PL: 3,071 | Items: N/A | WC: 365 It wasn't entirely Majin Moire's intention to find herself out here in the seeming middle of nowhere, but she'll make the most of it. She's been traveling across the planet quite a lot recently, looking to explore as much of the planet as she possibly can while Flare was still busy with work, whatever that was supposed to be. That's definitely something she should probably ask her about the next time they meet up, though it's also something that Flare has likely declined to share with the majin, so it's like some more private work. Whatever the case may be, Moire will have to consider asking, though she clearly shouldn't be too pushy about it.
Out here in the middle of this wasteland, however, Moire was free to do as she pleases without having the prying eyes of human civilization on her. Though she did enjoy Flare's company quite a bit, the rest of humanity seems to be a bit off-put by her presence, with her only finding out recently as to why. Despite the fact that she herself hadn't done anything to draw the attention of the public, it seems like everybody nowadays is on high alert thanks to the influence of another majin she's heard of from the news, Liari. She didn't quite know why, but every time Moire tried to look right at an image or recording of her, she started seeing... flashes. Flashes of what she thinks is pieces of her own past. She didn't quite know why, but looking at the majin whose body had been morphed so much by those she has taken has...
She shakes her head, instead putting her focus in front of her as she takes aim at a nearby rock, standing alone along a flat surface. She picked this one out to test her magic out a bit. In one hand she holds a single ball of purple ki, glowing brighter and brighter as the majin takes great care in aiming her shot right at the center. It was quite fortunate that there wasn't anybody around to make a sound, or else she might just miss the mark.

The waste lands were a stark contrast to the islands around his home, a little reminder that he was straying further and further with each excursion into the wild. It never seemed to amaze him how much room was on the surface, it seemed never ending to him. However, in one of his recent trips to the city he had learned of space and just how big that was. And out there in space there was countless more worlds to explore, some smaller, some even bigger than earth. A name he had not known until he had stepped onto the surface. It had been a long time since he had felt like a child again, giddy at the thought of each trip into the wilds.
Soaring across the sky the Titan observed the wastes, his eyes looking at every nook and cranny as he took it all in. To some the wastes would seem desolate compared to the islands, even the colors out here were a stark contrast to the vibrant ocean and islands. However even here there was signs of life, he could see the small lizards hiding in the cracks to avoid the hot sun, insects hunting for food and even a purple sponge gathering a ball of ki.
It was at that moment Halo's eyes snapped to attention as he looked back at the so-called purple sponge, his thoughts filled with embarrassment as he realized that despite his strange looks the creature was a person. At least he hoped it was a person and unless the rules above ground were different clothes meant people, at least he hoped it did. If not, it would be one of the first things he fixed when he ruled, the last thing he wanted to see was one of those so-called squirrels in a robe.
Shaking his head to get rid of his rather silly thoughts the giant moved closer to the strange woman, his large figure casting a shadow near as he approached. He landed a few meters away, the resulting force of his landing creating a boom crash as his massive size only it made such a small fall sound almost like thunder.
"Hello there?" he called out as he landed, his eyes studying her reaction and taking a closer look at the strange being in front of him. Her body looked rather soft and not like flesh at all, the strange texture of its skin unlike anything he had ever seen before causing him to tilt his head down and to the side as he studied her.

The path ahead remained long and endless, at first his very own first thoughts came to when he first a Namekian here of all unlikely places to meet an individual. Of course the two happened to be far more similar than what they could possibly believe; aspiring guardians as some might say, something that was always on Nasu’s mind… to be like the Knights of the stories he used to be told, however perhaps that was only to be a dream and yet he fought with his sword alone to follow in that dream.
Was that to be considered a weak conviction? Who knew. He would rather follow his own dreams and desires than have oaths or something that weird, he knew what he wanted and he would acquire it: the endless peace that filled the void in his heart, a world where no child would be left alone or struggle to survive. However, yet remained those that would stand in the way of that dream of his.
For one, Liari popped in his mind. Of course he got to face the demon directly himself, feel weak and see those that would oppose her fall, and now he refused weakness. Only now he had recovered though and already he was not satisfied with it, for each and every time only the images of his past remained to torment him, to speak of his failures time and time again. Strength was not one could so easily buy their way into, it had to be earned, at the cost of what one enjoyed to do; one had to make sacrifices, suffer even.
While he did not exactly train much since then, he had considerably grown stronger already and yet he did not feel any more ambition or pride from it. It was something different, but now the target in his mind was clear.
His thoughts cleared, however, shortly after. For a moment he was sure he had spotted Liari right ahead, however when his eyes could focus enough, the image calibrated back to their true form; a Majin indeed, but not that one. He could see the difference clearly. For one Nasu did not change his opinion much, but he knew Serena for one, so he could hardly ever grow any kind of prejudice towards those creatures.
“Training?”
He blurted out first, otherwise he had no idea what she was doing shooting rocks, and another individual also joined them, he did not exactly recognize them but he could dig his clothing style. Strange, for some reason these deserts were far more populated than one would ever guess. Not that he had a problem against that, he was just surprised, that was all.
“I am Nasu. Who are you guys?”

WC: 301 | TWC: 666 Just as Moire was about to fire her shot and take out the rock that was in front of her, the sudden quaking of the ground catches her off-guard, and she accidentally fires her shot far off course, sending it far away into the wasteland. She turns around immediately to see who has come to interrupt her training, blurting out, "Oh I was just about to hit that. Who the hell thought it was a great idea to-" before practically being surrounded by shadow as she is eclipsed in size by the stranger who was now in front of Moire. Was he some sort of human? No, she's fairly certain that humans don't grow this large, so he must be something else entirely. "Uh... Hello..." she nervously greets, all the while moving one of her hands back behind her back, fingertips crackling with purple lightning, hidden from plain sight just in case the stranger tried anything, all while this beast of a man was just... looking at her. "W-What are you doing here?"
Her attention is soon grabbed by another man who had decided to crash the party as well, though he was certainly far smaller and far less indimidating than the other guy who had just showed up. He introduces himself as Nasu before requesting everybody else's names. "M-My name is Moire. Majin Moire," she responds, still trying to keep an eye on the nearly ten foot man. "Look, I just came out here in the middle of nowhere to get some training in. I really need to get back into shape after a century of sleep. Funny coincidence that you two would also come out here in the middle of nowhere. Speaking of which, why are you here, exactly? It's quite the remote spot, after all."

Recalling Kamae's warning to be friendly Halos simply nodded slowly, his mouth opening for a moment before another stranger arrived stopping him form introducing himself, at least for the moment. He waited until a good moment before he gave a slight bow, his body moving just low enough to show proper respect among the Havlin people and not an inch more before speaking.
"I am Halos, lord of the Havlin tribe of people. I am sorry if I startled you, it was not my intention" he replied in a deep voice that carried well in the desert air despite him speaking softly. "I have no gone very far beyond our ancestorial home and was simply exploring the world for the first time in a very long time. I had not seen someone like you before, I had assumed everyone looked similar to us, if a bit shorter. Like him in fact" he replied to her question as he pointed towards Nasu.
It was all pretty much true, he really had no idea what was out here and what manner of creature was before him, nothing existed like it or rather her in the underground. He normally cared not if someone was afraid of him or was wary. However, since he was currently exploring the world, he needed people to more lose lipped around him and being afraid tended to make people do the opposite. With this in mind he turned around before walking a few feet away, a step for him really and sat down to be less intimidating before he went on.
" You said training? If it would not be bother, I would ask if I could watch? I have no idea what the strength of mortals are beyond my home, it would be enlightening for me. he requested after sitting down, his hand moving to his chin as he gave it some more thought. "If it's to much for me to simply watch perhaps I can assist in your training? I can use my magic to create moving targets, which would be a better way to train, yes?" he offered after a moment.
He knew it was a bit strange to simply ask or offer a stranger to let you watch them train or to even assist them in it, however he wanted to see more about this strange creature in front of him. Helping her train would be an informative experience if he could convince them, perhaps this Nasu might offer to join in as well?
"Plus....it looks like you might need to practice your aim?" he jested, his eyes locking onto the target she had missed only moments before.

The man could not help but feel a little sympathy when she was interrupted for her training, he knew the feeling, but honestly sometimes it was more of a welcome surprise than anything else. Sometimes things could get really lonely, to the point where the only company he would have were his own thoughts. That was not very entertaining, or healthy probably. Most of his exercises only felt harsher and more difficult to pass through each and every time he repeated them, he would only feel pain and nothing else. At least a friend could probably make things go around a little smoother. Of course, though, it all depended on what kind of person this Majin was. He had seen Liari pretty well and the way she was, of course he did not actually know the actual Liari. He had only witnessed that small bit, but it was most likely enough for him to make himself an idea of what kind of individual it was, and now he wished to arm himself for a day where he would have to witness her strength again.
This one Majin instead did not have that kind of aura. From the last time he could remember wicked evil, or perhaps something more, almost as if different souls merged together cried for destruction. This one was quite… mild in nature, instead. He did not see anything like what he had seen before, instead she looked polite too. Nasu for one could appreciate that quality in someone, surely it was much better than having them possibly take your life or something like that.
All in all, Moire was curious. She also looked somewhat more intelligent than the behaviors that Liari had showcased, so maybe they were two different entities entirely without correlation. Not that Nasu knew much, he could only recall so little about Majins. But one thing he knew was that damn, his own armor was actually kind of itchy. He had gotten this piece as a little parting gift from the tribes before he left, but really something had been feeling strange as of late.
Not the time or place to worry about such things however, for now there was also another stranger to pay heed to, likely not someone he recognized but he could see something familiar in them. Nevertheless he found it a little odd that he would choose to speak or refer to them as ‘mortals’, mind you that Nasu had no slightest clue to anything past Earth, and had barely heard something about another world before. Therefore he was not exactly the most… intuitive with this stuff, no rather he just kind of worried he was belittling them for a moment.
“Most people are like me. Or shorter. I do not think either of us are a good example of the average person, Halos. You should try checking out a city or something.”
Nevertheless, the fact that Moire was training was simple enough and not one he would discuss. Nasu came here often to do just that usually and he would keep at it for a long time, of course he could tell that perhaps his timing was not quite comforting for them given he had appeared out of nowhere, but he could explain his reasoning without trouble for he had nothing to hide.
“I am also here to train. I have gotten a new armor and sword as of late, but I can not say it is quite my thing. I might consider a different approach.”
And that was mostly it. Other than that, he did not know if he could really offer much support to Moire when it came to training. He was somewhat rusty since the attack on the city and really needed to get it together still, not that he believed it would take any considerable amount of time really.

WC: 556 | TWC: 1,222 Eventually the hulking mass of a man standing in front of Moire speaks up once more, formally introducing himself as Halos, lord of a tribe known as the Havlin, a name that the majin wasn't quite so familiar with. He apologizes for startling her before explaining that he isn't far from his homeland and that... Wait, he's been exploring as well? And on top of that, it seems like he wasn't quite so familiar with what a majin is, and almost seems a bit baffled at the comparatively smaller saiyan. Where to begin with all of this? The majin straightens herself as the behemoth makes it clear that he means no harm as she begins to respond to his replies, mentioning, "I'm not quite so familiar with those people, the Havlins. I've been doing my own fair share of exploring the planet and I haven't seen anything like them myself. I'd especially tell given just how large you are. Oh, and I'm a majin myself, a being practically made of pure rubbery magic. That one over there," she points over to the saiyan before continuing, "Is a saiyan himself."
Speaking of which, the saiyan makes his way closer towards the duo and points out that they don't exactly represent the average ordinary person here on this planet, a statement that very much rang true given how Moire hasn't even been on this planet for a full week. "I've been here for just a few days now. Still a bit fresh from my own crash landing, you know," she chimes in before the hulk of a man refers back to the fact that Moire was out here training, curious about how 'mortals' train. "The saiyan over there is a mortal, though I myself don't quite fit the description. Body's a bit too malleable and long lasting." He even goes so far as to suggest the idea of having him use his magic to make objects move. Of course, the moving target part didn't grab the majin's attention as much as the magic part did.
"Magic? You know magic?" She asks, immediately walking right up to Halos, any hint of fear in her eyes practically extinguished by her sheer curiosity. "You know, just because you can show off your magic, I'll allow your little snide comment slide just this once..." She gives the man a wink before backing away as the saiyan also mentions that he came out here for some of his own training. He might've picked up a shiny new sword and some dazzling armor, though he expresses concern that the items might not be to his particular liking. She gives the saiyan a bit of a shrug and mentions, "Hey, it's all about experimentation. Give the stuff a try and see if you like what it brings to the table. If not, you always have your fists. And, I suppose, your tail as well." Moire then stretches her arms all the way out to each side before conjuring two ki balls in each hand. The majin turns her focus back over to Halos before asking, "Think you can show off some of that magic? Maybe even give the saiyan a few to try out. By the way," she says before glancing back over at the saiyan, "What is your name anyway?"

Halos's eyes perked up at her mention of not being mortal, the titan's thoughts racing if there was another such as Kamae about. The idea that their might be more god like beings besides the shinjin, titans and whatever hell Kamae was making him deeply interested. And extremely worried if the galaxy could spit out such creatures often, but perhaps it was simply just how turbulent the times where. Returning his focus to the this Majin he simply nodded, trying to absorb as much information as he could.
"Made? As in not born or am I simply hearing that wrong? He asked, his thoughts on how one would even go about creating such a creature. His own studies into magics never moving in that direction, as he was more interested in finding ways to improve his own power rather than create it in another. It was another branch of knowledge he would never have dreamed about it when he was underground, the revelation only making Kamae correct yet again. Simply knowledge was power, and he needed more of it.
"Ahh yes the average Havlin is in fact about the same size as you both, only those who carry the blood are bigger. Although if I had to guess, in time the entire tribe will start to carry the blood in the next two hundred years or so." he informed them, keeping quiet that compared to his own father he was rather small. Much smaller in fact, the memories in his blood made him sure of it, as well as the massive foot print they had found just outside of the city.
"Experimentation on your own method of fighting is a good thing, even if the new style does not suit your taste it will broaden your horizons when fighting against it. Often times you can also figure out the advantages your old style had, ones you had taken for granted as the new style does not have it." He says before pausing for a moment, letting the young Saiyan take all the information in before finishing. "It is not uncommon for someone to go back to an old weapon or fighting style after experimenting to discover it was truly the weapon for them. Their new outlook allowing them to truly take advantage of their old style." He added shortly after the majin, supporting her advice as he focused in on the Sayain.
Opens his mouth to go on only to stop, the Havlin realizing he was starting to ramble a bit. He allowed Morie to speak, his loud voice going silent as he politely let her finish. His face turning into a small grin as she winks, quickly vanishing as his normally stoic face returns, clearly enjoying what he thought was a harmless flirt. He was not really interested but it was a nice change of pace compared to the normally passive Havlin or terrified earthling he had seen so far.
Tilting his head he thought on her request, figuring out just what magic he could perform here and now. It was not that they were few in number but limited due to the amount of time required for certain magics he could perform. "Hmmm I have quite a few skills I can do, however I imagine taking nearly a day to summon a thunderstorm would not be useful. I doubt you two want to be soaked or wait that long. He replied, his finger moving up to tap his eyebrow he thought it over. "If I had to say there was a field of magic, I have mastery of it would be enchants, altering the laws around a said item. Fire that does not burn, swords that emit fire or lighting when you channel magic into them. In fact, making those rocks float is nothing more than a temporary enchantment, doomed to fail after a few hours as the magic leaks everywhere. he started to ramble again, a small part of him delighted to be able to show off his favorite subject. However, after a moment he stops and allows them to ask further questions, who knows they might give him a few idea's. Plus, how was he going to learn the Saiyans name if he never allowed him to speak, that would simply rude, even for a god.

Post by Nasu on Mar 18, 2023 7:16:20 GMT -5
Nasu believed himself a fairly knowledgeable individual. He was not a scholar by any means necessary, he could not possibly find the time to read more than what he did already, with all his traveling and his unthinkable whereabouts made it easy to tell there was just no easy way to pin him down. Perhaps for good reason, it was like a part of him was always on the run, but he had no one to chase him. He was not sure why, if not only perhaps he was just running from himself or refused to seek refuge or a place where he could possibly sit down and call home.
For example he knew a good bit about Majins. Their abilities, anatomy and even the fact that they could absorb people. He knew it first hand when his friend had absorbed him both to shield him and increase her power, although there was not much of an increase unfortunately due to just how weak Nasu also was at the time, back in East City. Of course it was something not all Majins could out of nowhere, therefore he did not picture Moire as a threat of any kind at the moment, rather he was simply trying to socialize, while being a lone wolf himself.
“I have never heard about them myself honestly.”
A tribe that he did not know was not something he was surprised about himself. He was a traveler, but the more he did it and the more he discovered new things, so he was not shocked there were still things that he did not exactly find amongst all other things. He would probably manage to see a few more of them in his next years, but besides that chance, Halos was pretty much the first specimen of his kind that he had encountered.
He blinked a bit, curious that he was indeed seen as a Saiyan. Well. His tail was out, often swinging left to right lazily or stood idle without much of a worry. But that was just a thing that he did not think about. As far as he was concerned, his tail could very well be wrapped around his waist, hidden under his layers of clothing, but he nodded slowly.
“Do not ask me questions about my kin, however. I was raised by the Earthlings here from a far and by now gone village for most of my earliest years. In truth I do not think I have ever met another Saiyan so far. Not properly, at least. But I have witnessed strange things this last year.”
Of course he meant to talk about the sighting of that Saiyan warrior in East City turning golden. He had no culture knowledge whatsoever except the few things everyone probably knew, and thus either their traditions or legends were very much unknown to him, yes the Super Saiyan as well was something that he had no clue about, therefore he was simply left curious to understand if that was a technique, an individual power or if perhaps there was more to it.
“I was there when Liari attacked, after all. If it was not for a Majin friend of mine I might have actually bit the dust that day. But we manage to evacuate everyone and the rest is history.”
Halos’ question was legitimate, he saw no fault to assume Majins were made since it was kind of like that. He did not know exactly how Majins interacted with other species but he knew most of their kind was made out of magic by the selfsame Majins nowadays too. At that point that was all he knew at least.
“As far as I know Majins are magical creatures. They do not breed like other species out there. They are literally made out of magic. That is all I know.”
There were other things he did not understand. For one Halos’ choice of words with ‘the blood’, what was that meant to be? The blood of whom or what? Like what Nasu could figure out was that maybe other members of his species were from a different lineage, he doubted they just simply lacked blood, in any case or scenario there was something else that also bugged him a little bit earlier and it was these people’s use of the mortal word. Maybe Nasu’s opinion could be seen as extreme but he believed firmly that which was his own belief.
“Honestly I think we are all mortals. Maybe some of our bodies work differently or age slower. But the three of us can die. That means we are not immortal.”
Maybe he just found the word a little condescending, especially when he believed in no Gods. He was part of no religion or anything like that, what was real was what laid beneath his eyes, not that which he could not see. If one day he would meet the Gods themselves, then that would be a different talk, but as far as this place and time, all three of them were living beings roaming the Earth.
He did not find fault with Halos’ opinion when it came to fighting style. He believed it was fit and sound and perhaps a little sore for one that had been doing the same thing for so many years now, maybe it was indeed the time to change things around a little. At least to try and grow more confident in other areas, and learn more abilities that he could rely on in combat.
“I have been swinging a sword before I could talk or walk straight but as of late things have been weird. Maybe because of what happened with the last attack I was involved in, I might have lost the faith I once withheld in my sword. For that I need to explore different horizons, because mastering one thing will not help me forever.”
So Halos was an expert in enchantments. He found that to be a wide list of possibilities of course, you could pretty much make yourself a living weapon or armor with that stuff. Magic was probably not his suite however, but he could appreciate it. He had a couple of magic friends, after all. He did give Moire a little bit of a look, an eyebrow that rose in question.
“I am pretty sure I introduced myself earlier. It is Nasu.”
He figured she was not paying him much mind earlier but well, anyhow he just looked over Halos again.
“Can you use magic to create food or stuff like that?”

Post by Majin Moire on Mar 18, 2023 12:38:10 GMT -5
WC: 656 | TWC: 1,878 Moire had not initially realized that she was also dealing with a curious mind as Halos inquire about what she meant when she said she was created. Her memory of her exact creation were still out of reach for her, but she can at least be somewhat certain that she wasn't conceived through normal means. She raises a finger before mentioning, "My memory is a bit fuzzy, but my kind isn't exactly conceived through normal means. From what I remember, some of us are artificially made through a series of alchemical ingredients. Some of us are brought forth through powerful magic. Others... Well, they kind of just pop into existence." There wasn't really much of a science to the whole process as it was all surrounded by some vague magic, but it's something that the tall man can chew on.
As Halos went to explain his own origins, apparently his kind are usually around as tall as Moire and the saiyan, though he carries some special or royal blood with him that gives him his size. "Fascinating... So would this be a somewhat new phenomenon?" Moire continues to inquire, unable to contain her own curiosity as the saiyan too remarks how he hasn't really heard much about Halos and his kind. What did certainly get her mind rolling along as well, however, was the saiyan's aversion to being referred to as a saiyan, as though he is one, he identifies more with the earthlings here as he's been raised here. "Well that's certainly more than fair enough," she comments, "Now that you've pretty much been engrained by human culture. I've been trying to explore it myself, pass the time while I'm here on Earth and all of that."
Moire didn't really have much to add on to the saiyan's own description of majins, mostly being points that she's either said before or don't really need much more elaboration. She thinks it's best not to overcomplicate things, or else she runs the risk of losing everybody's attention. What did surprise her was how this saiyan was not only involved in one of the fights against Liari, but that he had been... absorbed? By one of her kind? There was another majin? She was about to ask when a sudden sharp pain shoots through the majin's head, Moire grasping at her forehead as she sees a sudden vision... That same image, an image of a chunk of her own flesh flying back towards her, a hand sticking out from within... What does it all mean?
She shakes her head, preferring not to ask the saiyan, whose name is Nasu, and explore for herself who this majin might be. Halos and Nasu share a brief moment talking about the way of the sword as well as both old and new fighting styles, though Moire will admit that she's far more interested in the magic department. Halos soon moves on to his magic, mentioning how he can summon thunderstorms after a day of channeling, sounding quite interesting. Weather manipulation was a field that Moire herself wasn't exactly skilled in herself. What Halos can do as a demonstration, however, was enchanting. Nasu, on the other hand, was interested in whether or not he could conjure up food, something that Moire can very easily do. "I'm not quite sure what the extent of enchanting is when it comes to creating food, but conjuration is my specialty." She extends her hand out, her palm open and facing upward as she continues, "See, I can make just about anything..." A sudden puff of steam envelops her hand before just as quickly dissipating, revealing a small slab of cooked steak, cooked medium rare. "In a near instant. I'm not the biggest fan of eating my own food since I get tired of it rather quickly, but food isn't much of an issue for me." Using Magic Materialization to conjure up food.

He watched the Majin create the food, his eyes scowling at the process as he thought on ways, he could perform such magics himself. In truth he had simply never needed to create food, with their always being plenty of food it had simply been a matter of not needing to learn such magic. This however did not make him covet the ability any less, the idea of a magical creature able to make food where a god like him could not was unacceptable in his eyes. He would learn it another day, but for now he would leave it be, perhaps they would not ask him directly if he could.
Leaning backwards he listened to them both, more so when they started to speak on how the majin were made or rather created. Their words starting to make him think about his own creation, the egg or gestation chamber created to house him for thousands of years before he was finally born. It made him wonder if he could call himself the direct son of the Sire, or if like that majin he was simply a creation created by him to finish the great father's work. Regardless, him and his siblings carried his blood, and he could think of them none other than his children. It was not until her harmless question on a new phenomenon that nearly made Halos choke, the giant leaning forward suddenly to cough into his hand as he thought on how best to reply.
"The changes are fairly recent, only slightly less then 200 years in fact." he replied after a moment, his mind trying to figure out a way to explain it without harming the topsider's sensibilities. "I was born just under two hundred years ago." he added, trying his best to have them fill in the blanks. Above land it was common for one to have only one spouse, not so much in Havlin. On top of that Halos had watched many partners grow old and die, their mortal children as well. He did not feel like getting into a moral debate on his many partners, and knew it was time for a quick change of topic.
Originally angry at the Saiyan's reply that they were all mortal, he quickly cooled his head as he realized their was some truth in his words. Even his sire had been killed, by other gods of course but nevertheless he had been killed. Even the gods that had killed him had died as well, some of them to reasons other than his sire. After thinking more on it he simply smiled at the young man and used it to steer the subject away form himself. "Hmm yes even gods can die, even the Shinjin have been killed by mortals before." he said quickly changing the topic, his attempt to stir it away from his many partners. It would be hard to explain that he had hundreds of decedents, children, grandchildren and even great grandchildren. And that every Havlin of the blood was in fact directly linked to none other than him. No, he would not debate this with strangers or even those he knew well.
He quickly stood up before turning his back on the two, his eyes looking up at the sky as he very poorly hid his intent to move on. After a moment he reached down and picked up a rock, his hands starting to glow a gentle blue as he wove his magic into it. For now, he was simply building the magic up slowly, careful to not destroy the rock as he gently wove the spell into it. Letting it go it started to float away harmlessly in the air, the small thing glowing a light blue as he turned back to them.

So her memory was a bit fuzzy, was it not? He did not find that to be too strange, to be fair most people did not remember the way they were born or the time it happened… for very obvious reasons to say the least. Again, though, what he knew and believed probably applied to only most of the living beings out there; the kind of people that were born and died, in a short lifespan. The ones that were bound to this realm, in a few words short, while these other two individuals felt like they had something more to them, a different idea and perception of life perhaps, but not one that he felt beneath of, rather he saw things differently.
“Do you think that is not normal?”
Nasu questioned, of course with an inquisitive tone. It was not that bad of an inquisition but of course he was curious to understand what Moire’s mindset was, much like most of the other Majins, he knew some and he was friends with one but that was all. He did not really get to talk too much with them, besides the East City attack and of course that was not exactly the best occurrence for it. So perhaps he could have shed some more light on these individuals if he talked with them.
“The fact that your memory is fuzzy. I mean. Maybe I am just looking too deep into it but would you expect yourself to remember such distant and early events? We can not do it. For example, most of the people on this planet have no idea about the day they were born or earlier.”
Though what he found curious was that not all Majins were created through magic from someone else. She said that people could actually use ingredients to make them, which felt a little silly for him. Nasu did not know what alchemy was but it made the ordeal sound like Majins were some kind of food you had to follow a recipe to make, that was kind of funny actually. Or they could even just pop in out of nowhere, which was the scariest thing. How was something just born out of nowhere? Everything was a consequence to something else, so there had to be an actual reason as to why an entity would literally spawn in the middle of nowhere.
“That is kind of scary to think about. Imagine that you just pop in out of nowhere, in the middle of nowhere. How would you even know what to do? Of course Majins would likely not struggle with supplies, food or water. But are Majins even already born with the knowledge of their abilities… something from their instincts like animals or do they learn from scratch?”
The man eventually turned his attention towards Moire alone when she commented on his current view when it came to his heritage, it was not… bad per say, he did not have a reason to hate Saiyans or anything like that. In the end he did not hate anything or anyone, whatever species or group they came from, but rather what part of him was a Saiyan? The tail? Well, he was born and raised with it, it was nothing special. Every Saiyan had it. He had nothing to say about anything or anyone from his species, he did not have stories to tell or whatever, in the end he was more Earthling than anything else.
“Born and raised here, that is all I have known. I have nothing against my fellow kin but I do not think I can really do Saiyans justice given my outright lack of knowledge on them. That is really the only reason why I would ask you to see me as a man of these lands, for these are all I have ever seen. Maybe one day I will seek beyond and learn about my people, but for now my mind is filled with other thoughts.”
His path, where it would lead him and furthermore were all things that had occupied his mind more than whatever the hell he had to do with all those guys out there on another planet. He did not really care much, he did not even care to meet his parents truth be told. He did not know if he had other relatives or stuff like that, he only knew that he did not care in the end. There was nothing that compelled so much to even look for them, in the end he had grown and become his own man. And yet he was one fragile, shattered man still.
“There is… a lot to explore. I hope you savor it. It can be an unforgettable experience to see this planet in its simplicity. The cities are fine but nothing beats waking up early to the sunrise.”
He smiled, once more perhaps something others would not understand given his ‘mortal’ lifespan that allowed him to enjoy such small little things. What he also knew how to enjoy was food, and Moire revealed that it was one of the things she could do of course. This ability to create it apparently did not make the food all that interesting for her, which he believed he could understand; if Nasu could get literally anything with ease it would also grow boring, instead having to hunt things or pay them made them slightly more satisfying to consume. Nevertheless when she materialized that steak, the man looked quite impressed and seeing how Halos was not going to take a bite, he chose to just grab the whole thing and dumped it in his mouth, making short work of it.
Nasu hummed, quite pleased with the taste and gulped it down with a nice sigh of relief that followed.
“I like your food. I think it is good.”
Halos also showed how he could enchant rocks and make them float. While he had been eating that steak, though, he could not help thinking about what he had just said. Shinjin? That was meant to refer to an entire species of people, right?
“What’s that Shin people? First time I hear of those.”

WC: 791 | TWC: 2,669 Moire listens in on what Nasu had to ask her, the saiyan wondering if that was normal, which the majin didn't quite know what he was referring to. "What's not normal?" she asks back before he clarifies on what he meant. He tells her about the whole fuzzy memory part that she's currently experiencing and how most people on the planet don't always remember everything in even shorter periods of time. Moire shakes her head as she listened, and once Nasu finished his little inquiry she responds, "Well I suppose other species can have a bit of difficulty. After all, if I remember correctly it's a bit on the rare side for species like humans and saiyans to live past a century, and I would imagine that their minds aren't entirely designed for memory retention for so long, especially with smaller details."
She places a hand on her collarbone and slowly approaches Nasu as she continues, "Majins are a bit different considering how long my kind live for. We don't typically just live for centuries, but even millennium. There's even rumors that majins don't even pass away from old age, but I can't confirm or deny that. I would imagine that, as a result, our minds are made to retain more information. At least, that's how it should be. See, I can't properly remember because I was trapped and unconscious in a magic sealing pod for over one hundred years before crash landing on this planet. I'm certain at least one of those factors has contributed to my missing memory. Though, there are times where I do remember small pieces of it, and... I... I don't know if I liked what I saw..."
Moire grows more quiet as she trails on, recalling what few visions she's seen of her past, still wondering what it all meant and what it entailed for her purpose in life. Nasu breaks the silence as he goes on to speak about how he can't possibly imagine just popping into existence. "Another memory that flees from me... My own creation," she mutters under her breath, with her true origin being the only thing still almost completely shrouded in mystery.
Thankfully they move on to a more bright topic as Nasu expresses his own likings to Earth's culture and ensures the majin that there's plenty to see here on the Earth. She gives him a warm smile, indicating that she is very much looking forward to seeing what this planet has to offer for this majin to see and explore. When Moire conjures up the steak, it took a mere blink of the eye for Nasu to grab the steak and eat it all in one go. The majin was already aware of a saiyan's nigh endless appetite, but to see it in person was certainly something else. He thanks Moire for the food, and she couldn't help but blush a bit at the comment, mentioning, "It's got nothing on the authentic stuff, but it can tie one over."
Halos speaks up, mentioning that the recent phenomenon with his clan's blood has only been around for less than two centuries, meaning that Moire was both alive and active at that time before... before... She still couldn't quite remember. "Would that make you, perhaps, the first of your kind, in this case?" She wonders, once again looking over the tall man's massive figure. It's not often she gets to meet with magical beings, less so ones that were so large in size and long lasting through generations. Halos, however, also mentioned that even gods can die, and though Moire most certainly agrees, she didn't hear anything else the man had to say the moment he uttered one single word out of his mouth, a word that echoed across her mind, that rang so loud that it nearly deafened her: Shinjin.
The majin stands still for a moment, all while Halos begins to make a few of the rocks float. Moire wasn't paying attention to them as she was still in complete silence, practically staring off into the distance as if her mind had left her body. When Nasu also spoke about the Shinjin, however, it snaps her out of her immobile state, her eyes immediately flashing towards Halos and contorted with fury. She dashes forward and stops directly in front of him, the majin gritting her teeth as she demands, "Dont... Say that name..." Her gaze suddenly shifts over to the saiyan, a single finger pointed at him as she decrees, "You too. I don't want to hear any talk about those monsters!" Moire didn't even know why she was acting like this, her body was practically on autopilot as its driver was long gone.

Frowned as he listened to them, the man's own memories were quite clear form when he was born. The empty dark and abandoned temple still clear in his mind, the broken stone having been long abandoned by the tribes when he had emerged from the incubator. Scratching his brow again as let them finish before he spoke. "It might be a normal thing to not recall everything while your young, while I myself can recall my first years quite clearly, my kin cannot. In fact, he could not recall a moment where any of his children even carried any of the Sire's memories like he did. There was a instinct to fight each other and establish who was the strongest amongst them, however it was only a stronger version of the normal sibling rivalry found amongst the more mortal Havlin's children. "They also did not come into the world able to speak like I did or know how to use their powers. In fact, they get powers much later on during their awakening years, a period of time where they start to grow to match my own size, their powers being born by what they focus on during that stage." he added after their own in put, the titan speaking slowly as he thought on it for the first time. His time speaking to strangers giving him much to think about as he grew silent again.
He was completely unaware of Moire's state of mind as he answered her question. "No, we had one before us....me. I was created by him using his own blood and power, an artificial child so to speak. I think there might be more tribes scatted about as well, making me unsure if I am the oldest or not" he said slowly as he omitted parts of his history and altered others in order to keep form saying to much. It would also keep the fact that the others were seeded on other planets form being found it if it came to it. He doubted anything he said here would reach very far but it never hurt to be careful just in case.
"The Shin? Surprised that you do not kn...." he replied to Nasu, getting ready to go into an explanation only to be interrupted by Morie's outburst. His eyes go wide for a moment in surprise at Moire's sudden demand, the taller man looking down in silence as his mind raced. He wondered for a second if he had offended her only to finally focus on what she said, the sudden hatred in her voice at the words shin. It sent shivers down his spine, the deep-rooted hatred he heard was not unlike the feeling his sire had left for him. Perhaps that had more in common than simply being made instead of born, a hatred for the gods that might prove beneficial in the coming days. However for now he needed the Majin to calm down.
Turning to Nasu he simply gave him a quick shake of his head warning him to be silent for a moment, to allow the Majin time get some measure of control. He hoped the subtle message would reach him as he turned and stared back at Moire as he scanned for any signs of danger he could find, his eyes glowing ever so slightly as he prepared himself in case she failed to get control.
