes. He was going to be unstoppable and he couldn't wait to take that to a new level and test it out on the saiyan monkeys. He knew that they'd suffer the worst of it and the Queen was going to be made an example of. She was going to get the absolute worst of it and he was going to test his strength against her most powerful form. He was going to put this 'Super Saiyan' myth to an end, this rumor of their unbelievable power was going to cease to exist by his own hand. He was going to become the most feared thing in the galaxy and the saiyan race and their Queen would be the prime example to all. If you wish to survive in the new universe, in Arctic's empire you would have to listen, do as your told and provide resources and taxes to Frost.
That was the only way that this was going to work. With all these thoughts in his head his motivation had been high, he had currently been out seeking even more Dragon balls and once again with the Dragon Radar in hand he was brought to a location on Namek. Unfortunately, with the Radar's incapability to pinpoint the Dragon Balls exact location, he was forced to search the area thoroughly and unfortunately today, the Radar had brought him out to the middle of the Namekian ocean.
The location wasn't ideal, not only would it consist of diving and swimming but the area which it could be was vast and large. It could take hours for Arctic to clear the area. Not only that, but the depths alone would provide little to no light, making it very difficult for one to see. Though without thinking about it any further, Arctic would've gotten himself deep in the water to begin his search. With a Ki orb in his right hand to provide him with a little bit of light, Arctic hit the bottom of the ocean and began thoroughly investigating the area. He was looking for any signs that somebody may have been down here, that they may have hidden it even further than expected, he had also simply been looking for the shape of the ball as it was reasonable to believe that somebody just tossed it out here knowing that most wouldn't be equipped to find it at such a spot.
Fortunately, Arctic wasn't like most. He was equipped to handle the depths of space on his own. He knew that he could handle the base of the ocean floor. Though this might've been time consuming, he wasn't going to leave until he had the Dragon Ball within his hands. He had been very close now to achieving the next step of his goal and attaining a massive amount of power, and the more he searched the closer he was. He had been completely fueled by all his selfish and dark desires. There wasn't anything that was going to stop him, not the Namekian's, not their little hiding spots, nothing.
This was his destiny, he was right there and reaching for it. Just a few more weeks, just a little more effort and everything would be his. Nobody would stop him and everything that stood in his way would feel his wrath. Hell, even the Planet Namek itself might find itself being destroyed for being a pain in his ass. Though it was a thought that crossed his mind, he wasn't quite sure if he was committed to that yet. The Namekian's did prove to be a valuable resource for the Planet Frost. Arctic had kept moving around the ocean depths, his eyes remaining sharp and trying to pinpoint any signs of the Dragon Ball. Though it was a very harsh struggle, he had been moving in a way that had reduced the chances of overlooking anything. Arctic had been very precise and thorough, trying to make this as quick as possible.
Although it wasn't going quick, Arctic had remained calm and patient. He needed this Dragon Ball. He felt as if he was reaching the end of his Namek adventures. He knew he wanted to put it all to bed, he wanted to remain focused and get off this Planet being successful. There had only been a handful more Dragon Balls to collect and while he continued to search, so did his soldiers. With all of the resources combined, it wouldn't be long before all the seven had been gathered and the wish was made.
While he continued to swim around, he say a little glimmer of a reflection off in the distance. Now he didn't quite know what it was but it was surely worth a quick investigation. Swimming over to it, the light from his hand reflected brighter and brighter off whatever it was. At this point he couldn't help but get his hopes up, it was a large orb. Whether it be a large pearl, or something else entirely was still unknown but it looked like it could be a Dragon Ball. Swimming closer, Arctic would soon get his answer. He was nearly within reach of it, his vision showing him exactly what it was now. Whether or not he was going to be happy, depended on exactly what he seeing. Whether it be a Dragon Ball or not, wasn't quite up to him.
