Immediately after Arctic had managed to master his Emperors death beam technique, he had immediately gotten to work on a defensive technique. He was going to need to add quite a bit to his arsenal of techniques if he were going to be the universal conqeuror. He wanted every single planet under his control, aside from Planet Vegeta for that planet had a different destiny. Planet Vegeta was going to be destroyed with a single blast. Arctic had every intention of turning it into nothing more than a mere asteroid field. He wanted no life remaining on the planet, he wanted to bring the saiyan race to the brink of extinction. His goals and ideals were rather simple in concept but difficult in execution. His actions would bring out the best fighters on every planet he visited. He now knew that the Earth had powerful warriors defending it and the Queen of all saiyans was a talented individual as well. He needed to be ready for some tough won battles.
That had brought him to developing new techniques to aid him in his conquest. While his Death Beam had been improved to a very perfected point, he wanted more techniques to help him dodge attacks. His list was rather large at this point but he would slowly knock down the list one by one. His success depended on how well he prepared for what was to come.
Today's technique was simply rapid movement pushed to the limit. He wanted to move so fast that it would appeared that he simply used a teleport in order to get out of harms way. A simple technique yet it could leave his opponent wondering on where he went. It was a common one that Arctic had seen countless of times in the past but it was effective. In the room on Daru's ship, he had the gravity cranked up to fifty times gravity and he had found himself in his first form with his Super Heavy Weights on. He was ready to go, with nothing but his own words holding back his progress now.
All he had to do was start the training dummies attack protocols and he'd be well on the way to learning his new technique. "Activate the training dummy, offensive protocol. Keep it light." He said to start the training dummy. It didn't take long for the dummy to lift it's head and scan him as the threat, it immediately locked onto the target and rushed him with everything it had. With the weight of the gravity and his super heavy weights, Arctic knew that this was going to be one hell of a beneficial workout.
The training dummy would rush him like it did before, swinging a massive barrage of punches and kicks his way but Arctic had grown so much stronger now. Arctic was easily capable of weaving and dipping through all the robots attacks. He had found this to be very easy this time around and there had been no signs of the training dummy gaining any sort of ground against him. In exchange, Arctic decided to start hitting the dummy with his own flurry of punches and kicks. Unleashing a massive beating upon it as all his punches and kicks were hitting their mark. The robot would start defending itself automatically and this protocol was designed to actually have a fight.
Though the dummy couldn't keep up with Arctics power or pace, it would fall back around the room and keep losing ground as it kept going in circles. Arctic had every single advantage now and there wasn't anything that the dummy could do. It wasn't going to use Ki blasts either given it wasn't instructed too and it had scanned that the area was fragile and it could risk blowing out the hull of the ship. This would go on for quite some time before Arctic went into a back flip and landed firmly on the ground, he stood there waiting for the robot to come at him with another attack.
Just as expected the robot did exactly what it was supposed to do and rushed him with everything he had. It closed the gap rapidly, closing the distance in a near instant as it brought back it's fist for a massive punch. Though Arctic simply stood there, standing proud as the attack would move forward aimed towards his face. Arctic had felt as if this attack had been going in slow motion, he witnessed it as it slowly inches towards his face and just as it was about to make contact Arctic would use his new technique Sonic Warp to move himself out of the way and appear on the other side of the room.
The robot didn't quite understand what happened, it's eyes looked around as it scanned the area in front of it for Arctic but he didn't see him anywhere. It would then turn and lay eyes on Arctic on the other side of the room. If this thing could feel emotions, it surely would've been annoyed by this point. If Arctic were to say the robots biggest flaw, he would say that it didn't have any type of emotion for him to stroke his ego with, there was nothing it did that really gave him pure satisfaction of being better. After all, it was just a mere robot and he was expected to be exceptional in the face of an electronic device. Though regardless of that, it was built well and it did serve it's purpose and Arctic was more than happy to give it enough credit for that.
Arctic glared at the robot, waiting for it to make it's next move. He had known that other attack was about to come on the way but he was more than ready for it, there wasn't a single chance that this training dummy was going to hit him today, not anymore. Arctic had a beat down at the hands of this robot but a week ago and his powers had already multiplied to the point where he was superior. The robot had still been beneficial, but it was no longer something that could truly test Arctic's abilities as a warrior. This had been a nice thought, it simply showed that all of Arctic's work was simply paying off. If this had kept up, he'd be reaching his goals in no time. The absolute best part was, nobody truly knew the full extent of his power. He was merely in his base form at the moment and he still had a very wide range of transformations to go through in order to show his True power, but that was a thought for another day. For now, Arctic simply needed to focus.
