With the kingdom of Frost being completely removed from the surface of Planet Frost, the people's view on their current leadership had begun to shift. This wasn't something that was frequent or ordinary and an attack on Frost to this scale was something that wasn't expected and simply couldn't be predicted. If anything, the people would've suspected the Saiyan race to make an attack on their great planet but that wasn't the case at all. In this case, it was a complete stranger to them with unknown reasoning. Nobody really knew what their motives were on the attack, nor the purpose of it. They had appeared to come to the Planet for a little bit of mindless destruction only to vanish into thin air. People had been trying to seek out the one who launched the attack but nobody could locate her, it was truly a mystery as to why she did what she did and what her purpose was.
Though regardless of the attacker's reasoning, it had left the planet in a very different state than it was previously. The people were starting to be cautious for this was really the first time in recent history that such an event had taken place and people weren't sure how to take this. It was the first time that the people got to see that their planet wasn't the safest and it was also at risk just like the rest of the Planets out in the universe. Their planet was vulnerable, just like the rest of them and it could face a grave threat at any point in time. It was a very scary thought, one that had previously never crossed the minds of most but now, it was a very real issue. One that would have a very vast effect on mindsets on the planet and even affect the way the planet was operated and run.
This attack didn't just affect the lowest level on this planet, it ranged from the civilians to the soldiers and up to the politicians. This was something that had managed to shake the planet to its very core and it was an issue that was going to need to be resolved. The planet would need some kind of security, something to make it seem like something could be done against such a powerful opponent. They would need to find a way to prevent such a thing from ever happening again.
The fear across the planet was real and almost everybody was now concerned for their very own well being. The soldiers on the planet knew that even as an entire army, they wouldn't be able to defend the planet against such a powerful foe. Though multiple questions about the situation had remained, nobody had known where this attack came from or why they would come to Frost just to do some mindless destruction. Whatever the case was, the less the people knew in this case the more that they were afraid. It was completely reasonable for everybody to be afraid and people often feared the unknown much more than what they were aware of. Nobody knew when or if this individual would strike again but they were aware that nothing on the planet currently could stand up to it and defend them. Their planet was vulnerable for the first time in years and nobody knew how to feel about it or how to fix it. It was something that would need to be rectified.
Of course, Aisu himself hadn't made any public speeches about it or addressed the situation directly. He was hiding away from it all, staying out of the spotlight. As leader of the Planet Trade Organization, he was being held responsible for failing to defend the planet. Plenty of eyes had been on him as they awaited a grand speech from him along with propositions and promises on how he was going to protect everybody and prevent this type of attack from ever happening again, though the truth was he was just as clueless as the rest of them. He didn't have the power to stop such a threat, nor could all the money in the world hire a loyal enough soldier to put Frost first above their own lives. He had run out of options and hiding was simply the best one for him to use. Of course, that would only be until something substantial had come up and he was provided with the opportunity to change the outcome.
Though he was going to need something big if he was going to turn this entire thing around, it wasn't just the planet that was at stake anymore but his entire political career was going down the drain. The people had lost their faith in him and were looking for a potential replacement, one that would have the ability to protect them and keep their word, for Aisu just wasn't capable of doing that anymore. The fact that he was hiding and failed to address the public had also left a very sour taste in the mouths of many, their leader was afraid with no idea of how to fix this problem. Hell, the leader didn't even discuss the loss of life or how they'd recover from that. Aisu simply looked upon what would benefit him the most and stayed in the shadows. He had the wealth and the soldiers and it seemed to many that he was simply looking out for his own life. If he failed the planet, he still had hopes of saving himself and that was most likely what he was trying to do here. Though it was yet to be seen, time would tell what his true intentions were. Though the people couldn't help but hope that he'd expose himself soon and truly indicate where his loyalties were and what he truly cared about. It was very little to ask as a resident of planet frost and a member of the Planet Trade, but they wanted some kind of answer or guidance from their leadership.
While some leaders had been targeted for their failures and their lack of leadership in the face of a great tragedy, it had left a very vast window of opportunity for others. The lack of effect or Aisu's part had begun to run down his reputation and really show the rest of the planet that he wasn't a capable leader, he wasn't able to defend them nor was he able to even begin to resolve the situation after the Kingdom was destroyed. Their great leader simply focused on himself and nothing more, he was all about self-preservation and it truly showed. Though, unlike Arctic, he didn't play this right. He made it very obvious and the fact that he wasn't even putting on a cover on how to repair themselves brought a lot to light.
With the doubts about their leadership being at an all-time high and Aisu being in the spotlight for being a failing leader in the face of hardship, the general population was open to having another leader and was very receptive to other political parties appearing out of the blue. While Aisu hid from this horrible attack on Planet Frost, Arctic was manipulating the situation and used it for his own gain. Only days after the city was officially gone, Arctic had managed to start up a new political party to oppose the Planet Trade Organization party directly. Though plenty of their goals were similar, Arctic was making a very different case on how to handle this situation, he was present and putting himself on display through speeches and comforting words to all those whom were concerned. Though his own priorities were self benefit, he was working the public over and truly gaining their trust and comfort as he promised that he would try to do something about this.
Instead of hiding away, he was proposing things to the public, ideas on what to construct and how to rebuild the kingdom and restore the planet to it's former glory, how to properly send off all those lives that had been lost in that one instance of an attack. He was showing a strength and concern for all members living on the planet while Aisu had failed. Arctic was truly managing to gain public favor through his actions and he was finding that a very many people were rallying behind his new organization. They believed it was him who could turn the fate of the planet around and make the planet great again.
Arctic wasn't only promising methods and ways to rebuild what was already lost, he was openly talking about expanding further into the universe and rebuilding their military forces to withstand such attacks so that no opposition could ever go against them. He was playing the public like a fiddle and feeding them everything that they wanted to hear in order to gain more popularity. The people were starting to help him, those with talents would seek him out and request work, his own army had been growing substantially since the attack on their planet, Arctic had continued to gain plenty from all of this, while Aisu had continued to lose it all. The Changeling knew that with public favor, he would have no issues gathering even more support. He also wouldn't have an issue with forcefully overthrowing the Planet Trade Organization and their political figures by force if the people supported it. The attack had given him a very bright window of opportunity and he wasn't going to let this slip by, he was going to play his hand and let the planet fall right into it. If the people needed somebody to put their faith into, he would play that role right until he got where he needed to be.
Of course, the people didn't know that Arctic wasn't much better than Aisu, but they did know Arctic was close with Aisu in the past and even once upon a time one of his closest allies. Arctic would often give Aisu advice and guidance on how to handle situations and because of that, he had become a trusted public figure throughout the planet. People had also known he was rather useless and rumors of his public murders had spread across the planet as well, but that seemed to amount to nothing given the great stakes of current events. They needed that, and everything that Arctic was preaching was exactly what most wanted to hear. He was going to bring great wealth back to this planet, fund the military further, and develop more advanced technologies to help the soldiers and the general public out with their day-to-day life. He was going to conquer more worlds and bring in many more resources, new branches of technology, he was going to fund the planet further and build it up to an even higher degree. It was something the general public could cheer for, something that could actually bring their minds to ease in the face of this catastrophe. He was the answer that they needed and his new Galactic Order was the best party available to them to ease their minds.
Even throughout the last few days, Arctic had a massive following of new people behind him. Only a few days before the attack when he was operating his faction much more secretively, he had only a mere couple hundred people supporting him. These had mostly been soldiers, common fighters trying to secure their spot in his new empire and get paid when the transition happened. Now? Now Arctic was being supported by the fighters, the soldiers, the political parties, members deep within the government, the civilian population and so much more. His faction was growing to the point that from a political standpoint, it was on par with the Planet Trade. He was now their ultimate rival and he was slowly making his way to overthrowing them completely and becoming the one ruler of planet frost.
Though this political campaign and conquest would require so much more than just lies to the public. It was going to need power and strength. Even if he had full support of the planet, Aisu wasn't going to give up his position of power so easily and Arctic knew that he was going to need to remove him by force and throw the former PTO into the past and erase it from the minds of his new followers. Arctic was going to need to train and prepare relentlessly in order to accomplish what he needed to do. Aisu wasn't a frequent fighter, but he was very powerful in his own right. After all, somebody needed a great amount of power to retain such a powerful role in the faction for this great length of time and by the time that Arctic was ready to strike and remove the head off the snake, he was confident that his political agenda would have turned most of Aisu's supporters away in his direction and that he'd only need to deal with Aisu. Everybody else would fall into place under the new leadership that the planet was about to face.
To get to that point, Arctic was going to need to train religiously in order to make this happen quickly. He had pushed his time frame forward by weeks for one simple reason. If he were to wait as long as he initially planned too, he would essentially be showing all those new supporters that he wasn't a man of action and instead one of all words. He needed to make swift action to show the general public that he would follow through with everything he said and keep them as his supporters. What he didn't want to do was stay idle until his new followers began to doubt him and shift their opinion once more.
Though the general public wasn't that important in the grand scheme of his plan, they were essential to the future of it. He needed them to maintain it and extend his reach to all the corners of the universe. Each member that could fight had value, all the researchers and developers had value, just not at this time. When his own rule would come about, they'd be the ones pushing his faction into the future and providing himself and his soldiers with the best of the best. He needed to deliver to them now so when it was their turn, they wouldn't fail him but before all of that could be done, Arctic was going to need to become much more powerful. He was going to be needed to remove the head off the snake and kill Aisu once and for all. He was going to erase the Planet Trade Organization in it's entirety and push it into memory while his own Order would rise to fame and become the beacon of Planet Frost. Arctic was going to push the planet in the right direction, no matter what.

Although Arctic needed a vast amount of power and it would take just a little bit of time he had just the plan to ensure that all of his training sessions would give him the absolute biggest benefit possible. With Daru's ship usable to him and a gravity machine, he would spend all his time there training. It was the most obvious spot, with a combination of his own genetic abilities and the technology that both himself and Daru had been purchasing and putting into the ship, it was one of the most advanced training rooms on the planet to really increase ones power. Currently, the gravity room on Daru's ship was upgraded with a gravitron 3.0 and Arctic's very own personal training dummy. It was all top of the line tech that would provide Arctic with a very fitting place to train and get much stronger.
He very very grateful for Daru allowing him to use this, but she knew she'd be rewarded for all her efforts towards him and the faction. She was truly the only person that Arctic felt like he could trust and she had proven herself to be reliable more times than he could actually count. She was a fitting second in command to the new Galactic Order of Frost and she would be rewarded with her very own planet when they began the expansion throughout the stars. He didn't know which planet it would be, but she absolutely deserved to be the queen of her very own location and control her own subjects just as Arctic did. Of course, she would still have to fall under the Order of the new Galactic order but she would at least have the freedom to run her planet and minions as she pleased with little to no interference from Arctic himself.
Though before he could start rewarding people with their very own planets and locations, he needed to put in the work to make sure that he could conquer them. He needed to get his power to a point where he didn't need to rely on his other forms, he wanted to be able to crush his opponents while in his very basic and small first form. The form he had developed simply to hide his power from the rest of the universe. If he could kill most in this form, he could hide his true power from the rest of the universe until it mattered. Surprising his opponents with what he truly could do, sounded like quite a way for somebody to die. Thinking they'd have the upper hand and being able to defeat him, only to be faced with what he was truly capable of. This was something that was ideal but Arctic was a very far distance away from being able to pull that off. Currently, he doubted the fact that he could face one of the Super Saiyans in his True form and survive. He had plenty of work to do, and he couldn't slow himself down.
He needed to train at this constantly and keep the pressure up, he needed to be in the gravity machine daily while training new techniques to give him the best chances possible. It wasn't just power that he was going to require in order to defeat powerful enemies, he needed a vast variety of techniques to give him the best possible outcome. He needed techniques in order to counter what was coming at him, he couldn't just rely on his own physical strength and natural abilities to defend himself, he needed to develop techniques to get him out of every single situation he could find himself in. He knew that his opponents would have a range of techniques that he wouldn't even be able to comprehend, ones that he hadn't seen before. Capable of things he wouldn't even be able to dream of and he'd need to be prepared to counter them on the spot with little to no time to think about it. He needed to hone himself into the perfect conqueror, one that couldn't be stopped by simple means.
He had to work his brain just as much as his muscles, developing new techniques wasn't always the easiest thing to do. Especially while you were trying to counter something that you haven't faced yet. He had to base his technique ideas on what-ifs, or things he had experienced in the past and try to amplify them to a reality. It wasn't something that was going to be easy, but it was something that was absolutely necessary if he had planned of surviving long enough to rule over the entire universe. Claiming Frost was one thing, while taking Namek was another but the entire universe was something beyond both of those. The fighters he'd face, the fights he knew he'd be getting himself into? Those were going to be hardships, difficult battles that he'd have to find ways to survive. He wasn't going to rely on numbers either, while having soldiers was a benefit, he couldn't count on them to save him if he got pinched, they were far too weak and as far as Daru went, well Daru had her own life and wouldn't be able to be at his side at all points in time. While he would prefer it, even to provide him with a two on one opportunity, it wasn't something that would be promised to him.
He needed to prepare himself to make sure he was ready for anything, he would need to stand tall and face any opponent alone and that's what he needed to be ready for. His survival was in his very own hands and he wasn't going to screw that up by slacking off or being lazy. He was determined to become the strongest figure on Frost to start with, he was damn well prepared to develop some of the most devastating techniques the universe had ever seen, and he'd make sure that his survival was certain no matter what the opposition was. Even if the attack of Frost would come back, he would insure that his power stretched so far beyond their own that they wouldn't even have a chance to erase another city from the Planet. Arctic was more than mentally motivated, he was dedicated to this, this was his entire goal, his future and everything he dreamed about, it was all on the line and only he could secure it through his own actions.
To make sure he was going to be at the level required to vanquish all of his enemies, Arctic was going to be using all of the new technology that both him and Daru had been invested in. Currently, he was in Daru's ship in the gravity chamber. He had activated the gravity to ninety-nine times regular gravity and had found himself in his first form while wearing his super heavy weighted training gear. He had all the essentials to ensure that his training would be the most beneficial. He wasn't here to waste any of his time, his time was far too valuable now. His time was more valuable now more than ever, before he really started to begin his plans and he was simply just working for others instead of his own goals, his time didn't have that much value. At that time, he was putting all his time and effort into accomplishing goals for other people and that simply wasn't something he wanted to do. It didn't matter if their goals had been completed or not but when it came to his own, failure simply wasn't an option. He needed to accomplish his own goals, he needed to see it all through. He couldn't allow himself to simply be a dreamer, he needed to bring all his plans into reality and prove to himself that he could truly be the ruler that the universe required.
Under the weight of the ninety-nine times gravity, Arctic had truly felt himself being pulled down towards the floor. It was more intense than he initially thought it was going to be put he was managing to hold himself up against the weight. Though every muscle in his body had felt like it was already aching and he could feel the sweat slowly being released from his pours, he wasn't going to give into the weight. He couldn't. The Changeling warrior had a very specific goal and mind and nothing was going to get in the way of it, especially not artificial gravity. It was a test to his character to not give into it, but his superiority complex wasn't going to allow him to fail under the weight. He believed he was far too superior to allow himself to be permanently strained by such a thing. It wasn't an opponent he was facing, nor was it a live being. It was simply technology that was testing him and he would pass this test no matter what.
Arctic would take some time to allow himself to get used to it. He kept himself moving around the room with a set of shadowboxing and flips to get comfortable, though it wouldn't take long for him to activate the training dummy and get that involved too. He wanted to make the most of his training here and he knew that the dummy wouldn't be practical before long. His power had been growing at such a rapid rate that the dummy that once provided him with a challenge was now falling behind fast. Though it still had it's purpose, it was outgrowing its uses quickly.
Once the training dummy had been activated, the all out spar between it and Arctic had begun. The only reason the dummy was even useful here was the simply fact that Arctic's weights had managed to hold back his power level by quite a bit and reduce the amount of speed and strength he could throw into his moves. The two of them would blast around the room at a rapid pace, exchanging punches and kicks as both of them had allowed moves to slip through and for them to both receive hits. Though just because Arctic wasn't capable of using his full power due to the Super Heavy Weights, his durability was still in tact and every single hit that the dummy had landed couldn't even be felt. It was a spar that provided Arctic with a refresher of the basics and how to properly exchange blows but under the extreme weight of both his weights and the gravity, Arctic was finding this to be quite the challenge on his muscles and his very own mindset.
Arctic was giving this his all, he wasn't holding back even for a second. His combinations of blows were deadly as he started to implement his very own tail into his strikes. The dummy had been managing to hold up just fine, but it was obvious that it was starting to get damaged throughout the spar and its computer wasn't capable of responding appropriately anymore.
The dummy was in need of a dire upgrade, but that wasn't something that was going to concern Arctic for long. If he could use this thing to it's fullest, he'd let it idle here for Daru's use or the use of some of the other soldiers within the faction as it started to grow bigger. He was going to need top tier warriors and to get that, he'd need to provide his soldiers with the best training facilities the planet had to offer in order to get them to the level he required them at. Though this wasn't a priority, it was something to think about in the back of his head. He was the priority for the time being, his own strength and almost nothing else, the only exception to this rule was going to be Daru. She needed to be just as strong if it were possible, she was going to have her own planet to run and her own minions to control and that alone was going to come with it's own set of challenges and enemies and she was going to need to be capable of fighting off strong warriors on her own and this dummy would provide her with the opportunity to do such a thing, for her to get that strong and fight them off in case Arctic couldn't be there.
The spar had continued for quite some time, this was essentially just Arctic having a little warm up session for what was to come. Today was mostly going to be about perfecting techniques and learning how to remove heads from shoulders in a single swipe. Arctic wanted techniques that could display his brutality in order to truly put fear in the hearts of spectators. He needed to rule the universe with an iron grip and to do that, fear was going to need to play a big part in it. While he wanted his allies and his faction to respect him, he wanted his enemies to fear him. He wanted everybody in the universe to fear his name and dread the moment when he had finally arrived on their planet to conquer it. Fear was a very useful tool, one that could end a fight before it even started. If one had been to afraid to fight at full capacity, they were at a strategic disadvantage that Arctic was more than happy to exploit for his own gain. It was all about winning, conquering and maintaining control of everything that Arctic claimed and he'd use every single tool available to him in order to keep it happening.
As the training dummy and Arctic kept moving around the room, the fight seem to get a little bit more intense as Arctic was adapting to the weight of the gravity a little bit faster than expected. He was hitting more attacks and dodging more frequently. He was overwhelming the training dummy to the point that it was quite possible that he was going to break it today, but given that this was just a warm up he found it best to prevent the dummy from meeting it's end. He could still use it for some technique training and that's what he was going to do next. His body was warmed up and his mind was sharper than ever now from using this dummy and he was ready to take on the techniques that he had in mind, and the first of them was one he had been planning on for quite a bit of time now. "Turn the dummy into defensive mode, Prioritize KI defenses." Arctic gave the word and the training dummy would immediately stop it's offensive rush and focus on defending itself against incoming ki attacks, though there was only going to be few. Arctic knew what he was doing when it came to his techniques and he knew he wasn't going to need to stay here very long.

The technique that Arctic had in mind was rather quite simple and it implemented his Death Beam technique, or at least a similarity to how it's operated. The technique that Arctic had in mind was using a Death Beam style technique but turning it into a blade to cut the heads clean off his opponents, it sounded very simple to Arctic because the fact of the matter was that it was. There was nothing difficult about this technique but he wanted it to provide himself with more options on the battlefield. He wanted to be able to puncture and cut his opponents open with easy and he wanted to hurt them as much as he could. Plus, he also needed techniques to show off his brutality. He was quite literally planning on using these techniques to torture his opponents during their fights and he was planning on removing heads and adding them to a collection. It's just who he was, he was becoming a conqueror and an Emperor. This was just a taste of what he was capable of.
Anybody who would dare to challenge him or try to free planets that Arctic had earned, would be at risk of facing such a technique and if Arctic were lucky enough to have his reputation quickly spread throughout the stars his opponents would know what type of brutality and techniques were in store for them. This wasn't just about being effective, this was about setting a standard on how Arctic would rule his universe, how he would punish those who didn't listen or tried to fight against the inevitable. Surely, the risk of having your own head cut off by your opponent would be more than enough to get some individuals to simple back down from their fight. Self preservation was a very strong thing and there would be lots of those who would call themselves heroes that might take an interest in living to fight another day instead of simply losing their heads.
Though getting to the main concept of the technique, Arctic only had a little work to do. He had been thinking about this for a few weeks now and it was rather simple. He prepared his Death Beam technique by forming a little ball or Ki at the tip of his finger and launching it into a beam towards his enemy, though this new technique was going to be different, it was going to be prepared the same way. His concept would be instead of launching a beam from that orb to puncture his opponent, he would swing his hand and launch a beam style wave that would be capable of cutting.
The technique wasn't difficult and it lacked any type of advanced Ki manipulation tactics, but it was more than enough to get the job done and do some damage. If somebody were to get crossed by this technique and they weren't prepared for it, it would be very easy for them to lose a limb or their head. If this technique were to land on an opponent, it would give Arctic every single advantage in a fight that he'd need in order to win and it would most likely even allow him to taunt and torment his opponent further until they were to bleed out. He liked the concept of this, it was brutal, and practical and had countless uses to him and he knew that it would serve him very well, not only on the battlefield but for very public executions as well and Arctic wasn't going to complain with such a functional technique.
All he had to do now was perform it against the training dummy. Though he couldn't help but hope that it would actually manage to absorb his energy through it's Ki absorbing modules in it's palm. He wouldn't want to write the training dummy off this quickly. Though it was close to serving it's purpose with him, it was still a valuable training tool for Daru and Arctic wanted her to be very close to his own level. He needed her just as strong as he was or at least close to it. He needed trustworthy enforcers throughout the universe that could keep his rule and order in check, and she was one of the few who would be lucky enough to lead and have their own planet, soldiers and order. She would just have to make sure she got to a point where she could keep her power when it was given to her, in terms of political rule over a planet.
Though now that Arctic had thought about how he was going to do this technique he would prepare to use it. He lifted his right hand and extended his pointer finger. He would than manipulate his energy to form a small little Ki orb at the very end of his finger tip and when he was ready he would go to launch it. He would fire the energy in a beam style and slash his hand across the air diagonally towards to training dummy as the Death Wave technique slashed at it from a distance. The training dummy would immediately respond by raising it's Ki absorbing nodes and placing them both at the location that the Slash was going to collide with and within a few seconds and a bright flash of light, the training dummy would absorb the energy from the technique and recharge it's batteries. It needed to do this, the immense training session had left it's batteries quite low and for the most part incapable of defending itself further. Though now that it had energy, it would be able to defend itself against this technique better than previously. It could now fire up a shield to stop the incoming attack and it needed too, otherwise there was a risk of it being destroyed and the ship being damaged by it's failure. There was a lot riding on this dummy, it couldn't fail it's programming.

With the initial technique being an immediate success, Arctic had known that he wanted to improve upon it further. It wasn't enough to just do the technique at that basic level. He wanted it to be much more powerful and much more capable of cutting through a powerful opponent's flesh. He was even thinking that this technique was going to be the one to separate the Queen of the Saiyan's head from her body, and in order to do that he was going to need to amplify the power. The rumors of her strength hadn't been confirmed by his own sources yet but from what he heard of the events on Earth with her little scuffle with the USD and Earth Forces, she wasn't a push over. She too was capable of a form that was powerful and fierce and it would take much more than the current state of this technique to remove her head from her body if she had still been breathing and that's when he wanted to do it. He wanted his foot pressing down against her chest as she was too weak to fight back, her eyes glaring up into his as he made the swift movement of his hand and separated her head from her shoulders.
It would be a dream come true to bring the ruler of the saiyan race down in such a manner, to execute her publicly for all those surrounding to witness the glorious horrors that Arctic would lay upon her. She was going to be punished for everything that she stood for, for her weakness to stand down from the USD, from her pathetic efforts to set the saiyan race in the right direction. She was going to pay, merely for being a pathetic monkey. It didn't matter how strong the Queen of the saiyan race was, she was going to fall to Arctics might one way or another. Arctic was going to keep preparing and training until it was a promised situation. He wasn't going to gamble on a fair fight, nor was he going to fight her on her own terms. This was going to be his thing, his destiny to be controlled and she'd have to walk right into the battle he set up for them.
He had an idea of how he was going to draw her out and get her to fight, he knew that his plan wouldn't allow for her to stay away if he had actually managed to pull it off. She'd be forced to fight and defend her own planet if she was on it. Otherwise, she'd die one way or another. She was going to meet her end to him no matter what, but he would much rather it be much more close and personal. After all, all this hard work had to pay off somehow and if he could remove her head, he'd take that as the ultimate trophy of success. To remove her head, he did require more power and maybe a faster preparation time. These were two things that he really didn't think he'd struggle with much. After all, he had already taken the time to practice with his Emperors death beam and he perfected that in every way. The damage output was incredible and the time to use it was very short, he could even rapid fire it if he needed too to take out multiple targets. Now he just needed to make this new technique as quick and powerful as the old one.
Knowing what he wanted to do and having experienced upgrading a technique like this before, Arctic knew that this wouldn't take long at all. The trick was all within the Ki manipulation and how much energy he could condense into his fingertip. Of course another part of that was simply making sure he could do it fast. The faster he could do it, the faster he could unleash the more powerful version of this technique. It really wasn't a complex thing at all and he figured it would only take him but a few tries, if not just one single attempt. With this though in his mind and the outcome very clear in his head, it was time to get to it and do this technique right. This technique needed to be perfect, for the Queen's head was the target.
Arctic would once again lift his right hand and extend his pointer finger. His left hand had fallen to a place to relax comfortably behind Arctic's back. He glared at the training dummy with his Red, beady eyes as he began to manipulate his energy. He quickly formed the Orb of energy at the tip of his pointer finger and pumped more energy into it than he did before, though he kept the orb very condensed and small in order to keep the shape of the technique. He didn't want to sacrifice appearances or visuals either, he wanted this technique to be the same as previously but just with an added power bonus.
With the technique prepared Arctic would swing his arm and his finger from right to left and unleash the massive slashing wave once more towards the training dummy and instead of using it's energy absorption nodes, this time the training dummy would form a large Ki barrier. The Ki barrier was simply because it was full of energy now, it was capable of defending itself against Ki attacks to a much larger capacity now that it's battery wasn't drained and the shield had been more than enough to put a stop to Arctic's technique. Not only did the barrier spare the training dummy from being cut into two pieces, but it had also managed to save the ship from being badly damaged. Though the training dummy had nearly served it's purpose, it was doing quite well for Arctic this time around. Though he couldn't help but wonder if the training dummy could hold up to one more powerful attack.

With another successful improvement to his newly learned technique, Arctic wanted to amplify this one more time. The power that was displayed by the individual who attacked Frost was on a completely other level than what the saiyan Queen had displayed on Earth. At least, according to the rumors that he had heard from the battle of Earth. The one who attacked Frost had put a new height of power on display for everybody to witness and Arctic knew his techniques needed to be capable of fighting off an opponent of that level too. Though he knew nothing about that individual, he knew he was going to need heavily amplified power in order to cause any real damage. It was a fact that no matter how strong his techniques were, he wasn't going to be able to do damage to that person now. He was going to need to strengthen himself to an incredible extent first.
It was almost a scary thought, that somebody of that caliber had come out of nowhere and managed to hit the planet with such a devastating blow. There wasn't really anybody on the planet capable of fighting them one on one and even if the entire army of the Planet Trade went after them, they would've failed to defeat her. Arctic might've been playing this politically to his own advantage but the simple fact was, he was powerless to stop a threat like that. Currently, he'd die if he tried but the public didn't need to know how hopeless it was. For now, all they needed to know was that Arctic was working on getting answers and solutions to their problems. Even if he was lying and claiming he could do things that weren't true, at least the public had something to believe in.
Arctic knew that it was going to take plenty of time to fight off an attacker like that, he was going to need months to prepare for it but if he was able to get that strong by time somebody like that had attacked again, he could display to the public that he was capable of defending the planet and capable of being their ruler. He had also known that if he did manage to get strong enough, he was going to go hunt them down eventually and bring news of this to his planet. Along with being the ruler of the Planet and the iron fist throughout the universe, he could also be a hero of Frost in his own twisted way. He was going to be brutal and rule in a very punishing manner but if he were to bring the attacker to justice, there would be those who respected and followed him to the end. They'd build statues of him not because he demanded it, but on their own accord because he earned it. It was something he wanted, but didn't quite need. He knew that once he became their ruler and showed his true colors, there would be plenty of people who wouldn't respect him but that didn't much matter. Those who respected him would simply respect him and those who would fear him would still obey him. There wasn't anyway he could go wrong with that.
Though, he knew he needed to improve his technique one more time and he wasn't going to waste any more of his own. He was going to work and get this done so he could move onto something else. There was still countless of hours of training left before he actually got to a level of power that was sufficient enough for him to complete his goals, and every moment he spent standing around was a moment that was added onto the clock. He needed to get this done, fast. He needed to brace for his enemies, as quickly as he could. The Queen, the attacker of Frost, all of them would need to fall before his feet. He only lacked the power, and every moment that went by in the training room was a moment closer to defeating them.
Being time to get back to it, Arctic raised his right hand up once more and extended his pointer finger. He was going to do the same thing he did last time but instead condense even more energy into the small orb of energy he forms at his finger. The more energy that he condensed into it, the more powerful it would be upon release of the technique. With his finger extended, Arctic began to do just that. He formed a small orb of his Ki once more at his fingertip and began to manipulate plenty of energy into that one point. He condensed it tightly, making sure not to ruin the size of the orb as he did. He needed it to stay a consistent size while he prepared this technique. He knew that if he couldn't maintain the size and shape of the technique and control the energy, it would ruin it completely and remove the edge that he needed to cut it but, he had no issues holding the technique the way he needed too.
Now that he was ready, Arctic would swipe his hand one final time and unleash this new technique again at full power. It blasted towards the training dummy as it once again brought up a Ki barrier in order to protect itself and everything around it. Arctic's attack collided with the Barrier and shattered through it and the training dummy ended up taking a small portion of the hit. The dummy flew back into the wall but it was in fine shape.
Though Arctic was happy with the results of his technique and he knew there wasn't much else he could do with it to improve it. It was at a stage that it was usable against strong opponents and it could even serve it's purpose of removing their heads. Now, it was time to get back to the training again.

Now that Arctic had his newest technique completed and mastered to it's most devastating form, it was time to get back to the simple training session he was doing before. There was still plenty of time left in the day and Arctic was going to make use of it, if he was fully intending on conquering the universe and ruling it with a punishing iron fist, he would need to put more time into training. He was well aware that his power was currently lacking in comparison to the other beings in the universe and knew he needed to solve this issue but it was deemed tough, simply because he had to divert his time into building up his own faction. It wasn't easy organizing a faction and using it as a political party to sway himself into public favor, that had taken up more time than he had initially hoped for but he didn't have much of a choice. If he was going to claim Frost without doing much damage to it, he needed the people behind him, he needed them to support him and give him little resistance. He didn't wish to have a slaughter of the people of Frost, he'd kill who was necessary but he would much rather preserve the lives of all of those who lived there.
The people had simply been a resource, and he would need them sooner or later. Whether it be to conquer or build for him, their intelligence and numbers were a key component to how the current organization ran and if he were to replace the Planet Trade Organization with his Galactic Order, he would need to keep them alive. Now that he had the time though and the focus after his techniques had been improved upon and upgraded, he was going to get right back to work and begin to spar with the training dummy again. It might've taken some damage but it was still capable of putting up enough of a fight to keep Arctic going. Even if the robot was no longer challenging for him, the workout combined with his weights and gravity gave him all the struggle he needed in order to get stronger.
He was just about to get started and tell the training dummy to get back into offensive mode but it was at that point that an unknown soldier had burst into the room. He was eager, rushed and immediately fell down to all fours as the extreme gravity forced him into that position. He wasn't strong enough to withstand it but he was strong enough to make it a few steps before the weight forced him down like that. "UMPH!"
Arctic couldn't help but glance over and laugh. "HA, Ha, ha." Arctic would casually walk over to this unknown soldier as his red eyes gazed coldly down towards him. This better have been important. For one, Arctic didn't recognize this individual and for two, he was interrupting Arctic's training. That was just something that you didn't do. This was something that very well may have been a death penalty, but given the circumstances and this soldiers haste. Arctic was going to give him a chance to speak his mind. It wasn't like he could go anywhere and it was mildly amusing watching him suffer against the weight. "You've got one chance to explain yourself as to why you're interrupting me, and speak quickly." Arctic didn't quite have a lot of patience, but maybe this was worth it.
The soldier couldn't help but continue to struggle on the ground. He tried his hardest to at least force himself to his knees and off his hands but he just couldn't do it. The weight of the gravity was just far too much for him. "..S..Sir.. Please, I wouldn't ha..ve done this unless it was urgent.." He paused for a moment as he struggled to even speak. It felt like his body was being crushed underneath all this gravity and he wasn't much more than a mere grunt. His power level was roughly 20,000 and that was simply because he was exposed to lots of fighting and he had spend lots of time conquering other planets. "M-my name is Ragna.. I.. i w-was one of the s-soldiers posted on Namek.."
Arctic couldn't help but become more curious now. What could this soldier possibly have to tell him from Namek? Namek wasn't apart of Arctic's plan yet. Arctic wanted to claim it officially for the Galactic Order of Frost but that wasn't a priority at all. He couldn't help but think that this was a new follower who bought into Arctics political agenda and maybe he actually had something of value. "Go on." It was at this point that Arctic crossed his arms, though his right fingers would tap against his left arm as he awaited what this grunt had to say.
The soldier continued to try and fight against the gravity, though it wasn't going anywhere at all. He was helpless to the force of it. "I was approached by one of your men.. he was asking about the Tree of might.. Though I have no information about that I do have something worth much more than that.." Though he was still struggling, he had finally surrendered to the gravity and put his effort to speak clearly without strain. "While I was on Namek, Sir.. I overheard some Namekians talking about something they've got.. They're called Dragon Balls.. If you gather all seven of them, they can grant you multiple wishes.." He paused for a moment before continuing. "I thought this could prove very beneficial to you.. sir, more so than the Tree of Might.."
It was at this point that Arctic was truly invested in this mans words. He couldn't help but cut him a little break. "Deactivate the Gravity amplifier." Arctic stated for the gravity to turn off. "Tell me Ranga, have you seen these Dragon balls? Can you confirm that they're anything other than legend?" Arctic asked this very curiously, if he was going to chase something like this he was going to want some kind of visual confirmation instead of just going off the mumblings of locals. Though, this was a lead and it was something that could help him. He had already thought of what he'd wish for. He'd wish for more power and maybe even the seed of the tree of might. It surely could save him a lot of effort in the long run. He didn't know where the seed was and currently, he was just evaluating his options on how to get much more power and how to get them.
Ragna couldn't help but give a quick little nod as he felt the weight turning off. His body had felt weak but he had managed to reposition himself so that he was on a single knee. Though he kept his head down and his eyes on the floor out of respect for Arctic. He had also done this simply because he wanted to live and he figured that might have increased his chances. With this information and the right actions, Ragna believed that he could get out of this room alive. Though hopefully, all of this would be more than enough for Arctic to spare him. " I caught a glance of what I believe to be one. The Namekian's protect them and take care of them, they've hidden them at various locations around Namek.. at least from what I hear. They're large, orange orbs. " He paused for a moment to explain the situation he was in a little more. "The one I saw, they were talking about relocating because our forces were heavily patrolling that area more. A small resistance had spawned from the village, which had brought me there."
It was at this point that Arctic nodded his head and brought his finger to tap his chin. "Hmmm." He didn't know if such a thing could exist but it was at least a very good concept to him. He knew that he wasn't just going to take this soldiers word for it but instead, he was going to do a little bit more digging before deciding whether or not this was something that had actually been worth chasing. If Arctic could gather all of them, he could become strong enough to rival the Queen and Frosts attacker almost overnight. While the risk of this simply being a legend was very real, the benefits of these Dragon Balls was far too good to be true. They were almost a shortcut to get Arctic to where he needed to be, while it also gave him the chance to get the Tree of Might Seed. He was really going to have to think this through before chasing it, but this was valuable information. "You're lucky I'm intrigued, Ragna."
"If this information turns out to be false, I shall find you and execute you myself but if this turns out to be true. There may be a reward for you within the Galactic Order of Frost." Arctic couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of himself truly ruling the universe. "I want you to find more information about these Dragon Balls for me, some concrete evidence. Something a little more.. reassuring than your word." Arctic paused once more. "You're free to leave with your life."
Ragna couldn't help but smile lightly knowing that he was getting to leave this room alive. That was something that he was gambling on but at the thought of rewards, he couldn't help but chase this. Ragna was also tempted to chase these Dragon Balls down himself and simply wish for his own things, but the truth was he didn't believe he had the strength to go up against those who would defend the magic orbs. For now though, he didn't need to worry about that. He had his own assignment. He was now fully working under Arctic to gather more intelligence on the matter, to get concrete proof about their existence. He wasn't here to waste any time and he knew that being on Arctic's side of this whole thing would be the most beneficial to him. Arctic had the smarts and the power to acquire them, he also had the mindset to get Frost back to where it had to be. "Of course Sir, I'll gather as much as I can and report back soon!" With that, Ragna would get to his feet and sprint out of the room. He wanted to keep himself alive and the faster he got out, the better.
This had been quite the development for Arctic. He couldn't have even dreamed of something such as Dragon Balls existed. If they really were true, he could see himself becoming the most powerful being in the universe in a matter of a few days. He didn't think that they'd take very long to find once he did get to Namek and he assumed making his wishes would be easy. Though Arctic had sent Ragna to do more research, Arctic was going to make the attempt to do his own. If he could find some proof in his own time, he wouldn't need Ragna. Plus, Arctic simply didn't trust Ragna. A soldier such as that bringing this kind of information in was rare and it was something that couldn't be trusted, unless of course Ragna brought in cold, hard proof.
Until then though, Arctic still had a few hours of training left in him and he was going to get back to it. Though now, his mind was full of new ideas surrounding his conquest and the stages behind it. If this was true, it would be to Conquer Namek and claim their Dragon Balls, Destroy Vegeta and come back to claim Frost a hero of the planet. He would be the true leader who wiped out their rivals and at that point, he'd be too strong to be defeated.
