PL: 17,662 (Reduced to 4,415 due to weights) | Items: Super Weighted Clothing (+75% pl gain) | WC: 438 Moire had been pushing herself quite a bit recently, what with the added weights to her clothing, the constant firing of her magic in the wilds, and trying her best to push the physical limits of her body without having to rely so heavily on how malleable it is. The training for the past week or so has taken quite a bit out of the majin, and it was about time that she earned herself a brief respite before going back to her usual routine. She took it upon herself to go right on ahead and scour the nearby landscape for any sort of timber that could be used to make a fire as well as some leaves and sticks to act as fire starters. Sure she could just user her magic to conjure up the wood and sticks and such, but she wanted to keep pushing herself not to always rely on her magic, though it was of course a pain considering the mountainous region she's found herself in.
Soon she made her way over to an empty little lot surrounded by a grove, which made for the perfect little spot for Moire to stick around at, especially with one of the sides being blocked off by the side of a mountain. She places all of her timber and fire starting material down before pulling out a few loose stones she found as well, placing them all in a ring to prevent the spread of the fire. Now that she had everything assembled, it was time for Moire to get this fire going... And she would do that if she knew how to properly start one. Once more she didn't want to rely on just using her magic to zap the pile and make her own fire, but while she knew plenty about burnable material, what she lacked in was adequate knowledge in regards to making the actual fire.
The majin recalls needing either a stick or some sort of weird looking rock, but she didn't quite know what to do with a stick and she didn't quite know what kind of rock she was supposed to look out for. Well at the very least, Moire can take this opportunity to just sleep on it. The majin falls backwards onto the ground by the unlit firepit she made, closing her eyes to doze off for a bit, hoping that the idea will just pop right into her head or if the solution were to appear out of thin air...

Up in the fresh, mild temperature air, a Saiyan named Callion flew across the Northern Mountains. He soared through the air, feeling the wind rush past him as he scanned the landscape below. As he flew, Callion's thoughts drifted back to South City, where a great battle had recently taken place. The Majin Liari, a fearsome creature with immense strength and power, had transformed into a Great Ape and threatened the city. But Callion, Ayu, Opherla, Serena and his fellow Saiyans Quash and Athren had joined forces to defeat the monster and save the day. He remembered how difficult it had been to take down Liari, even with the help of his fellow Saiyans. Liari was a formidable opponent, and her Great Ape form had made her nearly invincible.
The Majin Liari, once an innocent Majin who had been under the influence by the Changelings Zero and Ryme, became a terrifying and powerful entity that had absorbed powerful warriors – Callion included- and had invaded multiple Cities for destruction, the latest and last place to destroy was South City with the intent of wreaking havoc on the innocent people living there. Liari was a formidable opponent, even for a Saiyan of Athren's caliber, who even surpassed Callion when he transformed into a Super Saiyan 2. Both Athren and Quash, who Callion managed to break free of his mind control clashed, with Liari transforming into his Great Ape form, towering over everyone like a giant beast. Thankfully, all of it was behind him now…
As Callion flew across the Northern Mountains, his thoughts turned to the aftermath of the battle. He couldn't help but wonder what would have happened if he had been too weak to defeat Liari. The Saiyan warrior felt a deep sense of responsibility for protecting those who could not protect themselves, a trait that was instilled in him from a young age by the Monsol Monks of Planet Bhupal. The wind whipped past Callion, and he closed his eyes, focusing on his breathing. He knew that there would be more battles to come, more challenges to face. But for now, he was content to fly across the mountains, basking in the glory of his recent victory and reflecting on the lessons he had learned.
Finding a secluded spot on a forest outcropping that was unironically nearby to the Majin Moire, Callion sat cross-legged, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath. The wind continued to howl around him, the mountains towering above him like ancient giants. But for Callion, in this moment, this was a place of serenity, where he could find inner peace. As he meditated, Callion reflected on the events of the past few days. The battle with Liari within South City, and it had taken every ounce of his strength along with the combined energy of the others who were there to emerge victorious. Not only that, but also having recently returned to life, having seen that much has managed to change so much in a short span of time. But even more than the physical exertion, it was the emotional toll that had left him drained.
Callion thought of his friends who had been injured or even killed in the battle, and he felt a sense of sadness and loss. Quash; his fellow Saiyan after having managed to break free with his words to have him snap out of her influence, died that very day, his last actions giving the Saiyan a Zenkai boost and fighting alongside Athren with every aspect of his body. He thought of his own mortality, and how one day he too would meet his end once again. But he also felt a sense of pride and gratitude, for having been able to fight for what was right and to protect those he cared about. As Callion continued to meditate, his breathing slowed and his mind became more still. He focused on the energy that flowed through his body, and he felt it strengthening him, reinvigorating him. He knew that he would need this energy for the battles that lay ahead, for there would always be more challenges to face.
But as he continues to meditate, his energy level slowly and naturally began to rise upwards, allowing a slow flickering white flame of ki to engulf his body, acting out like a signal beacon for anyone who wanted to talk to the Saiyan Monk.

WC: 319 | TWC: 757 As Moire still sat around questioning what to do about her current ordeal, the majin felt a sudden disturbance nearby. She could sense an immense source of energy not far from her current location, though she has to question why she didn't detect it earlier when she came to this site in the first place. It didn't matter too much as her curiosity had now been peaked, and instead of tending to her fruitless task of trying to figure out how to start a fire without magic, the majin moves away from her own little site and begins to walk towards the source. She would normally fly under any other circumstances, but given her magic restriction that she's imposed on herself, it'd feel like she would be cheating a bit... Or wait, would she? Flight's more of a learned technique than pure magic...
She'll have to think about that later, since now Moire is more concerned with the radiant energy that she's been feeling for the past few minutes. It didn't take her too long to walk over to the spot, which was a little clearing in the forest, and within contained the very thing she was looking for. Well, thing wasn't exactly the right word, as it was a person. A saiyan, to be more specific, and he's currently surrounded in some sort of white flame of some kind. It certainly looked like ki, but it all seemed so... ethereal. She argued in her head whether or not to disturb him, but considering how she doesn't really have much company around in addition to possibly needing a bit of assistance, perhaps she should bite this bullet and just speak up.
Moire walks through the trees and makes her way into the clearing and right towards the saiyan, finally piping up and asking, "Excuse me? Apologies for interrupting you, but what are you doing out here?"

Callion's eyes remained closed as he meditated, his mind fully focused on channeling and controlling his ki. He was surprised to hear someone approach him, as he had sensed their presence long before they spoke up. However, he didn't let it distract him from his practice, and he continued to breathe deeply and calmly. When the majin spoke up, Callion opened his eyes and turned his head slightly to look at her. He noticed that she was a majin, a race he had never encountered before. However, he didn't feel threatened by her presence, and he recognized that she was just curious. "I am meditating," Callion replied in a calm and measured tone. "I am focusing my energy and trying to achieve a higher state of consciousness. What brings you to this place?"
Callion's tone was polite but guarded, as he was wary of anyone who approached him in the wilderness. He also noted the peculiar ki signature emanating from the Majin, which piqued his interest. Nonetheless, he remained focused on his meditation, his aura still shimmering white around him. “I often come to this remote place to calm my mind, body and spirit, along with focus on training and to recover from what has occurred over at South City.” The Saiyan continued, he remained remarkably mature and sensible to the Majin in question, the very scars and events that had taken place in the once bustling City now laid barren and lifeless before Liari’s rampage in a Great Ape form of all things, had left a lot in perspective. “My name is Callion. Tell me, who do I have the pleasure of talking to, Majin?”
If there was one defining trait about the Saiyan that remained un-phased, it was the air and sense the peaceful energy that surrounded him, no direct threat of anger, hatred or malice towards her – as though someone has already dealt with majin’s time and again, and has generally grown well accustomed to them. However, at the same time, Callion's white aura flickered and pulsed around him as he spoke, a visible sign of his ki and the energy he was harnessing. He was still wary of the Majin, even if as he was calm around her, but he felt a sense of camaraderie with her. Perhaps they could learn from each other and grow stronger together. Callion looked at Moire with interest as she spoke with her first initial question, he could sense her curiosity and eagerness to learn evident in her tone as to why he was here. He had always believed that knowledge was meant to be shared, and he was more than happy to teach her what he knew. “Though, I can also ask the same question as you? Why are you here? If it is training you seek, then you have sought no better place to improve oneself within the Northern Mountains.”
The Saiyan continued onward. “Do you strive to better yourself physically? Mentally? Spiritually?” Callion could sense that the Majin was not hostile - at least not right now - and he relaxed slightly. He continued to speak in a measured tone, his eyes locked onto hers as he tried to gauge her intentions. "As a Saiyan, I am always seeking to improve myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is the way of my people to constantly push ourselves to become stronger, to overcome any obstacle that may stand in our way."
He paused for a moment, considering his next words. "But I also seek to learn from others, to broaden my understanding of the universe and the myriad of creatures that inhabit it. What about you, Majin? What brings you to this place?" Callion tilted his head slightly, curious to hear her response. He could sense that she was not like any Majin he had encountered before, and he wanted to learn more about her. As he waited for her reply, Callion continued to focus on his meditation, his aura flickering around him as he channeled his ki. He was still wary of any potential threats, but he was also open to the possibility of making a new ally. After all, the universe was a dangerous place, and having someone at his side could be the difference between life and death

WC: 502 | TWC: 1,259 The saiyan's eyes shoot wide open and glare right at Moire when she announces her presence to him, sending a bit of a shiver down her spine, especially given the sheer overwhelming power she was sensing from him. He explains that he is currently meditating, which was something a bit strange for Moire to witness given what she knows about most saiyans. They're typically out and about trying their best to fight whoever they can find and improve themselves through rigorous training, but this one certainly seems a bit different in that regard. Meditation itself certainly was something that Moire had considered trying in the past, but everytime she went to close her eyes and focus, there were those shouts in her head, so quiet yet ever so persistent...
He also mentions something about South City, meaning that he must've been quite involved in that conflict over there with the other majin, Liari. Eventually he introduces himself as Callion before asking the majin for her name, which she responds by placing a hand atop her collarbone and states, "I am Majin Moire, or you can just call me Moire. Don't really care too much about the majin title. It's a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, Callion." Despite the sheer overwhelming power that was eminating from the saiyan, Moire could feel a sort of sense of... serene calmness. As Moire spoke about her question regarding why he was out here, Callion in return asks the same to the majin, mentioning that of all places to visit on Earth, this spot was certainly a good choice to make.
The majin continues to approach the saiyan as he explains that his people work to improve themselves in all manner of forms, though Moire couldn't tell from who she's already met. Lots of saiyans are so full of energy, and are always on the lookout for something to release that energy onto, but Callion showed much restraint. Eventually Moire finally speaks up and gives her answer to the saiyan, letting her arms slide down to her side as she explains, "Well, for right now I was attempting to improve my own survival skills. I figured that I've relied on magic for some time now that I was thinking of how I could improve myself if I didn't use it. So I came all the way out here, donned my weights, and am now making my way through the wilderness. Unfortunately, starting a fire is a bit harder than I have initially realized..."
She glances away from Callion for a bit, her face giving away her poutiness before turning back and continuing, "But that's for now. It's all a sort of... Long-term goal that I have. I've wanted to see how far I can push my own limits, with the goal being to improve my physical form before perfecting my magic capabilities. Training and improvement, though, isn't the only thing I'm interested in, however. Can... Can you spare your ear for a bit?"

Callion nods his head in understanding as he listens to Moire's explanation of why she is out here in the wilderness. He is impressed by her dedication to self-improvement, as well as her willingness to challenge herself by relying less on her magic. It takes a lot of courage to step out of one's comfort zone like that. When Moire asks if she can speak with him further, Callion nods his head again. "Of course, Moire. I'm all ears." He sits up straighter, folding his legs beneath him and assuming a more attentive posture. Despite his size and his power, he has a gentle and patient demeanor that puts Moire at ease. She can tell that he's someone who is used to listening, and who takes the time to consider the thoughts and feelings of others.
"What's on your mind?" he asks, his voice low and soothing. "No need to be shy here." The Saiyan’s ridiculously long tail reaches out and gently pats the solid ground next to him, a motion and a clear sign that Callion wants the Majin to come and sit down next to him. “Come, sit. Join with me and talk. With me, you are free to always speak your mind. I am here for you.” Callion spoke softly to the Majin, showing a great deal of maturity and calmness which was rare amongst all Saiyans, so such an individual like this of all races across the universe was the equivilant to finding a rare diamond. "I must say," Callion continued, looking at the Majin provided she had sat down next to him or now, "You are wise to improve your survival skills. Very few people these days decide to take on such an important and vital talent."
The Saiyan even went so far as to smile at her.
"In fact, I dare say that I am rather proud of you to take on such a challenge."
Callion's eyes soften as Moire talked about her struggles with her magic and her desire to improve her physical abilities. "No, really. I am proud of you. I, too, understand the desire to push oneself to be better," he says. "I myself am always looking for ways to improve, to become stronger in body, mind, and soul." He pauses for a moment, as if considering his words. "But I also believe that it's important to accept ourselves as we are, and to recognize that we all have our own unique strengths and weaknesses. It's okay to rely on our abilities, whatever they may be. The important thing is to use them to the best of our ability, and to always strive for improvement. To be better than who we were before."
He looks at Moire, his eyes intense yet kind. "You have a great deal of potential, Moire. I can sense it within you. But remember to be kind to yourself, and to take things one step at a time. The Planet Earth wasn't built in a day, as they say." He smiles at her reassuringly. He looks out at the wilderness around them, a thoughtful expression on his face. "There is so much to learn, so much to experience. I feel like I have only scratched the surface. But that's okay. I have all the time in the world." He turns back to Moire. "What about you? What are your goals, besides improving your survival skills?" Callion placed his hand on his chest,
“For example, I do believe that there is more to life than just fighting and training. Yes, it's important to be strong and to defend what you believe in, but it's also important to find meaning and purpose in your life. For some, that may mean seeking out new challenges, or exploring the world around them. For others, it may mean helping those in need, or simply living a quiet life surrounded by loved ones. But whatever it is that gives your life meaning, that's what you should pursue."
He turns to look at Moire, his gaze warm and reassuring. "I think you're on the right path, Moire. By challenging yourself and seeking out new experiences, you're already taking the first steps towards finding your own meaning and purpose. And if you ever need someone to talk to, or just to sit in silence with, I'm here for you."
Callion finishes speaking, his ridiculously long and large tail slowly swaying behind him.

WC: 697 | TWC: 1,956 Thankfully it seems like Callion isn't too bothered by Moire's presence, and as such the majin begins to walk closer to the saiyan and accepts his offer to come sit with him. Moire plants herself on a patch of grass next to the saiyan as Callion shares his thoughts regarding the majin pushing herself, admiring exploring outside of her comfort zone. She couldn't help but blush a bit at being complimented just for trying to not always fall back on magic, with the majin trying to brush it off by mentioning, "I've still got a ways to go before I'm able to fully rely on my own body. In fact, just moments ago I couldn't even get a fire started. Me, surrounded by all the timber and sticks and leaves that I can desire, can't get a fire going. That's probably more akin to just my lack of survival knowledge rather than my physical prowess, but still..."
Callion once more proclaims his pride in Moire for exploring outside of magic, but reminds her that everybody has their own strengths, and it was very much clear that the saiyan was referring back to the majin's talents for magic, and especially in her case, conjuration and combat magic. If Moire were to be completely honest with herself, this all first started back when she first started training with Flare, back when she was too weak and feeble to move herself. "Thank you dearly, Callion. This whole 'training my body' bit stems moreso from... when I first landed. My body had been drained for so long, and I couldn't even stand properly or fly. My dear friend, Flare, was the one who helped me back up. She helped me stand once again, nursed me back to health, and offered to train her body more. The reason I wanted to improve my physical body was because, well, she was a fighter, and I wanted to spar with her."
Her thoughts fall back on Flare for but a brief moment as the saiyan then asks Moire what her goals are aside from survival, explaining that he himself has been looking for purpose in his life, something that Moire knows she's lost and that she's trying to get back. She ponders for a moment after Callion was done speaking, considering exactly what it was that the majin desired. "My memories..." she admits, "For me, it all ties back to my lack of memories. Ever since I came to this planet in my pod, my past thoughts have been mostly lost to me. I can sparsely remember what happened to me before my slumber, and since then, I've been searching for what it is that I have forgotten. That is why I seek to improve myself, not just physically."
Moire pauses yet again, her thoughts moving back towards the visions that flashed in her head each time she was close to unlocking another memory, and the fear that had shook her each time. She stares blankly into space in silence for seconds before snapping back and mentioning, "I... I know my purpose... It lies with what I have forgotten. I was brought into existence for a reason, for a great purpose, but I have lost that purpose. It's why I try so hard to remember, and yet when I get close to unlocking something... I recoil. Each time a memory flashes in my mind, I back away at the last moment, as if I were being repelled by it. I still know not what my purpose is, but... it lies in that discomfort..."
Trying to move past that dark part of her goals, she then immediately moves on and states, "Oh, but then there's the people of this planet, and all of its wonderful inhabitants that I've come to know. I know that, in addition to what my purpose was back then, I want to experience the culture of Earth, to be with her people, to feel like I belong." She beams another smile at Callion, though it would be clear to those insightful enough that the majin is still shaken about her memories and what horrid truths lie within.

Callion listens attentively to Moire's words, his eyes reflecting empathy and understanding. He nods in agreement as she speaks of her desire to improve herself not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally, in order to unlock the mysteries of her past. "I understand," he says softly. "The search for one's purpose can be a long and difficult journey, especially when there are memories that are just out of reach. But I have no doubt that you will find your way, Moire. You have already shown great strength and determination in your training, and that will carry you far."
He pauses for a moment, thinking about what Moire said about wanting to experience the culture of Earth and to feel like she belongs. "You know, Moire, I believe that belonging isn't just about fitting in with a group or culture. It's about finding a place where you feel accepted and valued for who you are. And I think you've already found that here, on Earth. A discovery of a new world to explore, with new faces to meet and greet, let alone to befriend, can be quite the daunting but enjoyable perspective on life. So don't worry too much about fitting in with Earth's culture. Just be yourself, and you'll find that people will accept you for who you are." He smiles warmly at Moire, hoping to reassure her. "And as for unlocking your memories, take your time. It's okay to feel afraid or uncertain. But remember that we're here for you, and we'll support you through whatever you find. You're not alone in this journey."
The Saiyan couldn’t help but chuckle in his own right. Indeed, this was not the first time he had to experience such a thing with a Majin before. Liari with her refusal to meditate, having to take Ayu to tell him about the nightmares that a Majin has to face. It felt such a shame and yet an experience that he learnt well along the way. If he could at the very least be able to help this majin, then maybe he can do some genuine good in the world. However, needless to say, not all memories are good and some are closed for a reason. He took another look at Moire, looking at her closely before slowly nodding. “However, finding the secret of your purpose and memories may not always be what you expected. There can be reasons beyond your control as to why they were locked away in the first place. It's important to be prepared for whatever you may find, and to accept it for what it is, no matter how difficult it may be.”
Callion pauses for a moment, considering his words before continuing, “But you're not alone in this journey, Moire. No doubt in my mind, you will forge friends who care about you and are willing to support you, even when things get tough. And as for experiencing the culture of Earth, I think that's a wonderful goal. There's so much to explore and learn, and I'm sure you'll find your place here in no time.” He gives her a warm smile, hoping to reassure her, “Remember that progress is not always a straight line. There will be setbacks and challenges, but as long as you keep moving forward, you'll get to where you want to be. And if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you.”
Callion extends his hand towards Moire, a gesture of friendship and support, “If you truly want my advice, rather than looking back at what you had before that was lost to memory – forge yourself a new purpose in life. Give yourself a fresh start to your being. If you don’t know what it is yet? Explore the world, make an existence by your own hands, and watch it grow and develop into something worth fighting for and protecting.” The Saiyan smiled, looking up to the sky. “I like to think you got me as a new friend. That’s one fine way to start a fresh start to life on this planet and for many more years to come.”
Callion turns his attention back to Moire, with a warm smile on his face. "I'm not saying you should forget about your past completely, but dwelling on it won't do you any good either. You have the power to create a new purpose for yourself, something that you can be proud of and that will give you a reason to keep moving forward. You may not know what it is yet, but that's okay. Take your time to explore the world, meet new people, learn new things. Who knows, you may find your purpose in the most unexpected places." He then chuckles, "And as for me, I'm honored to have made a new friend like you, Moire. It's not every day that I get to meet someone as unique and interesting as you. And who knows, maybe we can even train together sometime. I can show you some moves that I've picked up along my travels."
Callion then stands up and stretches his arms out, "But for now, how about we take a little break from all this talk about purposes and memories and just enjoy the beauty of this place? The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and the wind is blowing. It's a perfect day for a little relaxation." The Saiyan but then he had forgot something else when he shared his wisdom to Moire. “Oh! And food, never forgetting about the food! Hahahahahah!”

WC: 741 | TWC: 2,697 Callion takes his time to listen to what Moire had to mention, but once she was done going over her little story he speaks up and encourages her to keep pushing herself. However, he also went on to offer advice on belonging, and that she shouldn't mold to what others want of her, but rather to find a place where she truly belongs herself, all while reminding her to take her time recovering her memories. The majin pauses for a bit, pondering on the saiyan's words before speaking up, "Thank you, Callion. I don't know when I'll be able to retrieve them, if ever, but I know that I'll keep on trying to remember. Of course, I can't forget what happens in the now. I've already met so many pleasant people during my travels here on Earth, and that number seems to only keep on growing. Be glad that you're added to that number."
She gives the saiyan a smile and a wink before listening to his words once more, warning her about what her memories might have sealed away, referring back to the fact that she was sealed away in the first place. Moire had been alone with her own thoughts long enough to think upon this, and given the flashes of her past that she's seen before, the context behind her capture, and faint whispers, she knows that whatever it was that was deep within the recesses of her mind wasn't pretty, but friends will always be there to help her along the way when the going gets tough. She had wrestled with these thoughts for so long already, but to hear them from another person's mouth, to hear such wisdom from another was... reassuring.
"With everybody that has shown nothing but kindness to me, I wish that to continue on. I know not what's hidden in my mind, but I know it isn't all pleasant. But... it is something I must know. It's a piece of me, a piece of who I am as a whole. This me right now... This is but a portion of who I really am. I'm incomplete without the past, and I need to know what happened, even if it hurts to remember. I must know where the path goes." Her tone grows darker as she continued speaking to Callion, but he brings himself in once again, mentioning that she shouldn't be controlled by her own past, but rather forge a new path forward with everyone she's met already. It might seem easy for someone who can remember, but for Moire, it was a bit harder to accept that.
The majin had always been an advocate in the belief of one's destiny, that there is a path that lies ahead for each person, and though it could be influenced by others around her, they ultimately come to one final destination. It's a culmination of the past, present and future, and though she's quite clear on her present, in the here and now, she's completely clueless to her past. How could she properly account for the future without the past? Moire remains silent for a rather uncomfortable amount of time, wanting to say something to him but being unable to figure what it is that she could say.
Eventually Callion interrupts her thoughts as he wants to get past all of the serious talk and just enjoy the scenery. The majin takes the opportunity to look out at the vast world that lied before the two, the sun's rays bouncing right off of the leaves and pines of the trees, all paired with the fine chirping of the birds and prancing of all sorts of creatures. Earth was quite the beauty to behold, though the talk of food certainly makes the majin a bit peckish. She chuckles a bit alongside Callion before stating, "I suppose food would be rather nice." Moire extends her hand out and was about to conjure something like a steak for the two, but hesitates, the though of not using her magic ringing across her mind. With Callion's words however, perhaps she can just let that slip for the time being. A cloud of smoke suddenly envelops her hand, and when it clears a plate with two cooked ribeye steaks remains on the plate. Conjured food never was as good as the real deal, but it was very convenient to at least have access to food.

Callion takes one of the steaks and tears off a piece, savoring the taste as he chews. "Mmm, this is great, looks like you've got some skills up your sleeve, Moire. You sure know how to conjure up a good meal, that’s for sure!" He takes another bite before continuing, "But you know, sometimes it's good to enjoy the simple things in life. Like a good meal with good company."
He looks at Moire with a smile before taking another bite. "I may not know what your past holds, but I know that you have a bright future ahead of you. With your strength and determination, I have no doubt that you'll find what you're looking for." He takes a sip of water before continuing, "And don't forget, you don't have to face it alone. You will no doubt forge wonderful bonds of friends who will be there for you every step of the way. Just like I'll be there for you." He grins, "And who knows, maybe one day we'll even go on an adventure together. Explore the unknown and discover new things."
Callion then continued, "You know, Moire, I don't think you need to worry too much about your past. You'll remember what you need to remember when the time comes. What's important now is the present, and making the most of it." He takes another bite of his steak and chews thoughtfully, before continuing.
"Maybe you're right, maybe there is a destiny for each of us, but I like to think that we have the power to shape our own destinies too. We can choose what we do, who we become, and how we impact the world around us. And you, Moire, have the potential to do great things. You've already made a new friend, and who knows how many more you'll make as you explore this world and find your place in it."
He paused for a moment to chew on his steak before continuing, "And if there's anything I've learned from my own experiences, it's that having good friends by your side can make all the difference. We may not have known each other for very long, but I already feel like we have a strong bond. So let's enjoy this moment, this beautiful scenery, and this delicious food, and let tomorrow worry about itself." He finishes off his steak and leans back, enjoying the warmth of the sun on his skin. "Life is full of surprises, Moire. Some good, some bad. But that's what makes it so exciting. We never know what's around the corner. So let's just enjoy the present, and take each day as it comes."
Callion takes another bite, chewing thoughtfully before speaking again. "You know, Moire, I think you have a lot of potential. Even without your memories, you have a strength and determination that's truly admirable. I have no doubt that you'll be able to find your place in this world, whether it's through your magic, your friendships, or something else entirely."
He takes another bite of steak, savoring the flavor before continuing. "And if you ever need help or support, you can count on me. Friends stick together, through thick and thin." Callion smiles warmly at Moire, happy to have made a new friend and excited to see where their adventures together will take them. Callion raised his glass of water in a toast to Moire, a gesture of friendship and camaraderie.
"To new beginnings, and to finding our place in this world, wherever it may be."

WC: 687 | TWC: 3,384 Moire was at least glad that her conjured steak was to Callion's liking, believing that maybe it's just her own taste that's a bit off. She has gotten so used to her own conjured food that it starts to feel a bit samey with the rest of whatever she conjures. She gives the saiyan a bashful smile and a slight bow, saying, "Thank you, you're too kind." Afterwards, he begins to speak up about not Moire's past, but rather her future and how it's looking quite bright for her. The majin herself has no idea what could be in store for her for the future, and she believes that it is a fruitless effort to attempt to predict where destiny and fate will take one. Callion even offers to join her on exploration and whatever it may be that Moire seeks, which she took to heart. "I will most certainly consider you for company, Callion," she responds.
Of course even as the saiyan reassures her that she need not worry about her past and should focus more on the present, that lingering feeling that she's forgotten something vital still clings to the back of her mind everywhere she's gone, and it won't leave anytime soon. Her face returns to a more solemn one, the majin still reflecting on the tatters of her past that she still can't recollect nor grasp fully, and every when Callion encourages her, still she feels like she's missing a piece of herself. "Even still, I still feel that I've forgotten something important. I want nothing more than to continue what I love doing all around this planet, but it's still going to linger in my mind for so long. It needs to be satiated at some point, I know it. I just can't entirely focus without it, as it's always nagging at me," she explains before sighing to herself, breaking eye contact from a brief bit as she reflects on what's happened to her during her stay on this planet.
The ability to shape one's destiny? It just sounds absurd to the majin if she were to be completely honest with herself. Even with something like friends to back up and help along the way, one does not simply bend destiny. Throughout her time here on Earth, and even from before her arrival, all she knows about the future is that everybody comes to some conclusion, to some grand event, something that cannot be avoided. One can take steps to move away from it, but soon they will return to the path leading towards their final destination. "I... I like the thought of that... Molding something like destiny with friends," she admits, and though she would wish for that to be the case, deep down she truly believes that everyone's ultimate future is set in stone. A detail or two may change, but it is inevitable.
"Alright, then I'll see what I can do to enjoy the time I have now," she responds after Callion finishes his little speech regarding destiny and bending it. He gives a toast to new beginnings and for fitting into this world while raising a glass of water into the air. Moire herself extends her hand out a bit before a sudden cloud of smoke envelops it. As quickly as it came, the cloud dissipates, and in the majin's hand is a single glass of water for herself, though it's moreso used as a way to toast with the saiyan. "A toast, then," she replies, giving him a warm smile as she too raises her glass into the air before taking a swig. Afterwards, the majin lies right on her back and sets the glass down before looking up at the sky above the two, looking out and enjoying the show put in front of the two. "You've been doing a lot of thinking in your free time, haven't you Callion?" she inquires. She had never thought to find a saiyan so wise and careful with his word choice, making her wonder just what he has gone through to get to this point.
